⁣The 'City of Jacksonville' has known about this reported group of criminal dog abusers for years but fails to do anything about it. It is in a high traffic area near day cares where children are abused and hookers are sold to mostly older black males or latino invaders. This house takes part in it and makes threats on those who report their criminal behavior. They yell cry wolf false claims at Florida residents and tourists walking down the public sidewalks for years. Even the criminals and those addicted to deadly drugs complain about their criminal dog neglect and harassment. Watch as the dog keeps barking while the black male neighbor attempts to go into their house.

This criminal even claims to be running a 'kennel' for 35 years. Never surprised.
