A lewd act is a term used to describe any activity considered to be indecent when performed in public. A lewd act typically involves exposure of private or intimate parts to the public accompanied by behavior which is meant to provide sexual arousal. An example of lewd behavior is masturbating in public. Public could mean a park, bus, subway platform, library, beach, theater, or a public restroom. However, you can also be accused of lewd conduct if the act is at your house or in another private residence, but is observed from a public place or from other private residences. If you intentionally perform an act of public lewdness in the presences of a minor under the age of 16, then you will face a more serious charge.

Under New York Penal Law § 245.03 you could be charged with public lewdness in the first degree if you are at least 19 years old and you intentionally expose to a person who is less than 16 years old your private parts, such as your penis, buttocks, or vagina in a lewd manner in a public place such as a city street or on a public bus, or you do some sort of lewd act such as masturbation in front of someone who is less than 16 years old. You could also be prosecuted for public lewdness in the first degree if commit the crime of public lewdness after have been convicted of the same crime within the preceding year.

30-year-old Jose was charged with public lewdness in the first degree after he was observed rubbing his exposed penis and making groaning sounds in the middle of a park where children observed him.

Defenses
In order for you to be convicted of public lewdness in the first degree, you must have intentionally exposed yourself in public in the presence of minor under the age of 16. If your pants ripped, for example, resulting in you exposing yourself by accident, you would not have committed the crime of public lewdness. In addition, if you did not realize that young children were present, you may have a defense to a charge of public lewdness in the first degree. However, you still may be prosecuted for the lesser offense of public lewdness.

Sentence
Public lewdness in the first degree is a class A misdemeanor. This means that if you are convicted your sentence could include a jail term of up to 1 year, a probation term of 3 years, and payment of a fine.

A defendant has attacked a judge during a felony battery case, dragging her to the floor and sparking a brawl involving court officials and attorneys, officials and witnesses have said.

In a violent scene captured on courtroom video on Wednesday, Deobra Delone Redden jumped over a defence table and the judge’s bench, knocking the Clark county district judge Mary Kay Holthus from her seat and against a wall then pulled her to the floor. She sustained some injuries but was not sent to the hospital, courthouse officials said.

A courtroom marshal was also injured as he came to the judge’s aid and was hospitalised for treatment to a gash on his forehead and a dislocated shoulder, according to the officials and witnesses.

The attack occurred at about 11am (local time) at the Regional Justice Center in Las Vegas.

Redden, 30, was wrestled to the floor behind the judge’s bench by several court and jail officers and courtroom staff members.

He was arrested and jailed at the Clark county detention centre, where records showed he faces several new felony charges, including battery on a protected person, referring to the judge and court officers.

“It happened so fast it was hard to know what to do,” said Richard Scow, the chief county district attorney who prosecuted Redden on a case that stemmed from an arrest last year over allegations that Redden attacked a person with a baseball bat.

Redden’s defence attorney, Caesar Almase, did not respond to requests for comment.

Redden was not in custody when he arrived at court on Wednesday. He wore a white shirt and dark pants as he stood next to Almase, asking the judge for leniency while describing himself as “a person who never stops trying to do the right thing no matter how hard it is”.

“I’m not a rebellious person,” he told the judge, later adding that he did not think he should be sent to prison. “But if it’s appropriate for you then you have to do what you have to do.”

As the judge made it clear she intended to send him to prison, and the court marshal moved to handcuff him, Redden yelled expletives and charged forward amid screams from members of the public in the courtroom.

Records showed Redden, a Las Vegas resident, was evaluated and found mentally competent to stand trial before pleading guilty in November to a reduced charge of attempted battery causing substantial bodily harm. He had previously served prison time in Nevada on a domestic battery conviction, state records show.

Holthus, a career prosecutor with more than 27 years of court experience, was elected to the state court bench in 2018 and again in 2022.

In a statement, the court spokesperson Mary Ann Price said officials were “reviewing all our protocols and will do whatever is necessary to protect the judiciary, the public and our employees”.

Important differences in the manufacturing process distinguish these vaccines from one another. Put simply, the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines are mRNA vaccines, whereas the Johnson & Johnson and AstraZeneca vaccines are adenovirus-vector vaccines.

Over 400 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been given in the US, with almost 7 billion doses administered worldwide. For the vast majority of people, including those with vascular disease, the benefits of vaccination against COVID-19 overwhelmingly outweigh any risks. These vaccines are undergoing continuous and intense safety monitoring. Across numerous clinical trials, the vaccines have been shown to be safe and effective, and they clearly reduce the risk of serious infection, hospitalization, and death related to COVID-19.

If you've ever seen that picture of Bill Clinton with Rachel Chandler that people say was Epstein's plane, it was really on Burkle's, allegedly dubbed "Air Fuck One".

On June 25, 2009, the American singer Michael Jackson died of acute propofol intoxication in Los Angeles, California, at the age of 50. His personal physician, Conrad Murray, said that he found Jackson in his bedroom at his North Carolwood Drive home in the Holmby Hills area of the city not breathing and with a weak pulse; he administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to no avail, and security called 9-1-1 at 12:21 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (UTC–7). Of all the drugs found in Jackson's home, the one that most concerned investigators was propofol (Diprivan), a powerful anesthetic administered intravenously in hospitals to induce and maintain anesthesia during surgery.[51] Nicknamed "milk of amnesia" because of its opaque, milk-like appearance (and a play on the words "milk of magnesia"), the drug has been associated with cardiac arrest,[51] but it still may be increasingly used off-label for anxiolytic and other medically unsubstantiated purposes.[45] Several propofol bottles—both opened and not—were found in his home.[45]

On June 30, Cherilyn Lee, a nurse practitioner who had worked as Jackson's nutritionist, said that he had asked her in May to provide propofol to help him sleep, but she refused. He told her he had been given the drug before for persistent insomnia, and that a doctor had said it was safe as long as he was being monitored. Lee said she received a telephone call from an aide to Jackson on June 21 to say that Jackson was ill, although she no longer worked for him. She reported overhearing Jackson complain that one side of his body was hot, the other side cold. She advised the aide to send Jackson to a hospital; Lee thought she recognized the symptoms, and suspected that Jackson was on propofol.[52][verification needed]

Arnold Klein said that Jackson used an anesthesiologist to administer propofol to help him sleep while he was on tour in Germany. The anesthesiologist would "take him down" at night and "bring him back up" in the morning during the HIStory World Tour of 1996 and 1997.[50]

Common Law is the gateway to Tribal/Natural Law, and it is our Inalienable Right.
Our Creator gives us our rights, and no earthly force can take those rights away without our consent.
By nature, every man, woman, and child is free, equal and sovereign, possessing the inherent knowledge of whatever is true and right.
This inherent gift endows all living souls with the inalienable right to establish self-governance and defend themselves against any tyranny or violence, including that inflicted by external authorities.
Any authority that rules unjustly or arbitrarily, without the free and uncoerced living soul’s consent, has lost its right to rule and can be lawfully overthrown.

A post on Instagram has claimed that on 9/11, World Trade Center 7 collapsed “for no apparent reason”.

During the terror attacks of 11 September 2001, four planes were hijacked: two were flown into the Twin Towers, one into the Pentagon and another crashed in a field in Pennsylvania. Two planes were flown into the North and South towers, part of the World Trade Center complex of seven buildings. Both towers collapsed shortly afterwards. World Trade Center 7 was a 47-storey building in the complex, which was not directly hit by an aircraft, and also collapsed later that day.

There are a number of reasons this building collapsed on the day, despite not being hit by planes, which have been described by investigators, scientists and experts since.

According to the US government’s National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), which investigated the reasons behind the collapse for years, a number of fires are behind World Trade Center 7’s collapse.

NIST says that debris from the collapse of the North Tower ignited fires on at least 10 floors of World Trade Center 7, some of which burned out of control because the automatic sprinkler system for some floors had failed (partly due to city water lines damaged by the collapse of the Twin Towers).

Heat from the fires then caused steel support beams to expand which led to several floors collapsing. This then triggered a number of other structural failures, which eventually resulted in the whole building collapsing.

The theory that an explosion caused the building’s collapse was investigated, but no evidence of this was found.

It’s true that fire causing tall buildings to collapse is rare. NIST lead investigator Shyam Sunder told journalists at the time: “This is the first time that we are aware of, that a building taller than about 15 stories has collapsed primarily due to fires”.
