The most extreme forms of neglect have been observed inside detention centers and state facilities in the name of mental health and censoring the truth about cultists where people who require drugs for physically disabling conditions are kept from those drugs and isolated from anyone that cares for them. Another way observed is after a police attack dog bites a person, the detention location does not provide them with medical care so they bleed and get infected to the point of almost dying. Then a fraud nurse uses toxic liquids to make the wounds sting and hurt that much more, sometimes to the point of passing out. If you are not in a detention center, you don't have reasonable access to restrooms, food, water, and most importantly shelter unless you are doing the bidding of someone that does not have your best interest in mind.
