PALM COAST, Fla. — A 76-year-old Florida woman is facing charges after deputies said she fled the scene of a crash and then drove off with a man on the hood of her car.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office said on Sept. 30 that Cheryl Henderson tried to flee the scene and ended up driving 2 miles down the road with the victim on the hood.

Witnesses told deputies that Henderson was involved in a minor collision with another driver. However, as she drove away from the scene, they said she struck the other driver and then fled with the driver hanging onto the hood of her vehicle.

The victim told deputies they had been involved in a wreck with Henderson, but when she refused to stop, the victim used their vehicle to block her escape.

When the victim stepped out of their car, investigators said Henderson sped up, and the victim was forced to jump onto her hood to avoid being run over. Henderson then sped away with the victim hanging onto the hood of her car.

Henderson reached an estimated speed of 50 mph, according to the victim. The woman was stopped about 2 miles later when she was forced off the road by another witness to the crash.

"This could have become a deadly incident," Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly said. "Never hit another person with a car. Thankfully, that victim survived without any serious injuries, but I'm sure it had to be a scary moment for the victim holding on to the hood and the other witnesses. She should never be allowed to touch a steering wheel again."

Henderson faces charges of leaving the scene of a crash and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. She was taken to jail and released on $20,000 bond.

After his 1979 conviction, MacDonald hired Gunderson at the rate of $100 an hour to clear him. The private eye’s methods would prove to be … unusual.

Gunderson tracked down a discarded suspect, a drug user named Helena Stoeckley, and promised her immunity, relocation to California and a part in a movie in exchange for a full confession. That confession was lurid, bizarre and totally inadmissible in court. She claimed to be part of a “Black Cult” that killed the MacDonalds as part of a ritual.

Needless to say, this story didn’t hold any water and the case was eventually dismissed. MacDonald was given three concurrent life sentences, and Gunderson moved on to other things.

He couldn’t get the bad taste out of his mouth, though. If the Black Cult was real — and Gunderson was totally convinced it was — then the government refusing to prosecute it meant that they were compromised as well. He had no choice but to go rogue and blow the whole mess out of the water.

The thing with conspiracy theories is that if you believe one of them, you might as well believe them all. Over the next few decades, Gunderson became one of the country’s leading proponents of high-level nonsense. With Satanic ritual murderers around every corner, the former FBI agent began speaking out against the shadowy threats that imperiled America.

Everything that happened was a sign. Sonny Bono’s 1998 death by skiing accident? Killed by the government because he “knew too much.” Same with diminutive actor Gary Coleman. Airplanes are purposefully dumping toxic chemicals as “chemtrails” to reduce world population. 9/11 was an inside job.

The Obama administration ordered “30,000 guillotines to murder its critics, and has stashed 500,000 caskets in Georgia and Montana for the remains.”

Around every corner was a new hidden enemy. And behind it all was the Black Cult, a worldwide conspiracy to torture and murder children just like Jeffrey MacDonald’s family.

What drove Ted Gunderson into the arms of conspiracy theory? Intelligence agents are, in a way, storytellers. They’re given seemingly random pieces of evidence and tasked with assembling them into a coherent narrative. But cases like the MacDonald murders, where the most obvious explanation — that a human being could brutally slaughter his family and then lie about it to police — are too insane to make sense of. How much easier and more comforting to blame malicious forces just out of view, pulling strings to inflict misery on us all.

Ted Gunderson died of cancer in 2011. He lived a remarkably long time for someone so obsessed with exposing the crimes of the powerful. But his legacy holds on. The credibility of a former FBI agent emboldens conspiracy theorists around the globe. Most recently, proponents of the Pizzagate conspiracy theory started passing his videos around as “proof” that, once again, the Black Cult was real.

Simply: Mastermind hypnotized the entire Marvel Universe to accept this insanity for the last number of years; the only hero not affected was Hawkeye, as he had been on an absinthe bender - what happened was that Clint had been Jason Wyngarde's test subject, as he did not wish to possibly anger someone with meta-abilities, despite his improved mind. Hawkeye goes off because he realizes Kate Bishop being better than him was something absolutely unnatural, but he had already downed a third of the bottle before he came to that realization. This, along with the initial meddling, renders his mind immune to Mastermind's manipulations. He shakes off the nonsense that his lifetime of training and dedication could be bested by a "girl", consults fellow crimefighter's MOs on antagonists, and comes up with...

...MASTERMIND DID NOT DIE.

Now we go back to West Coast Avengers #37 by Englehart, Milgrom, Machlan, Oakley, and Gruenwald (can't recall colorist) - where Hawkeye singlehandedly beats the Voice of Doom; whereas the entire team is required to be brought to bear to end his threat in the previous issue (though it follows the same scenario - lone hero must outfight their hypnotized colleagues), so Clint works it out LIKE A BOSS.

All of the heroes slowly recover, and we have new creative teams get the books back on track...however they feel necessary.

Saturday Night Live’s reputation as a vehicle for biting political satire is overblown, especially by the show itself. Originally emerging from post-Watergate American counterculture comedy, SNL was quickly revealed as more revolutionary about the medium of television than about politics, the show’s performance-driven parade of characters and recurring bits more likely to kick against established TV norms than political ones. Still, there are times when a singularly biting satirical piece breaks through SNL and founding producer Lorne Michaels’ more middle-of-the-road sensibilities.
One such sketch titled “Conspiracy Theory Rock” aired on the March 14, 1998, episode of Saturday Night Live, hosted by Julianne Moore and featuring musical guests the Backstreet Boys. The piece in question featured neither of the night's guests or any of the cast but was instead the work of writer Robert Smigel, whose tenure on the show saw him setting up something of a one-man shop in the form of his animated “TV Funhouse” segments. A grab-bag of conceits alternately or concurrently tasteless and overtly satirical, the animated pieces gave the acerbic Smigel free reign to push boundaries and generally poke fun at everything from current events to corporate hypocrisy to even Saturday Night Live itself. (The open and close of every “TV Funhouse” sees an animated Michaels furiously chasing a cartoon pup whose mischievous ripping of the SNL screen reveals the “TV Funhouse” logo underneath, the cartoon Michaels imperiously demanding, “Come back here with my show!”)
Smigel’s smart-aleck reputation reached its infamous peak on the Moore episode (at least until he and his Late Show With Stephen Colbert crew were arrested for breaching Capitol security in 2022 in pursuit of lawmakers who’d talk to his most famous creation, the puppet instigator Triumph the Insult Comic Dog). “Conspiracy Theory Rock” expertly aped the style of the beloved '70s Schoolhouse Rock animated TV shorts, this time with a disheveled narrator (suspiciously similar to recently apprehended anti-corporate terrorist Ted Kaczynski) explicitly explaining the insidious connection between a few mega-corporations (including General Electric, then owners of SNL network NBC) and everything from media manipulation and FCC deregulation to corporate welfare and the then-erupting PCB scandal, in which political and corporate influence was shown to be behind cancer-causing pollution.

As you know by now, Anheuser-Bush sent TikTok influencer Dylan Mulvaney a special can of Bud Light with “her” face on it commemorating her “365 days of girlhood.” Mulvaney reps for a number of big names and makes a ton of money doing it. But Nike didn’t impress women by paying Mulvaney to dance around in a sports bra and leggings, and it didn’t impress women by having Mulvaney surrounded by Bud Light cans.

We can’t confirm this video is authentic, but it sure looks authentic, so we’re going with it. Have sales of Anheuser-Busch products already been affected? He says yes, absolutely.

From JSF: ⁣ New fastest production car in the worldThe Lucid Air Sapphire can destroy a Model S Plaid, the fastest Bugatti, and the world's fastest motorcycle.Lucid is a not well known luxury EV company that outclasses Tesla and across the board - far more luxurious, faster, much longer range, and costs approximately twice as much. One caveat: Dodge released a new Demon that might beat even this, time will tell.


⁣Jason Cammisa got the exclusive first test, strapped on his equipment, and broke the record: the Lucid Air Sapphire is the world's quickest-accelerating production car.

With a staggering quarter-mile performance of 9.1 seconds at 156 mph, this 1200+ horsepower 3-motor Air beat out the reigning champion, the triple-motor, 1020-hp Tesla Model S Plaid, which runs the 1/4-mile in 9.3 seconds at 152 mph.

The cars are "tied" at 2.1 seconds 0-60, though some trivia: the Lucid Air Sapphire gets to 60 mph 0.03 seconds before the Tesla Model S Plaid.

We weren't satisfied with just that race, so we also brought along the fastest-accelerating gas-powered production car, the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport. This is the 1479-hp (1500-PS) Chiron with shortened gear ratios, grippy Michelin Cup 2R tires, a fixed rear wing, and weight-reduction measures.

Even despite these hyper-aggressive Michelins' distaste for cold tarmac, the Chiron ripped off a 2.3-second, four-wheel-burnout launch from 0-to-60 mph, and then continued on to a 9.3-second, 156-mph quarter-mile performance. That is a tenth quicker to 60 mph than the "regular" Chiron has managed, and a tenth quicker through the quarter, too. That's an internal-combustion production-car 1/4-mile record for the Chiron Pur Sport — and we suspect that, in warmer conditions, this Pur Sport would be even quicker!

That's not the case with the 210-hp Ducati Panigale V4 SP2, one of the quickest superbikes in the world. It had no traction issues as MotoAmerica Supersport champion rider Josh Herrin cracked the throttle wide open, dumped the dry clutch, and ripped off a stupefying 9.3-second, 157-mph run through the quarter-mile.

This beat our last outing with the same Panigale, when it handily dusted a 2023 C8 Corvette Z06. This time, Ducati softened the suspension and dropped the fork; Josh sacrificed the clutch and kept the wheelie at bay. It's safe to say this is the limit for the SP2 — except that Ducati offers a factory Akrapovic exhaust and tune that boost horsepower. We'd love to come back and try that again!

But for the moment, it's clear: among production cars with four wheels, the Lucid Air Sapphire is now the acceleration king, with the Chiron Pur Sport in second place. In one video, Tesla went from first to third.

VfB has been perusing the writing of Miles Mathis; first read his work on the Paul McCartney bait and switch, but he's written extensively on a myriad of topics [and he may be a reader of some of VfB's postings, from what's been presented], and one of those topics was the idea that our 'space program' is a colossal hoax

We now know that the Apollo program was an even more massive fraud, and that no one ever went to the Moon. That is what I would call common knowledge, although the governors wish it weren't, and pretend it isn't so. They are still trying to sell it, but have very few buyers outside of their government,university, and military hires. We also know the more recent SpaceX launches are fraudulent. They are so poorly faked even school children can see the seams. They have rockets flying backwards and landing on tiny spots in the ocean, while paid crowds of college students, meth heads, and gangbangers cheer and high-five. We also know—courtesy of Simon Shack at Clues Forum—that the Challenger astronauts, who are supposed to be dead, aren't. That “tragedy” was another bold fraud, and I suppose it was pulled to make the project look real. A fail now and then adds to the perceived reality of the show. People will think, “They aren't going to blow up a fake Shuttle with people onboard!”. No, and they aren't going to blow up a real one, either. But they did blow up a fake one with no one onboard,since that would kill several birds with one stone. To start with, tragedies act as the greatest
confirmation of projects, since they are unanswerable. They defy analysis and questioning, since(almost) no one wants to question a tragedy. It can so easily be dismissed as heartless that no one wants to go there. [Fortunately, many of us outgrew that trick after 911, and many more after Sandy Hook. The fake tragedies eventually became so transparent, the “heartless” slur no longer held any water. But at the time of the Challenger event, that wasn't yet the case. Analysis was still verboten.]Such tragedies also draw attention from real things at the time, that should be in the news but aren't. They also help the governors control us, by creating a false sense of community. In tragedy, people come together, and this gives the hoaxing governors the opportunity of joining the hugfest, and profiting from it. Plus, if you think a Shuttle has been destroyed, you won't complain when they spend your tax dollars to replace it with yet another one. It's all about spending, as you should know by now.Billing you for new expensive stuff every year, and delivering none of it.

Given that, I went to the Wiki page on the Space Shuttle expecting the worst. I was not disappointed.As usual, all I had to do is read for a few moments with my eyes open and the whole conjob immediately collapsed like a house of cards. The collapse began with the photos posted, as is usually the case. Study the photo under title. My entire thesis could rest on that (though it won't). Just ask yourself this: isn't it an amazing coincidence that all five still photos (allegedly taken from films of the launches) would be taken at exactly the same angle? In other words, there is way too little variation between the five photos to indicate they are real. If you photographed or filmed five different launches with five different shuttles and five different rockets on five different days, you would expect far more variation. Instead, we see carbon copies, with a few slight differences edited in. They have changed the names, the color of the sky, the color of the central pod (external tank), and a few other lines here and there. But it isn't convincing, since they forgot to change the template.You will say they just shot this from the same camera on the same spot at the same exact split second of launch: the shuttle and rockets hadn't changed much, so of course we get carbon copies. But that is disproved by the photos themselves. This can't have been at the exact same moment of launch, since the tower (scaffolding) is different in three of them. That is one of the differences they edited in. But that was a mistake, because it shows up the fake.
