Could this be another gang stalker attacking Jacksonville Florida residents with children?

- Driver of car parked illegally on left side of road at 5:59 a.m. next to family house and police house.
- Driver was out of car seeming to 'work' on the cable connections next to the sidewalk and the street.
- Driver took off when seen by myself, did an illegal u-turn, ran into a sink hole drain, and harmed car.
- Driver did not say anything to me, wave, or ask if he could help me with a ride.
- Driver looked like a thin jewish male around 5'6" from the middle east but may be muslim.
- Never have I seen anyone do anything criminal like this in the area for years.
