I am QBO Lvl 2 certified, Bookkeeper and Payroll specialist accredited through intuit and I have a mentor with an ACCA, and a mentor with a CPA who help me learn how to make sure your books are 100% tax and audit ready and will step in to supervise. My starting rate is $15 an hour. If you like my work, it goes up $1 a month for 20 months and then freezes for a year. I don't bill by project because everyone who does that overcharges a lot, and I don't feel comfortable overbilling, and I definitely won't be underbidding myself.
I specialize in Home Rentals, but I am familiar enough with construction, and software development to handle both confidently. I have limited experience with NPOs, but I will take them on. Anything else, I do not have much experience or none, and although I have a mentor to assist with that you should expect a higher rate because it will take me longer.
Anything outside of my specialty and experience list will be $20/h.
