The hearing was scheduled for 3/31 and was canceled for unknown reasons without much notice to Mr. Halbig. Wolfgang Halbig is a concerned citizen with a history in Law Enforcement; Florida State Trooper, he was Executive director for the Children’s Safety Inst., Director of Risk Management, school principle, school & workplace Safety Expert Witness Consult. a U.S. Customs inspector.

Initially, like everyone else, Mr. Halbig believed the Official story and wanted to help in the efforts. Mr. Halbig even donated $ to the cause. He contacted Those involved in the case and was offering his expertise and experience and started receiving strange responses. He felt there were inconsistencies in the behavior of the those involved like the Governor of CT, the Police chief of Newtown and various others who were involved. Mr. Halbig began noticing other inconsistencies about the case itself that did not match the official story.

Mr Halbig has been featured on NBC’s DATELINE & CBS’s Good Morning America.

A nationally recognized school safety and security expert and consultant, he has provided safety training and school assessments for more than 8,000 school districts nationwide.

Wolfgang Halbig came to the U.S. at the age of 12 from Germany and moved to Florida and said it was a Privilege when he raised his right hand and became a citizen of this country. He said he was proud to become a citizen of this county, “I Loved America for what it was”.

Wolfgang Halbig saw there were “missing pieces” in the Official story of Sandy Hook and is seeking answers to very simple questions that are not offensive to parents , the school board or the town. for over a year they refused to answer any of Mr. Halbig’s FOIA requests.

Mr Halbig began questioning Sandy Hook about a week after the incident 12/14/2012. Every school emergency has 4 distinct time periods and Mr. Halbig was looking at the first 10 mins.

Police parked a quarter of a mile from the entrance of the school in the first 10 mins of the incident which made Wolfgang Halbig question the story.

“That’s not how police respond”. “Why no Trauma Helicopters”, asked Mr Halbig. “Who declared all those 27 people dead within the first 11 mins”, they didn’t allow paramedics and EMT’s into the school.

Wolfgang Halbig had 2 “homicide detectives” come to his house and threatened him for asking questions about Sandy Hook. The CT State Police were going to file felony charges against him for harassment for asking questions. ​

Donald Trump’s campaign released a new ad Thursday tying Hillary Clinton to disgraced former Rep. Anthony Weiner, whose sexting led to an FBI review of emails that could be potentially related to her private server.

The ad, titled “Unfit,” is rife with claims that are not yet borne out by facts that have been made public in the FBI’s new review of the emails.

For example, at one point the ad says, “America’s secrets and sensitive emails unlawfully sent, received and exposed by Hillary Clinton, her staff and Anthony Weiner.”

There is no evidence to support this claim.

“Decades of lies, cover-ups and scandal have finally caught up with Hillary Clinton. Hillary Clinton is under FBI investigation again,” the narrator says as the spot opens. “Her emails were found on pervert Anthony Weiner’s laptop. Think about that.”

The FBI told Congress last week it is reviewing emails from Clinton aide Abedin after finding them on a laptop belonging to Weiner, her estranged husband. The agency is investigating whether the former lawmaker had inappropriate sexual contact online with an underage girl.

The Clinton campaign has repeatedly criticized the FBI for announcing the review so close to the closing days of the 2016 race without providing many details. FBI Director James Comey has said that some emails could be “pertinent” to the bureau’s review of Clinton’s email server – an investigation that did not result in criminal charges over the summer – but the review is not expected to be completed by Election Day.

The spot, which the Trump campaign said is running nationally, ends by saying Clinton is “unfit to serve” as president because she is “crippled by a criminal investigation,” but the FBI has not said Clinton herself is the subject of an investigation.
The Trump campaign also released a statement saying Clinton’s latest scandal has kept her from focusing on the issues that matter most to voters.

“While Mr. Trump has spent the closing weeks of this campaign drawing huge crowds of Americans hungry for a common sense change agent who will bring our jobs back and strengthen our borders, Crooked Hillary Clinton has been busy living in an alternate reality where her litany of email scandals and FBI investigations don’t disqualify her from running for President,” said Jason Miller, the campaign’s senior communications adviser.

⁣WASHINGTON (TND) — Reporting by Axios on Wednesday said Vice President Kamala Harris “never actually had” the title of border czar, a claim which contradicts its own reporting on the topic.

The outlet on Wednesday described “confusion” about Harris’s role in the Biden White House, citing “early media misfires” about her position as border czar. Such reporting, it said, “has made the issue a top target for the GOP trying to define their new opponent.”

Axios in 2021, however, reported Harris was “appointed by Biden as border czar.” It acknowledged this in an editor’s note in its Wednesday article.

“This article has been updated and clarified to note that Axios was among the news outlets that incorrectly labeled Harris a ‘border czar’ back in 2021,” it wrote.

The outlet did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The National Desk (TND) Wednesday.

The decision in this Supreme Court Case established the right of the courts to determine the constitutionality of the actions of the other two branches of government.

In 1801, outgoing President John Adams had issued William Marbury a commission as justice of the peace — but the new Secretary of State, James Madison, refused to deliver it. Marbury then sued to obtain it. With his decision in Marbury v. Madison, Chief Justice John Marshall established the principle of judicial review, an important addition to the system of “checks and balances” created to prevent any one branch of the Federal Government from becoming too powerful.

“A Law repugnant to the Constitution is void.” With these words written by Chief Justice Marshall, the Supreme Court for the first time declared unconstitutional a law passed by Congress and signed by the President. Nothing stated in the Constitution gave the Court this specific power. Marshall, however, believed that the Supreme Court should have a role equal to those of the other two branches of government.

When James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, and John Jay wrote a defense of the Constitution in The Federalist, they explained their judgment that a strong national government must have built-in restraints: “You must first enable government to control the governed; and in the next place oblige it to control itself.” The writers of the Constitution had given the executive and legislative branches powers that would limit each other as well as the judiciary branch.

The Constitution gave Congress the power to impeach and remove officials, including judges or the President himself. The President was given the veto power to restrain Congress and the authority to appoint members of the Supreme Court with the advice and consent of the Senate. In this intricate system, the role of the Supreme Court had not been defined. It therefore fell to a strong Chief Justice like Marshall to complete the triangular structure of checks and balances by establishing the principle of judicial review. Although no other law was declared unconstitutional until the Dred Scott decision of 1857, the role of the Supreme Court to invalidate federal and state laws that are contrary to the Constitution has never been seriously challenged.

“The Constitution of the United States,” said Woodrow Wilson, “was not made to fit us like a strait jacket. In its elasticity lies its chief greatness.” The often-praised wisdom of the authors of the Constitution consisted largely of their restraint. They resisted the temptation to write too many specifics into the basic document. They contented themselves with establishing a framework of government that included safeguards against the abuse of power. When the Marshall decision in Marbury v. Madison completed the system of checks and balances, the United States had a government in which laws could be enacted, interpreted and executed to meet challenging circumstances.

⁣Homeless trans woman accused of killing a 68-year-old woman after police find her body in a freezer.

The footage shows Las Vegas officers making a wellness check in November for 68-year-old Monique Gilbertson.

Gilbertson had invited Daniel Roush (Jazzlynn Roush) to move in temporarily but became “upset about how filthy” he was and kicked him out.

After the locksmith opened the freezer, one of the officers noted, “Yeah, there’s a person in here.”

Gilbertson was found “folded up” in the freezer and appeared to have been there for some time.

Prosecutors allege Roush “force-fed” Gilbertson at least 400 nanograms of fentanyl.

Four hundred nanograms of fentanyl is about 200 times the amount that could kill a person.

Gilbertson is believed to have died around Oct. 22.

Roush is charged with second-degree murder, while his wife, Lopez, faces drug charges

Relief Fund for Hurricane Helene Victims

Families in Western North Carolina need help! Our politicians have done nothing for the people of Appalachia, so we have decided to organize as citizen volunteers. Donations large and small are greatly appreciated. All proceeds will go towards providing relief to victims of Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina in the following ways:

-Food and bottled water for victims
-Fuel for victims
-Toiletries and medical supplies for victims
-Fuel to operate equipment for relief efforts

We are volunteers from groups throughout the Southeast and beyond who are coming to the aid of a demographic our system clearly cares nothing about: Appalachians. We are being told that FEMA is out of money while our government sends billions overseas. Our people are suffering and dying right here, right now, and they don't have time to wait for government services that may never come. We are internally fundraising for our own travel, lodging, and food expenses. We are bringing our own equipment. Absolutely ALL of the funds received will go directly toward supplies for the victims and fuel to operate equipment. If you haven’t, a video that a woman named Audrey posted might convince you to give them a shot because she really hit the jackpot when she got two bags of leftover food from the company.

Audrey used the app Too Good To Go to get two surprise bags from Eataly. The app cuts down on food waste by pairing up businesses with unsold food with customers and the surprise bags are pretty cheap.

Audrey said she was lucky to get the bag from Eataly because the popular Italian spot’s surprise bags sell out fast.

Audrey said she monitored the Too Good To Go app to see when the Eataly bags would be available for purchase and she was able to snag two of them.

Audrey noticed the bags were packed full of food and she said, “This is like, chock full of food.”

A tyrannical judge signed a warrant for “littering” even though Georgia Supreme Court case law says literature is not litter! Read Statesboro Publishing v City of Sylvania decided on May 17, 1999. This caselaw trumps their “littering” ordinance. According to jail staff they are facing 132 counts of “littering” which is unconstitutional and a violation of their civil rights. They have a bond hearing set for November 6th according to jail staff. We live under a Zionist Occupied Government and the Constitution is dead! How many more Americans will be arrested by the Bolshevik thought police for exercising their God-given constitutional rights?
