At one point in the contest, Chistyakov looked like he’d taken the upper hand after pinning Madzyuk up against the cage under his body weight.

But after the referee finally separated the two, it wasn’t long before the pro mixed martial artist’s skill set got her out of trouble and she started landing some devastating shots to the head.

A well-time right hand dropped Chistyakov and after some viscous ground and pound the bout was eventually waved off by the referee.

While we’re still unsure what promotion the duo were fighting for, it hasn’t stopped MMA fans and experts from wading in.

Footage of the strange match-up flooded social media and people didn’t quite know what to make of the spectacle.

Some heaped praise on the duo while others – including UFC referee Marc Goddard – slated the event.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign will add to its top ranks a man who’s known for being tough on Wall Street.

Gary Gensler, the former chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, will serve as the Clinton campaign’s chief financial officer, Bloomberg reported.

Gensler would bring a wealth of knowledge about the financial industry, as well as the federal agencies that regulate it, to the newly launched campaign.

He was chairman of the CFTC, the government agency that oversees the derivatives markets, from 2009 to 2014. He previously served in senior Treasury Department roles under President Bill Clinton, and prior to joining the Clinton administration worked at Goldman Sachs for almost 20 years.

By early January of 2016, things had worn off and Hillary had some competition. Those supporting her only competitor, socialist Bernie Sanders, were not happy with Gensler, the former Goldman Sachs guy. The Intercept wrote at that time:

It was also clear at this time that Gensler was running Hillary’s campaign finances. Gensler also worked with Hillary’s attorney Marc Elias in creating the Hillary Victory Fund, according to Bloomberg in a piece in June 2016:

Gensler’s portfolio stretches into other areas as well. He, along with campaign lawyer Marc Elias and national finance director Dennis Cheng, led the process last year to create the Hillary Victory Fund, which jointly raises money for the campaign, the DNC, and state Democratic parties.

Elias was Hillary’s general counsel at the time Gensler was CFO.

It was during this time when Gensler oversaw the Hillary campaign’s finances that Hillary’s campaign paid millions to law firm Perkins Coie. This was also the time that the Steele dossier was paid for.

We know that Gensler has hidden meetings he had with Hillary, Soros, Pelosi and others from his calendar.

Today Gensler was asked whether he facilitated the payment for the Steele dossier for the Hillary campaign. He claimed after much hesitation that he wasn’t aware of the payment for the Steele campaign.

Questions and outage are growing across London after a man who ended up in London’s River Thames following police firing a Taser in a bid to detain him died yesterday.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) confirmed the man, in his early 40s, had passed away in hospital.

On Saturday morning, police were called to Chelsea Bridge Road, west London after receiving reports that a man was armed with a screwdriver and shouting. He was rescued from the water and taken to hospital in a critical condition.

The IOPC, the police watchdog, said on Sunday the man, aged in his early 40s, had died in hospital and that an inquiry was under way.

IOPC director Steve Noonan said: “We have spoken to the man’s family to express our sincere condolences and explain our involvement. Our sympathies remain with them at this terrible time. Our independent investigation is under way into the police actions at the bridge and we have begun gathering and reviewing evidence.”

Stefon was wrong. Apparently the hottest club is the Capitol Building. After a gay Congressional staffer was fired last week for allegedly filming a sex tape in a Senate hearing room, reports of similar videos have surfaced, constituting a bona fide trend of people boning in the halls of power.

According to a new investigation this week by Semafor, another set of videos showing sexual acts in the U.S. Capitol were posted on Snapchat last year by a user named “Adam J.” One of the two videos in the set shows an unknown man masturbating alone in a House of Representatives office. A screenshot from the second appears to depict two men having sex “in an office setting.” No faces were visible in the images.

Semafor reported that the videos became the subject of an internal investigation by Republican Rep. Dan Newhouse, whose office believed a staffer may have been involved. The investigation reportedly yielded no evidence, and the anonymous staffer, who denies all involvement, left his position later that year on good terms.

“As soon as the office was alerted, we immediately contacted the appropriate House entities to conduct an independent investigation,” a Newhouse spokesperson told Semafor, and “the office will not be providing further comment on personnel matters.”

Congressional staffers’ sexual exploits drew scrutiny last week when right-wing website The Daily Caller — a major source of anti-trans disinformation and recycled 4chan hoaxes — published a video that appears to show two men having sex in a Senate hearing room. The site alleged that one of the men was Aidan Maese-Czeropski, then a staffer for Democrat Sen. Ben Cardin, whose office confirmed Maese-Czeropski is “no longer employed” after The Daily Caller leaked the video.

“While some of my actions in the past have shown poor judgment, I love my job and would never disrespect my workplace,” Maese-Czeropski wrote in a LinkedIn post earlier this week. “Any attempts to characterize my actions otherwise are fabricated and I will be exploring what legal options are available to me in these matters.”

Unlike the Daily Caller, Semafor did not name the former staffer who was investigated last year, and did not publish the video they reviewed. In the District of Columbia, publicly posting explicit material of a person without their consent can constitute a misdemeanor or a felony under revenge porn laws.

Minadeo, 40, runs an antisemitic hate group called the Goyim Defense League — its name and acronym serving as ugly sendups of the Anti-Defamation League, or ADL. The first is by paper: Distributing antisemitic fliers that promote perverse lies, including that Jews should be blamed for everything from the “covid agenda” and “Disney child grooming” to “Trump’s campaign funding” and “abortion and hookup culture.” The second is digital: Livestreaming on his own network, GoyimTV, where Minadeo broadcasts as a character called “Handsome Truth.” The third is by marching: In September, Minadeo and his loyalists joined forces with a hardcore neo-Nazi group called Blood Tribe, taking over an Orlando-area freeway overpass. The mob of hate demonstrators performed Hitler salutes and shouted threats like “Jews get the rope!”
The first strategy has gotten Minadeo in significant legal trouble. At the beginning of November, Minadeo was found guilty by a jury in Florida of “attempted littering” related to distributing his antisemitic hate flyers in West Palm Beach this past March. According to the warrant for his arrest, Minadeo was throwing the fliers from the back of a U-Haul “onto the public street, in the swale, and into residents’ yards.” The cop on the scene recovered only a few fliers from the street, so Minaeo was charged with “attempted littering” based on the stockpile still in the U-Haul, described in court as “over 700 bags with white paper and brown pellets, weighing at 47.5 pounds.”
In court, Minadeo made the argument that his foul flyers were protected free speech. “Mr. Minadeo was delivering flyers with a political message … packaged … in a manner that keeps its contents sealed and prevents that package from flying away,” his attorney wrote. “At no point did Mr. Minadeo distribute garbage or trash … Despite anyone’s opinion as to what was on the flyers, these flyers are political and religious in nature.”
The state of Florida countered with a motion that insisted the paper in baggies was trash — in both a literal and figurative sense: “Paper is clearly defined as what can constitute litter in the statute,” the state attorney argued. “Additionally, the paper is not political or religious in nature, the paper contains unsubstantiated claims attacking a specific religion and are correctly classified as trash having no true political essence.”
Ultimately, Minadeo’s First Amendment hail mary didn’t convince the judge. The trial went forward and Minadeo was convicted on the misdemeanor — and sentenced to jail, beginning Nov. 1.
Minadeo’s experience — as documented on his Gab account by a guest poster named “Ned,” who has been coordinating with the hate leader — has been miserable. Minadeo spent his first week-plus in quarantine. “He’s in 1 cell with 5 guys and 1 toilet,” Ned reported. Nonetheless, Ned added, Minadeo had spent his time “red pilling everyone he can” about the “filthy” targets of his hate.
Before long, odd handwritten legal filings began showing up in the court record. On Nov. 17, someone filed an “Extraordinary Emergency” appeal arguing that “Jon is jailed for throwing political newspapers.” The signature line of the filing is not a lawyer’s, however. It reads instead: “Held Hostage.” A similar filing claiming “indigent status” for Minadeo is also signed “Held Hostage.” Minadeo’s lawyer, Sarah Wright, could not explain the documents, telling Rolling Stone: “I have no idea what those are. I certainly did not file anything like that.”
