INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Gov. Eric Holcomb and the state Department of
Child Services launched a new statewide campaign just a few hours ago to
find more foster parents.
Child Services desperately needs foster parents. On Thursday, the
department used some star power at Lucas Oil Stadium to recruit more
people. He spent years on the field and led the Indianapolis Colts to
Super Bowl victory in 2007, but former head coach Tony Dungy now hopes
to convince more people to be like him and his wife to become foster
parents.
The Dungys have one foster child and seven adopted children.

Criminal Bryscal Froelich (Upper right in first photo, Lower left in
bottom photo) Badge #4078 initiated the criminal and illegal harassment
of a disabled protected vulnerable adult.
Bryscal said she did not know who called her to do a welfare check on
me while sitting on the side of the sidewalk to rest. She refused to
take the report about the local Super 8 hotel's fraud. She refused to
take the report about the two black men who attacked me at the Indiana
transit center yesterday. She refused to take me to the hotel where I
was planning on going until I was attacked. She refused to provide me
with medical treatment suggestions for scabies. She did bring me one
water when requested.
I was forced to provide my full name including my middle name. I was
forced to provide my birthdate. I was forced to provide where I was
born, where I grew up, where I was heading, why I was sitting down
eating a snack, and also was forced to answer many questions on live
video from the other two officers. The other two officers who arrived in
their own new individual SUVs with in about one minute of Bryscal
harassing me were Asian and Black men.
Bryscal repeatedly said she wanted me to go to a hospital for a stay
which is what she believed was necessary because I had been bitten by
bugs. She said that was the only way to recover from bug bites was to go
to the emergency room at the hospital and then stay at the hospital
while the hospital cleaned my clothing and belongings.
The Asian male pig told me that I needed to walk a few miles down the
road to a bus stop and pay for the bus to take me back to the transit
center that I was assaulted at by the gang of black men so that I could
get to a safe place to rest.

its four newest officers. Officers Jacob DeSchepper, Crystal Froelich,
Darby Morris, and Christian Wilhite started their careers with a
swearing-in ceremony at CPD headquarters.
Officer Crystal Froelich comes to CPD from the Indiana University
Police Department. She has two years of police experience. She earned an
associate degree in social work from Vincennes University and a
bachelor’s degree in general studies from IUPUI. While Officer Froelich
attended IUPUI, she graduated from the Indiana University Police Academy
and worked as a police officer for the Indiana University Police
Department. After graduating from IUPUI, she was hired as a full-time
police officer by the Indiana University Police Department. Officer
Froelich is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public safety and
criminal justice from IUPUI.
