⁣WASHINGTON (TND) — Reporting by Axios on Wednesday said Vice President Kamala Harris “never actually had” the title of border czar, a claim which contradicts its own reporting on the topic.

The outlet on Wednesday described “confusion” about Harris’s role in the Biden White House, citing “early media misfires” about her position as border czar. Such reporting, it said, “has made the issue a top target for the GOP trying to define their new opponent.”

Axios in 2021, however, reported Harris was “appointed by Biden as border czar.” It acknowledged this in an editor’s note in its Wednesday article.

“This article has been updated and clarified to note that Axios was among the news outlets that incorrectly labeled Harris a ‘border czar’ back in 2021,” it wrote.

The outlet did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The National Desk (TND) Wednesday.

She destroyed the server, but not before its contents were leaked by WikiLeaks, including communications about bizarre occult rituals and inexplicable code words involving children and pizza. Instead of investigating the leak themselves, the FBI relied on a CrowdStrike investigation that falsely claimed the server was hacked by Russia. The FBI cleared HC despite admitting she broke the law, and launched the Russiagate investigation, using more fake Clinton campaign disinfo to tie Trump to Russia to get a FISA warrant and spy on Trump while leaking dirt to the press to undermine first his campaign, then his presidency. When Trump had a call with Zelenskyy and asked about CrowdStrike, a "whistleblower" falsely claimed quid-pro-quo and launched the first impeachment to stop Trump's inquiries (it was in the midst of this impeachment trial, BTW, when EVENT201 took place, but that's another story). Fast forward to 2024 and Trump is dominating Biden when he miraculously survives a deep state orchestrated assassination attempt two days before the RNC. Two days later CrowdStrike causes the biggest computer network crash in all of history, knocking millions of corporate and government systems offline for hours.

Other than the fact that Blackrock owns CrowdStrike and a Blackrock affiliated investment firm placed millions of dollars betting against DJT in the hours before the assassination attempt by a shooter who was featured in a Blackrock promo... did I miss anything?

A staffer for Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker 'accidentally posted' a video meant to be released next week which reveals Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro as Kamala Harris' running mate.

"Philly political sources have told me that a staffer connected with Mayor Cherelle Parker's team accidentally posted the video today," posted journalist Ernest Owens on X.

"The video was scheduled for Monday...after VP Kamala Harris was expected to announce her pick."

"It's Josh Shapiro, y'all," Owens continued.

Or, as Owens also suggested - this could be an 'accident' which serves as a trial balloon, and Harris could go in a different direction.

Shapiro notably canceled fundraising events in New York this weekend and "is likely to meet with Vice President Kamala Harris as she works to pick a running mate," reported WHTM earlier in the day.

Meanwhile, Shapiro has come under fire from women's groups after his administration settled a sexual harassment claim against one of his longtime aides for $300,000.

In a statement headlined “Gov. Shapiro’s Failures Enabled Sexual Harassment,” the National Women’s Defense League said that the Harris vetting team should “consider the handling of past complaints of sexual harassment inside the Pennsylvania Governor’s office.” The group claims to be a nonpartisan organization dedicated to preventing sexual harassment. -Daily Beast

Anti-Retaliation

If you are a whistleblower and believe that your employer has wrongfully retaliated against you, you may bring a private action in federal court against your employer within two years of the employer's retaliatory act. If you prevail, you may be entitled to reinstatement, back pay, litigation costs, expert witness fees, and attorney's fees. The CFTC also has authority under the CEA to bring an enforcement action against your employer for any retaliatory acts, which include any steps taken to impede a whistleblower from communicating directly with the Commission's staff about possible violations of the CEA.

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – A former daycare employee who was found guilty of 16 child sex violations involving at least eight children under his care was sentenced on Friday to 70 years in a Florida State Prison followed by lifetime sex-offender probation.

Anthony Guadalupe, who worked as a teacher’s assistant at the Chappell School Longleaf campus on the northside of St. Johns County, had faced between 35 years to 103 years in prison.

Guadalupe spoke in court before he was sentenced and said he is not a monster.

“I was only 18 years old and just came out of high school and had no plans of growing up or having a solid career,” he said. “At the Chappell school, I loved my job. Getting to see these young kids learn and grow getting ready for VPK. Working there I was always showing them that I cared for them and always showing them affection but I didnt realize that it would be considered anything else. Looking at the video I understand how it could be considered something wrong but that was never my intention at all. I thought I was doing my job.”
