It originates from the approximately 15 hours of video Bannon personally recorded with Epstein in early 2019 (likely March - June) at Epstein's Manhattan townhouse.

These were filmed as part of an unreleased "documentary" (per Bannon) or media coaching/PR rehabilitation effort (per Bannon's detractors) to help Epstein counter negative publicity following renewed scrutiny from 2018 - 2019 reporting and before Epstein's July 2019 federal arrest.

Bannon has long teased releasing parts of this material, but has never fully done so publicly. The full 15 hours remained under wraps.

According to author Michael Wolff, who was there for the first taping and reviewed transcripts of others, Bannon may actually have no ownership rights to the recordings - “Whatever exists is technically owned by Jeffrey Epstein or his estate.” Even if the tapes survived, Wolff says, they would likely be in the possession of Epstein’s co-executors, attorney Darren Indyke and accountant Richard Kahn.

The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension has the ingredients to appeal to '80s genre nostalgics and modern superhero fans alike.

Since it premiered in theaters in 1984, The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension has never received a movie or television follow-up. Given the film generated poor box office returns and mixed critical reviews at the time, this is perhaps not surprising. And yet, tie-in novels, comics and games have been created due to the sustained audience interest in polymath scientist and rock star Dr. Buckaroo Banzai and his backing band, the Hong Kong Cavaliers. In a modern media landscape whose nostalgia for the 1980s has made it ripe for revivals of discarded sci-fi properties, Buckaroo Banzai's tongue-in-cheek superheroics and esoterically eclectic lore might not be too hip for the room any longer.

Per his film's title, Dr. Banzai's adventures across the 8th dimension see him run afoul of the rival racial factions of interdimensional aliens known as Black and Red Lectroids, whose contested homeworld is the hidden "Planet 10." The viscerally organic aesthetic of the Lectroids' 8th Dimension might remind Stranger Things fans of the dark, decaying mirror reality they've come to know as "the Upside Down." The Flagler County Sheriff's Office said on Sept. 30 that Cheryl Henderson tried to flee the scene and ended up driving 2 miles down the road with the victim on the hood.

Witnesses told deputies that Henderson was involved in a minor collision with another driver. However, as she drove away from the scene, they said she struck the other driver and then fled with the driver hanging onto the hood of her vehicle.

The victim told deputies they had been involved in a wreck with Henderson, but when she refused to stop, the victim used their vehicle to block her escape.

When the victim stepped out of their car, investigators said Henderson sped up, and the victim was forced to jump onto her hood to avoid being run over. Henderson then sped away with the victim hanging onto the hood of her car.

Henderson reached an estimated speed of 50 mph, according to the victim. The woman was stopped about 2 miles later when she was forced off the road by another witness to the crash.

"This could have become a deadly incident," Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly said. "Never hit another person with a car. Thankfully, that victim survived without any serious injuries, but I'm sure it had to be a scary moment for the victim holding on to the hood and the other witnesses. She should never be allowed to touch a steering wheel again."

Henderson faces charges of leaving the scene of a crash and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. She was taken to jail and released on $20,000 bond.

MEANING of the 13th Amendment

The “missing” 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:

“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”

At the first reading, the meaning of this 13th Amendment (also called the “title of nobility” Amendment) seems obscure; unimportant. The references to “nobility,” “honour,” “emperor,” “king,” and “prince,” lead us to dismiss this Amendment as a petty post-revolution act of spite directed against the British monarchy. The U.S. modern world of Lady Di and Prince Charles, make anti-royalist sentiments seem so archaic and quaint, that the Amendment can be ignored.

Not so. Consider some evidence of its historical significance: First, “titles of nobility” were prohibited in both Article VI of the Articles of Confederation (1777) and in Article I, Sections 9 and 10 of the Constitution of the United States (1787);

Second, although already prohibited by the Constitution, an additional “title of nobility” amendment was proposed in 1789, again in 1810, and according to Dodge, finally ratified in 1819. Clearly, the founding fathers saw such a serious threat in “titles of nobility” and “honors” that anyone receiving them would forfeit their citizenship. Since the government prohibited “titles of nobility” several times over four decades, and went through the amending process (even though “titles of nobility” were already prohibited by the Constitution), it’s obvious that the Amendment carried much more significance for our founding fathers than is readily apparent today.
