Only thought is there is an ongoing problem with demeaning females
guys /= girls
guys = gals
boys = girls

Brain stormed ideas include

Visiting family out of the area for a few weeks at a time to help them with what ever they want.
(meeting neighbors and who your family suggests.)

Farming collective meetings where everyone comes over and brings seeds, starts, product, and what ever they have from the kitchen garden.
(meeting guests will feel comfortable with the ongoing weekly groups they can count on)

Inviting traveling ranchers of a similar type to your location that assist with the farm.
(there are many brown groups that do this internationally and there is no reason we can't do it better meeting people from all over the world to create something that assists.) Might want to do it in exchange for temporary housing and no payment to begin with unless there is something known they can already do and make work.
