There are so many red flags about all this. First, CM certainly needs to do a better job vetting its interviewees. This isn't the first one that later was exposed to have skeletons in their closet. But the accusers seem to be a group of emotionally damaged people, which may be expected from men who associate themselves with JLP, since his whole shtick seems very cult-like. (What legitimate leader has a house where he lives with followers?) CM could easily have done some background checking on JLP before claiming him "more "Catholic" than most ordained Catholics we encounter."
All in all, this seems like an attempt by CM to undo self inflicted damage it caused when it brought JLP into the studio and promoted him.

MINNEAPOLIS — Minneapolis police said a man died early Saturday morning after falling off a light rail platform onto the tracks after a fight with another man.

In a press release, police said that officials from Minneapolis police, Metro Transit police and the fire department were called to the Hennepin Avenue/ Warehouse District Station near 5th Street and 1st Avenue around 1 a.m. Saturday.

Officials believe that two men were fighting on the platform when one of them fell onto the tracks into the path of an oncoming train.

A homicide investigation is underway.

The NYPD says a vehicular ramming incident that sparked alarm among Jews in New York City was an accident.

Security footage circulating online shows a black minivan plowing into a group of women pushing strollers who appear to be Jewish.

Social media users claim the incident is a hate crime, but a police spokesperson says it was a “motor vehicle collision” that took place on Tuesday.

A 69-year-old man driving a 2014 Toyota made a right turn onto Nostrand Ave. at the Kings Highway intersection, striking three pedestrians, the NYPD tells The Times of Israel.

The intersection is next to the Kingsway Jewish Center and the area has a large Jewish population.

The accident caused injuries to two women, aged 62 and 56, and a 1-year-old boy, the NYPD says. Emergency responders took the injured to Maimonides Medical Center in stable condition.

NYPD Deputy Chief Richie Taylor, the NYPD’s highest-ranking Orthodox Jewish officer, told The Times of Israel the collision was the result of “extreme inattention” on the part of the driver, who stayed on the scene and apologized after the incident.

“We don’t see anything about criminality,” Taylor said.

The incident surfaced a day after a ramming attack in New Orleans.

In May, a man was arrested on hate crimes charges after attempting to ram Orthodox Jews with his car in Brooklyn.

And a scene that was supposed to be all about peace, love and understanding had a very dark, violent underbelly that this book attempts to expose.”
