⁣I feel bad for anyone that has to come here. The staff is horrible. They talk to you like your next to nothing. You would think that everyone in here was serving a jail sentence or something. Seriously. The way they advertise they say " Homelessness can happen to anybody, I used to be a nurse" well that ain't how they treat people here. Its horrible. It's just so OBVIOUS when people really dont care.

Was at this location this past weekend after an auto accident.Was suggested to come here and get directions to getting "Home"! The dark haired girl at the window, slammed it shut in my face! Never got to speak a word! I only needed to find the damn Greyhound station that was moved! If you treat people like this, who's not homeless! How do you think you get treated being a homeless person! Shame on you!!! I am back home in Louisville KY! The male worker outside the door, treated me like I had the plague! If I could do below a one star,it would be 10 below! I feel for those who are asking for your help, and getting a window slammed in the face!
