So, Step One--- withdraw and rescind any and all applications and enrollments as a "registered voter". You have no natural interest in the elections of a foreign corporation that you don't work for, right? If you don't get a paycheck directly from the federal government and you don't want to function as a for-free Withholding Agent and aren't interested in any "benefits" that you pay for yourself and don't want to be held subject to the whims of a foreign entity that is supposed to be providing you with Good Faith Service instead-- then read on. You have been mischaracterized and defrauded and you have prima facie evidence of that readily available. You think of it as your Birth Certificate, but it isn't. It is a "certification" that a federal MUNICIPAL "PERSON" was created and named after you and that at one point in your life you were a real American. You were born on your birthday, but the MUNICIPAL PERSON has a birth date that is several days or weeks later---the filing date shown on the certificate.

Please note that the "Birth Certificate" is printed on bond paper. It is a security instrument. Please also note that it has been signed by the Registrar --- an officer of the probate court. This is prima facie evidence that your earthly estate was probated when you were only a few days or weeks old and that it was seized upon by the State of ___________ or STATE OF_________ and operated for its benefit from that time on.
When you order your birth certificate from the Vital Statistics Office in the State you were born in, order several copies. Also, order at least one copy of the Long Form Birth Certificate because it is the copy your mother signed at birth and will say Certificate of Live Birth and have the genealogy information of a living person. You'll keep that for yourself.
So, Step Two---- ditch the federal MUNICIPAL PERSON and the responsibilities and obligations associated with it. You need to get the Birth Certificate new as instructed in this message, and then you need to endorse it and "surrender" it to the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury (Please note the two dots between the "U" and the "S"----- the U.S. Treasury.) and make Janet Yellen the Fiduciary responsible for IT. The endorsement is simple but exact. The authenticated or certified Birth Certificate that the birth State Secretary of State sends back to you will have a cover page riveted or hard stapled and firmly attached to the front of the BC. You leave that cover page attached and on the front of the BC itself in the upper left hand corner and in red ink you write: "Accepted by Drawee" and sign it by: Your Upper Lower Case Signature, and date it. Then turn the BC over and on the back anywhere write: Pay to the Order of the United States of America, U.S. Treasury. Without Recourse. On the back, Part II, 7 (C) "Other" --- Surrender of federal "PERSON" to U.S. Treasury On the back, Part III "Court and Administrative Proceedings" --- enter the name and address of the agency issuing the BC. The "date proceeding initiated" will be the File Date which is never your birthday, but a few days or weeks later. The "docket number" will be the State File Number on the BC. The time will be the time you were actually born, and the place of "other" proceedings will be "usa". On the back, Part IV, "Autograph" ---- you write the word "by" like a by-line to a newspaper story---- by: Your Name (Upper and Lower Case), Authorized Representative, and the date. Underneath the Signature is a blank space. It is appropriate to say that you wish to be indemnified against claims or losses under the sovereign usa Private Registered Indemnity Bond AMRI00001 RA393427640US. So now they have no grounds to "presume" that you are a Territorial United States Citizen, either. X and X. Finally, the rats have created "International Organizations" and run them "in your name". You need to seize upon these organizations and file liens against them.

You do this using a UCC-1 Financing Statement Form. The organizations doing business as your FIRST MIDDLE LAST and FIRST M.I. LAST are the DEBTORS and your nonTerritorial Lawful Trade Name (aka Christian Name-- First Middle Last) is the Secured Party. This is not a Notice of your interest, because you have already given plenty of public notice. You can lien these organizations directly by checking the "Non-UCC" claim in Box 6. Your final stop should be the State Secretary of State's Office to present him with another copy of "your" authenticated/certified BC. I want you to stare that man or woman right in the eye and say: "This is prima facie evidence of a Public Trust....." If necessary, continue on----- "and also prima facie evidence of intent to defraud." "I have reclaimed my birthright political status and I want the proper passport I am owed. If you aren't authorized to issue it, get on the phone and find out who is." If they attempt to drag you into one of their courts ask them where they will find the authority to address you? And where will they find a jury of your peers? The Great Fraud is over. The international trustees responsible for this Mess know that it is. You know that it is. Tucker Carlson was called to Washington because of a possible interview with Putin.

Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson said the US National Security Agency hacked into his Signal account and read correspondence about a planned interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to the presenter, he received a call and was summoned to Washington to clarify the situation. When he arrived, the question was asked if he was planning a trip to meet with Putin.

“How did you know, I didn’t tell anyone. Not at all. Not to my brother, not to my wife, not to anyone at all. How did you know? Because the NSA hacked into your correspondence with another person with whom you discussed this,” Carlson said.

The day before, RT editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan said that Tucker Carlson wants to interview Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Tucker Carlson was talking to U.S.-based Kremlin intermediaries about setting up an interview with Vladimir Putin shortly before the Fox News host accused the National Security Agency of spying on him, sources familiar with the conversations tell Axios.

Why it matters: Those sources said U.S. government officials learned about Carlson's efforts to secure the Putin interview.
Carlson learned that the government was aware of his outreach — and that's the basis of his extraordinary accusation, followed by a rare public denial by the NSA that he had been targeted.

Axios has not confirmed whether any communications from Carlson have been intercepted, and if so, why.

The big picture: Carlson's charges instantly became a cause célèbre on the right, which feasted on the allegation that one of
America's most prominent conservatives might have been monitored by the U.S. intelligence community.

The backstory: Carlson told his roughly 3 million viewers on June 28 that the day before, he had heard "from a whistleblower within the U.S. government who reached out to warn us that the NSA … is monitoring our electronic communications and is planning to leak them in an attempt to take this show off the air."

Carlson said his source, "who is in a position to know, repeated back to us information about a story that we are working on that could have only come directly from my texts and emails."

"It's illegal for the NSA to spy on American citizens," Carlson added. "Things like that should not happen in America. But unfortunately, they do happen. And in this case, they did happen."

The NSA said in a tweet the next night, as Carlson's show went on the air, that his "allegation is untrue."

"Tucker Carlson has never been an intelligence target of the Agency and the NSA has never had any plans to try to take his program off the air," the statement said.

A Fox News spokesperson gave this response to our reporting: "We support any of our hosts pursuing interviews and stories free of government interference."

And Carlson gave this statement: "As I've said repeatedly, because it's true, the NSA read my emails, and then leaked their contents. That's an outrage, as well as illegal.”

It is unclear why Carlson, or his source, would think this outreach could be the basis for NSA surveillance or a motive to have his show canceled.

Journalists routinely reach out to world leaders — including the leaders of countries that are not allied with the U.S. — to request interviews. And it's not unusual to first reach out through unofficial intermediaries rather than through the leaders' official press offices.

Numerous American journalists have interviewed Putin in recent years, and none have faced professional repercussions. Quite the contrary: Chris Wallace earned Fox News its first Emmy nomination for his 2018 Putin interview.
On Wednesday, Carlson told Maria Bartiromo on Fox Business that only his executive producer knew about the communications in question and that he didn't mention it to anybody else, including his wife.

But, of course, the recipients of Carlson's texts and emails also knew about their content. And we don't know how widely they shared this information.

Between the lines: The NSA's public statement didn't directly deny that any Carlson communications had been swept up by the agency.

Axios submitted a request for comment to the NSA on Wednesday, asking whether the agency would also be willing to categorically deny that the NSA intercepted any of Carlson's communications in the context of monitoring somebody he was talking to in his efforts to set up an interview with Putin.
