There are so many red flags about all this. First, CM certainly needs to do a better job vetting its interviewees. This isn't the first one that later was exposed to have skeletons in their closet. But the accusers seem to be a group of emotionally damaged people, which may be expected from men who associate themselves with JLP, since his whole shtick seems very cult-like. (What legitimate leader has a house where he lives with followers?) CM could easily have done some background checking on JLP before claiming him "more "Catholic" than most ordained Catholics we encounter."
All in all, this seems like an attempt by CM to undo self inflicted damage it caused when it brought JLP into the studio and promoted him.

Minneapolis - A man was killed last night after being pushed onto the track of the path of an oncoming train.

There were reports of an altercation, and MPD confirms they are investigating the death as a homicide. Suspect was reported as a Black man, medium build, white t-shirt, black pants, red shoes with white bottoms, royal blue blanket around his shoulders. Occurred at 5th and 1st street last night.

MINNEAPOLIS — Minneapolis police said a man died early Saturday morning after falling off a light rail platform onto the tracks after a fight with another man.

In a press release, police said that officials from Minneapolis police, Metro Transit police and the fire department were called to the Hennepin Avenue/ Warehouse District Station near 5th Street and 1st Avenue around 1 a.m. Saturday.

Officials believe that two men were fighting on the platform when one of them fell onto the tracks into the path of an oncoming train.

The person was struck and emergency personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.

Police have not released the name of the man killed, and have not said if any arrests have been made.

A homicide investigation is underway.
