Wanted to share something that happened today while shopping at Sam's club. A mother was leaning over looking for meat and turned around to find her 4 yr. old daughter was missing, I was standing there right beside her, well she was calling her daughter and no luck. I asked a man who worked at Sam's to announce it over the loud speaker for Katie. Well, he did, and let me say he walked past me when I asked and went to a pole where there was a phone right there to make his announcement for all doors, and gates to be locked a code something...so they locked all the doors at once. This took all of 3 min after I asked the guy to do this. They found the little girl 5 min later crunched in a bathroom stall, her head was half shaved, and she was dressed in her underwear with a bag of clothes, a razor, and wig sitting on the floor besides her. Whoever this person was, took the little girl, brought her into the bathroom, shaved half her head, undressed her in a matter of less than 10 min. Makes me shake to no end.
Please keep an eye out for your kids when in shopping places. It only took a few minutes to do all of this, another 5 min and she would have been out the door...I am still in shock some sick person could do this, let alone in a matter of minutes...The little girl is fine... thank God for fast workers who didn't take any chances. One of my brother's works at the Sam's Club in Murfreesboro, TN and yesterday he called me with some very disturbing news. As most stores, Sam's has different codes that are stated over the intercom throughout the store such as for extra help, severe weather, etc. Sam’s has a code called "Code Adam" for when a child becomes missing or is feared kidnapped. The store is immediately shut down and employees are instructed to go to an entrance/exit. That code was called yesterday at his store. A mother had her four year old daughter standing next to her as she was looking in the meat department. Then she noticed she was gone and notified a manager who then notified the store manager. Immediately, the "Code Adam" was called and all employees went to each exit in the store not allowing anyone to enter or exit. They found the little girl in the bathroom with the predator. Her head was partially shaved, she had on a different outfit, and a wig was found. This all happened within less than five minutes. Thank God Sam's Club has this sort of "code" or that little girl would have been gone.

Friend of Ana's went to Wonderland yesterday. She was with another friend too and together they had 4 children (each w 2). Kids were 4-5-6 years old. While they were busy w 1 of the 4 kids one of the other kids disappeared ... Literally. 5 year old girl.
After frantically searching for 2 minutes they alerted the Park's security who then searched the Park for the next 5-6 mins. The Park then closed all exits and would not allow anyone too leave while they continued to search for the next 45 mins.
Still they couldn't find her and the Park was forced to re-open the exits. The Police advised Ana's friend to focus on childrens' shoes and nothing else. So she watched the exits and mobs of people were leaving. She noticed 1 man carrying a sleeping child with a blanket over her. And the child's hair was a different colour but she said to the police that she had noticed a child wearing the same shoes but ....... it probably wasn't her child.
The police stopped the man and it turns out that it was indeed the right child. The child had been tranquillized by injection to the neck and was sleeping. Her hair had been cut short and had been spray painted a different colour. And all her clothing had been changed except .... her shoes. They got the perp and, thank God the child is fine.
Moral: don't take your eyes off your child for even 1 second. Unbelievable!!!

A child is far more likely to be snatched by a family member or ex-spouse in a custodial dispute than to be the victim of a random abduction. And rarely will kidnappers go through such elaborate procedures as the ones hinted at here -- luring a child outside where he or she can be quickly bundled into an automobile is far more effective and less risky than trying to smuggle one out the exit of a crowded public space. (Some of the examples presented above don't even make much logical sense. Why would abductors waste precious getaway time shaving a child's head — with a razor, yet — when they already had a wig on hand to disguise their victim's natural hair color and style?)
This form of tale that has been circulating for decades, always involving the kidnapping of children from family-type public places such as amusement parks and shopping centers. In the basic form of the legend, a kidnapper snatches a child away from an inattentive parent, drugs it, and hustles it into a restroom; there the abductor performs a quick haircut, dye job, and clothing change on the child to conceal its identity (and sometimes to obscure its gender) and wraps it in blankets before attempting to quickly and quietly spirit the child off the premises. Meanwhile, a vigilant security force has sealed off all the exits, and the attempted kidnapping is thwarted either because the kidnapper realizes he cannot escape undetected and simply abandons his intended victim in the bathroom, or because the child's parent is monitoring the exits (in person or via security cameras) and recognizes the youngster by its distinctive shoes, which the kidnapper has neglected to change or remove.
More malevolent versions of this story end not with the thwarting of the abduction attempt, but with the discovery of the child's original clothing on a restroom floor (along with other evidence of what had transpired, such as loose hair, scissors, and a bottle of hair dye). In these versions police tell the victims' parents they are powerless to recover their children (whom they warn are probably already on their way out of the country to be used as unwilling organ donors or sex slaves), and the parents are paid off to keep quiet about the abductions. The tale of the "haircut-and-dye-job" kidnappers goes back several decades and is tied to the growth of cities, the movement away from rural areas and small towns, and the increase in the crime rate that occurred in America after World War II. The small-town communities where everyone knew everyone else, outsiders were few, and residents felt safe leaving their doors unlocked at night began to disappear; as people increasingly became part of large, impersonal urban centers, they began to develop fears about the relative anonymity and facelessness of their day-to-day lives. Fox News reported Tuesday that high school senior Megan Simpkins unloaded on her school in an explosive speech three days after they allowed a giant trans student to assault a girl in the girls’ locker room.

By extension, Simpkins also eviscerated the ideology governing the radical trans movement.

Cristina Laila previously reported that the assault happened last week on April 24 at MLK High School in Riverside, California. The trans student exposed his genitals to a terrified girl and spat at others.

FOX 11 reported the deranged male student has a history of erratic and uncomfortable behavior. Riverside Police also said this is not the first time the pervert has been involved in an altercation.

Simpkins started her speech before Riverside Unified School District’s (RUSD) board meeting with a based introduction etched in stone cold biological facts.

I am an 18-year-old high school student and wanted to bring to your attention the current issue with biological men claiming they are women.

"There was an incident that occurred recently in our district regarding a transgender woman who really is a biological man having an altercation with a young woman at MLK High School.

It was infuriating when I had seen the video on social media. But what was detrimental to this is the fact that this man is and has been using the women’s restroom and locker room.

Firstly the question we must address is why are we affirming the mental confusion of this boy and putting the safety of women in jeopardy by allowing mentally confused men to use women’s spaces?"

So, Step One--- withdraw and rescind any and all applications and enrollments as a "registered voter". You have no natural interest in the elections of a foreign corporation that you don't work for, right? If you don't get a paycheck directly from the federal government and you don't want to function as a for-free Withholding Agent and aren't interested in any "benefits" that you pay for yourself and don't want to be held subject to the whims of a foreign entity that is supposed to be providing you with Good Faith Service instead-- then read on. You have been mischaracterized and defrauded and you have prima facie evidence of that readily available. You think of it as your Birth Certificate, but it isn't. It is a "certification" that a federal MUNICIPAL "PERSON" was created and named after you and that at one point in your life you were a real American. You were born on your birthday, but the MUNICIPAL PERSON has a birth date that is several days or weeks later---the filing date shown on the certificate.

Please note that the "Birth Certificate" is printed on bond paper. It is a security instrument. Please also note that it has been signed by the Registrar --- an officer of the probate court. This is prima facie evidence that your earthly estate was probated when you were only a few days or weeks old and that it was seized upon by the State of ___________ or STATE OF_________ and operated for its benefit from that time on.
When you order your birth certificate from the Vital Statistics Office in the State you were born in, order several copies. Also, order at least one copy of the Long Form Birth Certificate because it is the copy your mother signed at birth and will say Certificate of Live Birth and have the genealogy information of a living person. You'll keep that for yourself.
So, Step Two---- ditch the federal MUNICIPAL PERSON and the responsibilities and obligations associated with it. You need to get the Birth Certificate new as instructed in this message, and then you need to endorse it and "surrender" it to the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury (Please note the two dots between the "U" and the "S"----- the U.S. Treasury.) and make Janet Yellen the Fiduciary responsible for IT. The endorsement is simple but exact. The authenticated or certified Birth Certificate that the birth State Secretary of State sends back to you will have a cover page riveted or hard stapled and firmly attached to the front of the BC. You leave that cover page attached and on the front of the BC itself in the upper left hand corner and in red ink you write: "Accepted by Drawee" and sign it by: Your Upper Lower Case Signature, and date it. Then turn the BC over and on the back anywhere write: Pay to the Order of the United States of America, U.S. Treasury. Without Recourse. And again, write--- by: Your Upper and Lower Case Signature, and date it.


⁣Next comes the Form 56, which is the IRS Form called "Notice of Fiduciary Relationship". This is your Notice to Mrs. Janet Yellen that you are making her and her office responsible for the PERSON named after you. The Form 56 is very simple -- the name of the PERSON is the NAME on the BC which you are returning to the Treasury. The name of the Fiduciary is , Janet Yellen Secretary of the Treasury. You can look up the address online. I believe it is 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20220. Section A (f) --- "Other" -- Public Commercial Trust Administration Section B(4) -- Check (a) (b) and (h) "Other" and just say, "All forms that may be necessary". On the back, Part II, 7 (C) "Other" --- Surrender of federal "PERSON" to U.S. Treasury On the back, Part III "Court and Administrative Proceedings" --- enter the name and address of the agency issuing the BC. The "date proceeding initiated" will be the File Date which is never your birthday, but a few days or weeks later. The "docket number" will be the State File Number on the BC. The time will be the time you were actually born, and the place of "other" proceedings will be "usa". On the back, Part IV, "Autograph" ---- you write the word "by" like a by-line to a newspaper story---- by: Your Name (Upper and Lower Case), Authorized Representative, and the date. Underneath the Signature is a blank space. It is appropriate to say that you wish to be indemnified against claims or losses under the sovereign usa Private Registered Indemnity Bond AMRI00001 RA393427640US. This is basically a bond posted in behalf of all the actual states of the Union and all the people living in those states insuring them against any further claims related to the MUNICIPAL PERSON(S) they have surrendered back to Mrs Janet Yellen.

And that is that. You have now surrendered the MUNICIPAL "CITIZEN" back whence it came and you have insured yourself against any further claims or losses or charges brought against that PERSON. Along with the Form 56 you should include a brief letter stating that it is your instruction to operate exclusively under 100% commercial liability and without benefit of any limited liability or other benefit of the Public Charitable Trust (PCT). You are going to send this package of documents via Registered Mail to the Treasury. Each red and white Registered Mail label (available with instructions at all Post Offices) is unique and has an alpha-numeric identifier to track it. This includes a nine-digit number that is compatible with the federal system. As part of your assignment letter, instruct Mrs. Yellen to open a Treasury Direct Account with that number and to please inform you when it is open for business. Also ask her to settle all debts and charges related to YOUR NAME and deposit the remainder and all other credits owed into the new Treasury Direct Account. Thank her for her time and attention.

Well, that was a Royal Pain and you shouldn't have ever been entrapped and obligated by your employers in the first place, but now you have taken action to sever the presumption that you are volunteering to act as a federal MUNICIPAL CITIZEN, and nobody can say otherwise. From now on, "IT" is Mrs. Yellen's problem and you are indemnified against any further claims or complaints related to "IT".


⁣Step 3.... Notify both the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service at Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, P.O. Box 480, Holtsville, New York, 11742-0480 and the Internal Revenue Office of the Commissioner, Room 3000, 1111 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20204-0002, that you have retired from all presumed federal service and you are revoking your election to pay federal income taxes effective October 1 of 2016. Send these Notices via Registered Mail, too. Save a copy and the mailing receipts and the Green Card Return Receipt Requested for your Eternally Done and Over File. No more Voter Registration, no more obligation to file Federal Income Taxes and no Municipal United States PERSON for the US DISTRICT COURT -- that is, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION DISTRICT COURT to address. That much is done and over. But there's more.

You also have to rebut and return the allegation of Territorial United States Citizenship. You do this by recording an Act of Expatriation. This is as simple as saying that your allegiance is to the soil of your native birth state, say, Louisiana, and that you act only as a private American state trading vessel and birthright member of the unincorporated private trade association doing business as The United States of America. Now, no matter what kind of word-smithing and duplicitous redefining of terms that goes on forever afterward, no incorporated entity or franchise of any incorporated entity can claim that you are operating as a Foreign Situs Trust belonging to them or abandoned for their benefit---- which was FDR's fraudulent claim against Americans in 1933. You have declared that at home you are living on the land and at sea your Name is an American vessel engaged in international trade--- not subject to federal regulation of commerce and owed all the protections of the actual Constitution and treaties backing it. So now they have no grounds to "presume" that you are a Territorial United States Citizen, either. X and X. Finally, the rats have created "International Organizations" and run them "in your name". You need to seize upon these organizations and file liens against them.

You do this using a UCC-1 Financing Statement Form. The organizations doing business as your FIRST MIDDLE LAST and FIRST M.I. LAST are the DEBTORS and your nonTerritorial Lawful Trade Name (aka Christian Name-- First Middle Last) is the Secured Party. This is not a Notice of your interest, because you have already given plenty of public notice. You can lien these organizations directly by checking the "Non-UCC" claim in Box 6. When filling out the UCC-1 Form be sure to write the names in the proper style. Everything related to the DEBTORS including USA should be in all capital letters. Everything related to the Secured Party should be Upper and Lower Case, except that for the Secured Party it should be "usa" --- the actual organic states. And now, finally, you have provided your employees with a fistful of paperwork refuting all their lies and presumptions about you. They can no longer presume anything about your political status, except that it is private and that you are operating lawfully and without any obligation to them or their organization. Quite the opposite--- they are in fact your employees and obligated to you.

Your final stop should be the State Secretary of State's Office to present him with another copy of "your" authenticated/certified BC. I want you to stare that man or woman right in the eye and say: "This is prima facie evidence of a Public Trust....." If necessary, continue on----- "and also prima facie evidence of intent to defraud." "I have reclaimed my birthright political status and I want the proper passport I am owed. If you aren't authorized to issue it, get on the phone and find out who is." If they attempt to drag you into one of their courts ask them where they will find the authority to address you? And where will they find a jury of your peers? The Great Fraud is over. The international trustees responsible for this Mess know that it is. You know that it is. Before Trump or Bernie, Congressman Jim Traficant was the original bombastic populist, but with "son-of-a-truck driver" street cred. As a mob-busting sheriff in Youngstown, Ohio, his refusal to evict steelworkers from their homes made him a folk hero. He demolished organized crime, defended himself against the Justice Department in a RICO case...and even vanquished President Clinton.

In Congress, his thrift store suits and pompadour wig made him a court jester, while his profanity-laced anti-government tirades made him a hero to the disenfranchised. Traficant's "one-minute" speeches earned him a cult-following, with his signature line... “Beam Me Up, Mr. Speaker...!"

I recently learned that, contrary to public knowledge, Jim did NOT die directly from said tractor (((accident))); instead, just as with the first Secretary of Defense , James Forrestal, just as he was deemed fit to be released from hospital, he suddenly 'died'. With Forrestal, a 'sucicide scenario' was cooked up to masquerade a 'depressive' episode, but Traficant was simply murdered in hospital [much like Seth Rich - imagine that]. James V. Forrestal was America's first Secretary of Defense. He was also the leading official in the Truman administration opposing the creation and U.S. recognition of the state of Israel. President Truman relieved Forrestal of his position in late March of 1949. Within a few days he was committed, apparently against his will, to Bethesda Naval Hospital suffering from "exhaustion." In spite of the invaluable service he had rendered to the country during World War II, first as Under Secretary of the Navy and then Secretary of the Navy, he had in 1948 and early 1949 been the subject of an unprecedented press vilification campaign, led by powerful columnists Drew Pearson and Walter Winchell.

At around 1:45 am, May 22, some seven weeks after his admission to the hospital, Forrestal plunged from a 16th floor window of the hospital to his death. A belt or cord, said to be from his dressing gown, was tied tightly around his neck.

Way back in May 2001, I spoke at a forum hosted by American University on the topic of Congress on the Internet. For my remarks, I humbly submitted my suggesgtion for what I believed to have been the Top Ten Milestones for Congress on the Internet up to that point.

And #4 on my list was “Animations Abound: Waving flags, flying letters, & Rep. Traficant ‘Bangin’ Away’”. The Traficant reference came from this blurb I wrote in a March 1997 online update to my book, The Hill on the Net. Here’s what I wrote;

THE ANIMATED REPRESENTATIVE
I wondered who would do it first. Which member of Congress would go beyond the standard official portrait on their home page and use animation to show themselves in action; smiling widely, giving a thumbs up, or offering a virtual handshake. I guess it should come as no surprise that a member who is well known for his animated floor speeches would not be happy with a gif that sat still. Representative James Traficant of Ohio has the first animated photo that I’ve seen on a member of Congress’ home page, and it’s a hoot.

The animation, shown at right, shows Rep. Traficant wielding a piece of 2×4, like a batter warming up to swing. On the board is his motto, “Bangin’ Away in DC’. He was well known for his outrageous one-minute speeches, which often included his appeal to ‘beam me up’. He was also well known for his uniquely difficult to describe hairstyle.

Traficant was expelled from Congress in 2002.
