Tony Bobulinski tells Tucker Carlson that Joe Biden was ‘chairman’ of his son’s overseas business dealings
Bobulinski’s interview will air during "Tucker Carlson Tonight" on Tuesday.

Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, believes Joe Biden essentially served as the "chairman" and a "figurehead" to his son’s overseas business dealings.

Bobulinski, a retired lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, is the former CEO of SinoHawk Holdings, which he has long said was a partnership between a Chinese energy firm and the Biden family. During an exclusive interview that will air Tuesday night on "Tucker Carlson Tonight," Bobulinski said he met with President Biden "multiple" times prior to the 2020 election to discuss his son’s business ventures.

"There are hundreds of data points that Joe Biden was acting in – in a capitalistic term, I would say the chairman," Bobulinski told host Tucker Carlson.

"The chairman of JPMorgan doesn't take eight meetings down with the people, you know, analyzing companies. The chairman serves a purpose, right? He's a figurehead," Bobulinski continued. "He shows up in meetings, shakes hands, advises, you know, has faith in his team. Effectively, that was Joe Biden's role in the Biden family business ventures and around the world. And not just my venture."

Fox News’ Mike Emanuel previously reported that Hunter once made a reference to "my Chairman gave an emphatic no," in a text message. A source familiar told Emanuel that when Hunter talked about his "Chairman," he was referring to his father.

Bobulinski said Joe Biden has been playing that role "dating back decades." He said a leaked 2018 voicemail in which he told his son "I think you’re clear," following a New York Times report about Hunter’s work with a Chinese corporation, contradict the sitting president's claims.

"Joe Biden was adamant to the American people that he had no knowledge of his family's business deals," Bobulinski told Carlson. "How, if he had zero knowledge of that, could he be telling his son that he's in the clear on an article?"

Bobulinski also accused Hunter Biden of "fraud" against his business partners by tampering with key documents to funnel over $5 million into a company he owned during the latest sit-down with Carlson.

Bobulinski, who previously spoke to Carlson in 2020, insists the Biden family has aggressively leveraged its famous last name to make millions from foreign entities. He initially said he wouldn't have gone public with his story had House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff's comments saying his claims were part of a "Russian disinformation" campaign been retracted. This time, he is speaking out once again after he feels the FBI didn’t properly handle his claims.

During a Pima County Board of Supervisor’s zoom meeting Tuesday, a half-naked man wearing female underwear was seen in the background of one of the supervisor’s video broadcasts.

Matt Heinz, the 45-year-old openly-gay Democrat supervisor of Arizona’s Pima County District 2, quickly rushed to turn his video feed off when he realized his male acquaintance was in the background.

The four other Pima County supervisors appeared in person for the meeting while Heinz appeared virtually.

The interruption to Heinz’s stream occurred over two hours into the meeting.

Heinz, a physician at Tuscon Medical Center, first gained notoriety in 2008 when he was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives, becoming one of the first openly gay member in the state’s legislature.

Heinz served in Arizona’s house until 2012 and lost two US House races in 2016 and 2018 before being winning the District 2 Pima County supervisor election in 2020.

In December 2021, Heinz made headlines after advocating for a countywide mask mandate. The county supervisor called for an indoor mask mandate in public and private schools, but the measure was rejected in a 3-2 vote in April 2021.

Social media users expressed outrage over Heinz’s zoom call blunder. “Too busy to show up at work because he was busy boinking?” one Twitter user questioned.

“Is this unprofessional conduct by a physician?” another asked.

It is unclear if the 45-year-old county supervisor is in a relationship. There is no record of marriage listed on Pima County website bio.

WILLOW GROVE, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- Video captured a botched and painful escape by an alleged shoplifter last week at the Willow Grove Mall.

Police say Abdi Wasuge tried to make his getaway after a robbery at the Apple store on April 13.

He tried lower himself down from the second floor of the mall, but then fell to the ground.

Police say he broke his pelvis and tailbone.

Video of the leap has gone viral on the internet. It's now part of the police investigation.

We showed some people the painful fall and the reaction has been what you'd expect.

"Was he high or something? I don't know. Just jumping like that," said one viewer.

Abington police say Wasuge acted like a customer at the Apple store and said he wanted to purchase two MacBook Pro laptops, an iPhone 14 and some accessories. Instead of buying the items, police say he snatched them and tried to run out of the store.

But a good Samaritan engaged with Wasuge, a struggle ensued, and police say Wasuge threatened the good Samaritan saying, "Back off or I'll shoot you."

He dropped the stolen goods and then made his getaway until that plunge onto the hard tile floor.

Wasuge also faces charges of simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment.

Wasuge remains at a local hospital recovering from his injuries.

Police say his last known address is in Tempe, Arizona. It's unclear what he was doing in the Willow Grove area.

It’s not yet clear whether the 13th Amendment was published in Laws of the United States, 1st Vol., prematurely, by accident, in anticipation of Virginia’s ratification, or as part of a plot to discredit the Amendment by making it appear that only twelve States had ratified. Whether the Laws of the United States Vol. 1 (carrying the 13th Amendment) was re-called or made-up is unknown. In fact, it’s not even clear that the specified volume was actually printed — the Law Library of the Library of Congress has no record of its existence.

However, because the noted authors reported no further references to the 13th Amendment after the Presidential letter of February, 1818, they apparently assumed the ratification process had ended in failure at that time. If so, they neglected to seek information on the Amendment after 1818, or at the state level, and therefore missed the evidence of Virginia’s ratification. This opinion — assuming that the Presidential letter of February, 1818, was the last word on the Amendment — has persisted to this day.

In 1849, Virginia decided to revise the 1819 Civil Code of Virginia (which had contained the 13th Amendment for 30 years). It was at that time that one of the code’s revisers (a lawyer named Patton) wrote to the Secretary of the Navy, William B. Preston, asking if this Amendment had been ratified or appeared by mistake. Preston wrote to J. M. Clayton, the Secretary of State, who replied that this Amendment was not ratified by a sufficient number of States. This conclusion was based upon the information that Secretary of State John Quincy Adams had provided the House of Representatives in 1818, before Virginia’s ratification in 1819. (Even today, the Congressional Research Service tells anyone asking about this 13th Amendment this same story: that only twelve states, not the requisite thirteen, had ratified.)

However, despite Clayton’s opinion, the Amendment continued to be published in various states and territories for at least another eleven years (the last known publication was in the Nebraska territory in 1860). Once again the 13th Amendment was caught in the riptides of American politics. South Carolina seceded from the Union in December of 1860, signaling the onset of the Civil War. In March, 1861, President Abraham Lincoln was inaugurated.

Later in 1861, another proposed amendment, also numbered thirteen, was signed by President Lincoln. This was the only proposed amendment that was ever signed by a president. That resolve to amend read:

“ARTICLE THIRTEEN, No amendment shall be made to the Constitution which will authorize or give to Congress the power to abolish or interfere, within any State, with the domestic institutions thereof, including that of persons held to labor or service by the laws of said State.”

In other words, President Lincoln had signed a resolve that would have permitted slavery, and upheld states’ rights. Only one State, Illinois, ratified this proposed amendment before the Civil War broke out in 1861. In the tumult of 1865, the original 13th Amendment was finally removed from the US Constitution. On January 31, another 13th Amendment (which prohibited slavery in Sect. 1, and ended states’ rights in Sect. 2) was proposed. On April 9, the Civil War ended with General Lee’s surrender. On April 14, President Lincoln (who, in 1861, had signed the proposed Amendment that would have allowed slavery and states rights) was assassinated. On December 6, the “new” 13th Amendment loudly prohibiting slavery (and quietly surrendering states rights to the federal government) was ratified, replacing and effectively erasing the original 13th Amendment that had prohibited “titles of nobility” and “honors”.

This is another post I never wanted to write. Yesterday the world lost one of the best men I have ever known and loved. Chris Takacs passed away in his sleep early Friday morning.
He was truly the most kind, generous, loving, selfless, compassionate person. He cared deeply for all people and animals alike. He was excited to teach people about being Vegan for the animals, the earth , and our health as well.
I was lucky enough to meet him and love him! He was never anything but nice to me. We had so many fun adventures hiking, going to concerts, going to the beach , festivals, movies—to name a few.
He was my rock , my emotional support, a shoulder to cry on as he was helping through the tragedy of the loss of Annabel from domestic violence. He was there for all the great times and the sad ones too.
