HAMILTON, Ohio (WXIX) - Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones is catching heat for his use of the “warden burger,” which he serves to inmates in isolation.
Jones says it’s not made to taste bad and it’s a common practice across the country.
He says the punishment isn’t in the taste but in having the same thing for every meal for the duration of an inmate’s stay in isolation, which can last up to 10 days.
Jones took bites of the burger during an interview Wednesday night with FOX19.
“I would eat this,” he said. “Hell, I’m eating it now.”
The burger is made of tomato paste, flour, dry milk, oats, beans, ground turkey, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, and “a pinch of salt,” according to the recipe.
Jones says he’s been serving it to inmates in isolation for years and has never been ordered to stop.
“This is jail,” he said. “You don’t get to choose your mommy and your daddy, and your aunt Lily doesn’t get to make your meals. I’m your aunt and your grandpa. I’m the one that gets your meals prepared, makes sure it gets done.”
Jones says inmates get put in isolation for things like fighting, and the burger is added punishment.
“If you get in trouble and you go to an isolation cell, it’s no different than your regular cell,” he said. “And that’s what you get three times a day, and you get all the water you can drink. It’s very nutritious. It’s good for you. It has lots of fiber, and fiber is good for you, right?”
Jones says a dietician approved the recipe.
Asked whether he would eat the burger three times a day, Jones replied, “Yeah. I’m easy to please like that. I come from a generation that you eat whatever’s in front of you.”
Jones says he’s had inmates think twice about acting out because they say they don’t want to eat the burger again.
“And this may be just a little piece that keeps you out of trouble, keeps you from hurting other people,” he said. “That’s my goal here.”

The collapse began with the photos posted, as is usually the case. Study the photo under title. My entire thesis could rest on that (though it won't). Just ask yourself this: isn't it an amazing coincidence that all five still photos (allegedly taken from films of the launches) would be taken at exactly the same angle? In other words, there is way too little variation between the five photos to indicate they are real. If you photographed or filmed five different launches with five different shuttles and five different rockets on five different days, you would expect far more variation. Instead, we see carbon copies, with a few slight differences edited in. They have changed the names, the color of the sky, the color of the central pod (external tank), and a few other lines here and there. But it isn't convincing, since they forgot to change the template.You will say they just shot this from the same camera on the same spot at the same exact split second of launch: the shuttle and rockets hadn't changed much, so of course we get carbon copies. But that is disproved by the photos themselves. This can't have been at the exact same moment of launch, since the tower (scaffolding) is different in three of them. That is one of the differences they edited in. But that was a mistake, because it shows up the fake.

Mainstream news reporters — in lockstep with Democratic strategists — rushed to social media to smear journalist Matt Taibbi as a “sad” “fraud” as he released his bombshell report on political censorship at Twitter.

On Friday, billionaire Elon Musk — who vowed to give the social media giant a free-speech overhaul when he bought it last month — released to Taibbi a shocking collection of inside correspondence proving that Democrat insiders leaned on Twitter’s censors to suppress The Post’s coverage of Hunter Biden’s laptop ahead of the 2020 presidential election.

While Ali was hitting send, Dem pollster Matt McDermott tweeted a nearly identical put-down.

Journalist Matt Taibbi is under fire for airing Elon Musk’s Twitter files.

The Democrat’s words appeared to have been cut-and-pasted from a tweet NBC’s Ben Collins had posted moments before.

“Imagine throwing it all away to do PR work for the richest person in the world,” Collins wrote. “Humiliating s–t.”

Yoel Roth, Twitter’s former head of trust and safety who left the company when Musk completed his takeover, accused the site’s new owner of endangering the censors.

Dozens of journalists — including MSNBC’s Chris Hayes, NBC’s Brandy Zadrozny, and the New Republic’s Jacob Silverman — and Democrat partisans piled on, drawing the scorn of investigative reporter Glenn Greenwald.

“The whole sleazy, in-group liberal gang from NBC, Daily Beast, etc — all the censorship advocates who think censorship advocacy is somehow compatible with journalism — are furious that the the acts of their Dem Party allies in getting the Biden story censored are being exposed,” Greenwald posted.

CLARIFICATION ON THE TOXICITY ISSUE TO ADULTS

Dioxin exposure is not like arsenic. For adults, most who react will start to feel sick; it’s distinctly “flu like” as I’ve had this. Some will get rashes, which is about the slow death of their liver. The rash is an indication of systemic poisoning.

But due to our greater body weight, adults can handle a little more, for a while. What it does to adults is create a kind of time bomb; miscarriages; infertility; hormone disruption; cancers; three generations of genetic damage (I have all of this either firsthand or from the companies own documents).

Children can get extremely ill and die. Animals — pets and livestock — can be killed immediately, along with wildlife. The birds are all gone from the whole area. So the smaller one’s body, the more it acts like an acute poison rather than a long-term disruptor of every system. And we all already bear a body-burden of the stuff, measured in parts per trillion in blood adipose tissue.

Dioxin is a trace contaminant of other toxins, like Agent Orange and PCBs. So it rides along with them, and is also created in a burn situation. We are witnessing a worst case scenario.


Thousands of tons (nine railroad cars of chlorinated chemicals) went up, and burned in proximity of other hydrocarbons (vegetables, wheat, motor oil, etc.) and so this turns the ordinary cargo into hazmat when they are burned together.


This is an extinction level kind of event. There are 125,000 farms in PA and OH. It will concentrate in the food and be shipped all over the world. The only potentially worse dioxin release in a single incident was the World Trade Center, and I don’t think it was bad, and much of that smoke blew out to see, adding to the background level in the oceans.

If electric goes this way, it is going to backfire on the so-called "elite" BIG TIME.


I can honestly state that if it goes this way, gasoline really will become stupid. This thing charges so fast that if you for some reason run out of juice, a 15 minute charge at a Tesla station will get you home, 50 miles away. As is, if parked properly the solar panels give more range than most people drive per year, making driving totally free, especially since they can charge up so much that you'll always be running with 400+ miles of range.

One important bragging point I have: The Aptera as currently designed has the same range (solar only) per year as I have always stated is possible, and unlike what I have said is possible, it is done with style. I always figured it would have to look stupid.
