Collin Rugg - JUST IN: Woman who was convicted of chopping up her boyfriend, 'finds out' after trying to attack her defense attorney in the courtroom.

This is the second time that 27-year-old Taylor Schabusiness has attacked her defense attorney.

Back in 2023, she was caught on camera attacking her other lawyer at the time.

Schabusiness is serving life without parole for the m*rder of Shad Thyrion, a 24-year-old man who she strangled during s*x in his family home in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The woman previously admitted that she was "sucking" and cutting him apart at the same time, telling investigators she "liked" cutting his head off.

Schumer makes embarrassing gaffe saying Trump incited erection

Schumer first stumbled over Trump's name before then making the embarrassing gaffe.

'Make no mistake there will be a trial and when that trial ends senators will have to decide if they believe Donald John - Donald John Trump incited the erection - insurrection - against the United States,' he said.


Schumer quickly corrected himself and appeared to pull a bashful face at his mistake.

But while both Schumer and his fellow lawmakers pretended nothing had happened, amused viewers quickly took to social media to poke fun at the mistake.

'Did trump incite an erection for you?' one person joked to Schumer on Twitter.

During a Pima County Board of Supervisor’s zoom meeting Tuesday, a half-naked man wearing female underwear was seen in the background of one of the supervisor’s video broadcasts.

Matt Heinz, the 45-year-old openly-gay Democrat supervisor of Arizona’s Pima County District 2, quickly rushed to turn his video feed off when he realized his male acquaintance was in the background.

The four other Pima County supervisors appeared in person for the meeting while Heinz appeared virtually.

The interruption to Heinz’s stream occurred over two hours into the meeting.

Heinz, a physician at Tuscon Medical Center, first gained notoriety in 2008 when he was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives, becoming one of the first openly gay member in the state’s legislature.

Heinz served in Arizona’s house until 2012 and lost two US House races in 2016 and 2018 before being winning the District 2 Pima County supervisor election in 2020.

In December 2021, Heinz made headlines after advocating for a countywide mask mandate. The county supervisor called for an indoor mask mandate in public and private schools, but the measure was rejected in a 3-2 vote in April 2021.

Social media users expressed outrage over Heinz’s zoom call blunder. “Too busy to show up at work because he was busy boinking?” one Twitter user questioned.

“Is this unprofessional conduct by a physician?” another asked.

It is unclear if the 45-year-old county supervisor is in a relationship. There is no record of marriage listed on Pima County website bio.

Police body camera footage released Friday reveals the moment Paul Pelosi was viciously pummeled with a hammer in front of two cops by an unhinged attacker during a home invasion last year.

Bodycam footage shows a pained look on Pelosi’s his face as he holds on to one side of the hammer, while DePape prises his fingers away shortly after they open the door to cops and ask what’s going on.

DePape wrestles the hammer free and quickly swings it with full force as the cops run at him during the bizarre incident at their San Francisco abode on Oct. 28.

The attack left Pelosi unconscious with a fractured skull in a pool of his own blood.

San Francisco police officer Kyle Cagney described the incident in court last month when he and his partner arrived at the Pelosi residence for a wellness check at around 2:20 a.m.

In the video, Cagney’s partner can be heard ordering the men to “drop the hammer” — to which DePape responds “Um, nope” while Pelosi obeys the order and lets go of the tool.

“Whoa! Oh, s–t!” one of the officers can be heard shouting.

Cagney then tackled DePape and eventually pulled the hammer from his hands as Pelosi lay face-down on the ground bleeding, the officer said at the hearing.

The body camera footage, which also shows Pelosi answering the door, was played during at DePape’s preliminary court hearing on Dec. 14. — but prosecutors refused to release the evidence to the public at that time.

On Wednesday, a San Francisco County judge ruled the district attorney’s office must release the body camera footage along with 911 calls recorded the night of the break-in.

During the attack, DePape allegedly demanded to know “Where’s Nancy?” before threatening to tie up Pelosi and growling, “I can take you out,” according to court documents.

Pelosi was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he underwent surgery to remove and repair part of his skull. He spent nearly a week in intensive care.

DePape pleaded not guilty to attempted homicide, first degree burglary and other charges in November.

He was also hit with federal charges and faces up to 50 years behind bars if convicted.
