There were so many defendants due to Mr. Jones allegedly feeling as if these people either participated in the alleged crimes or allowed them and refused to do anything to stop them despite having the power to do so.
Also, the guy who was allegedly shot in the bathroom of the recording studio was allegedly Justin Combs’ friend, if I’m not mistaken. That guy, Justin, and P. Devil got into it and P. Devil took the argument to the restroom with the guy, where the shooting allegedly took place. Allegedly, Lil Rod was the one who had to help the guy and called the ambulance and then P. devil made him lie to the police allegedly.
Also, also, the incident with Yung Miami’s cousin was worse than how I described it. I tried to keep it tame and not vulgar, but that woman went out of her way to mess with that man after he’d made it clear that he didn’t want her touching him and doing inappropriate things to him.
ANYWAYS
Mr. Jones went for everybody in this lawsuit and if they all did what he is alleging that they did, they need to be behind bars and they need to give him the money that’s rightfully due to him.
Enough is enough, some people are tired and when pushed too far or taken advantage of too much, they will fight back.
This man deserves the same attention and support that Cassie got when she filed her lawsuit against P. Devil Combs.
I said it before, that I believe that there were male victims but that they didn’t want to come out because they saw how some people treated the women. Imagine how many men decided to take thier pain to the grave without seeking the justice they deserve because of how society and our community treats people when they blow the whistle and come out and expose these celebrities. It should not be that way; we shouldn’t make our society so hostile and lacking in empathy that people would rather DIE with their pain and trauma instead of try and get justice.

Facebook’s new anti-violence policies have not yet applied to some of the most controversial and potentially dangerous users on its platform: the domestic terrorist group Antifa.
At least 119 regional Antifa groups and pages remain untouched on Facebook after the company announced several new and updated policies, including one against violence. These groups have a collected 351,948 followers. Antifa groups around the United States have been linked to violence and doxxing, or a release of personal information. Some have threatened people whom they deem to be “racists” or “nazis.”
Journalist and Quillette editor Andy Ngo was beaten and doused with “milkshakes” reportedly laced with quick-dry cement by Antifa rioters on June 29. He was hospitalized and treated for a brain hemorrhage.
That was hardly the only instance of Antifa violence and intimidation.In the past, a group called Smash Racism DC doxxed and caused a disturbance in front of Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s home. The group “cracked the front door,” according to CNN. Its Facebook page is still active.
All Out DC, another Antifa group in Washington D.C., also posted several images of Tucker Carlson’s personal phone number. This group is also still active on Facebook. Antifa even attacked an NBC journalist in September of 2018. NBC reporter Cal Perry was beaten and had his camera yanked away from him by members of Antifa in Charlottesville while he was filming a protest.
When President Donald Trump was inaugurated in January 2017, antifa demonstrators rioted in the streets and were ready to “violently disrupt the inauguration,” according to The Washington Post.
Facebook released a report from its audit June 30, with several new policies about violent content. In the report, Facebook stated that it had “updated its violence and incitement policies to prohibit posts from people who intend to bring weapons anywhere to intimidate or harass others, or who encourage people to do the same.” In its old policy, Facebook wrote, “While we understand that people commonly express disdain or disagreement by threatening or calling for violence in non-serious ways, we remove language that incites or facilitates serious violence. We remove content, disable accounts, and work with law enforcement when we believe there is a genuine risk of physical harm or direct threats to public safety.”
In addition, “Statements of intent to commit violence; or Statements advocating violence” were also banned on Facebook.
Pages like Antifa United shared posts with headlines that read, “Neo-Nazis Get Their Asses Kicked During Reagan Youth Show at Garden Amp.” Rose City Antifa posted some praise of the event on June 29 where Ngo was beaten: “When the Alt Right hands us lemons, we make delicious milkshakes! The J29 demo was an amazing success which is really very upsetting for the dwindling crew of fascists who come to our city in hopes of bullying vulnerable people.”
One Antifa page, NOLA Antifa, posted, “Concrete milkshakes are our favorite flavor.”
Antifa groups span the English-speaking countries. Australia, Canada, the U.K., and the United States all have several antifa/antifascist pages on Facebook.

Today's Blind Items - The End Of The Storm Had a hard time coming up with a title to this one. Over the years I have written bits and pieces of the entirety of this story as they were told to me. Over the last week or two, it has all come together to the point where I don't even know where to begin. Go back almost a decade. You had this foreign born rising star in his early teens. He flies here to the US and meets one of his idols. Probably a permanent A lister. The idol is closeted and has sex with women but much prefers men. Well, young men. He made it very clear to the teen what he needed to do and the teen did it. Did it is probably the wrong term. The teen was raped. Repeatedly. By his idol. This went on for years. The teen was super confused. He was becoming an A+ lister. He is still pretty close to that now. Women were throwing themselves at him but his only sexual experiences had been with this singer who was raping him. I don't think our singer has ever really adjusted to that time period. He needs a lot of therapy and he is getting it. BUT, and this is a big but. The people he is getting therapy from are people who have ulterior motives. The biggest of those motives is money. Our singer is handing money over hand over fist. More exploitation is not what he needs. It will come out eventually and then he will be using more and end up in a death spiral. Another big issue in all of this are the ongoing legal troubles of the permanent A lister. His sexual history and partners are going to come out and it is going to drag the subject of this blind front and center.

YouTube and Google‘s global head of music Lyor Cohen has been confirmed to receive City of Hope’s highest honor, the Spirit of Life Award, at its fall gala.

The veteran music executive will receive the shine on Oct. 18 at West Hollywood’s Pacific Design Center. The Spirit of Life Award is “presented to an esteemed community of industry leaders around the world who have made a significant commitment to improving the lives of others through the advancement of research and clinical innovation and the delivery of personalized, compassionate care,” per City of Hope.

Once he takes a spin at the podium, Lyor will join a list of previous recipients that includes Shelli and Irving Azoff, Edgar Bronfman Jr., Coran Capshaw, Eddy Cue, Clive Davis, Lucian Grainge, Allen Grubman, Quincy Jones, Rob Light, Monte and Avery Lipman, Doug Morris, Mo Ostin, Bob Pittman, Jon Platt and Sylvia Rhone, among others.

“If you have the opportunity to give a gift back to the industry you love, with an organization like City of Hope, whose doctors and scientists’ passion for helping others is so extraordinary, it’s a no-brainer,” Cohen said. “My career has been shaped by a contrarian point of view. Open to making mistakes, making big bets, unpopular decisions and being comfortable with change; that is how culture shifts and how breakthroughs happen. To me, these are many of the same qualities that make City of Hope’s mission to transform the future of cancer care across all communities so impactful.”

Cohen began his career as a road manager for Run DMC and the Beastie Boys, before taking on a variety of leadership roles across the music business, from management to the highest-level C-suites. His resume features top posts as Def Jam, Island Def Jam Music Group, Warner Music Group, 300 Entertainment and now, YouTube. Cohen sits on the board of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the National Independent Venue Association, and is an acting director for SCAN-Harbor.

The post, which was viewed by over 17,400 people at the time of writing, comprises of a video taken at a supermarket by an unidentified individual. The individual uses the camera to zoom in on the ingredients of a packet of Kinder Schoko-Bons chocolates.

The information on the packet of chocolates is written in German, and the individual points out that ‘Schellack’ is one of the ingredients. The video cuts to a web search of ‘Shellack’, with results showing images of an insect.

Together with animated overlay of crawling insects over the video, the caption reads, ‘There’s bugs in your chocolate’.

A Creeping Realisation
We translated ‘Schellack’ into English and found that it referred to shellac, a refined substance made from the secretion of the Kerria lacca insect. It is usually found in the forests of India and Southeast Asia, has been harvested for millenia, and has multiple uses.

Shellac helps to add shine to an object’s exterior and limit contact to moisture and oxygen. It is often used in cosmetics such as nail polish and hair styling products, in woodworking, and as a coating for food, including for candy, fresh fruit and medicine pills. Shellac is often listed as an ingredient under the name ‘confectioner’s glaze’, and can help to prolong the life of food items.

While this means that shiny food items often contain the insect-derived shellac, this is not a universal rule. The animal rights organisation PETA, which opposes the use of shellac in food because ‘nearly 100,000 bugs die to produce about 1 pound of shellac flakes’, note that some candy with shiny exteriors like Gobstoppers, Tic Tac and Skittles do not use animal ingredients.

It is also untrue that the use of shellac in confectionery means adding entire insects to candies. While a large number of insects die during the harvesting process, these are screened out during manufacturing. As a result, insects are more likely to end up in a candy bar if it has been sitting on a store shelf for a long time, rather than during the manufacturing process.

The Unvarnished Truth
Looking up Kinder products in particular, we found that shellac was listed as an ingredient for Schoko-Bons on Kinder’s UK website, as well as for Choco-Bons, the Australian version.

Kinder’s Singapore website did not indicate the product availability of Schoko-Bons or Choco-Bons here. Other popular locally available Kinder products such as Kinder Bueno and Kinder Joy did not include shellac in their ingredients.

Nevertheless, we found that shellac is a food additive that is permitted in Singapore and regulated by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).

While this may come as a surprise to some, it must be noted that shellac has been used in confectionery for decades without any indication of health risks to humans. Moreover, human consumption of insect-derived products is already relatively commonplace through food items such as honey and some variants of food dye.

As such, though the post is mistaken to claim that insects are an ingredient in confectionery themselves, it is true that chocolates and other candies can contain insect-derived products.

Jessica “Jonathan” Yaniv, who infamously brought human rights complaints against multiple British Columbia estheticians for declining to perform services on her male genitals has lost her cases.

The Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms today issued a news release declaring victory on behalf of their clients, as an early ruling in favour of the mostly home-based salon workers was announced just one day after the Canadian federal elections.

According to the news release, The decision noted, “human rights legislation does not require a service provider to wax a type of genitals they are not trained for and have not consented to wax.” The decision further found that Yaniv “engaged in improper conduct,” “filed complaints for improper purposes,” and concluded Yaniv’s testimony was “disingenuous and self-serving.” Finally, noted the Tribunal, Yaniv was “evasive and argumentative and contradicted herself” while giving evidence.

The JCCF represented five of more than 10 aesthetician workers Yaniv brought complaints against, many of whom were immigrants or from visible minority or highly religious communities. This, along with Yaniv’s history of racially charged remarks, led many to speculate that the complaints were racist or xenophobic in nature.

Most significantly, the Tribunal ordered costs of $2,000 payable each to three of the five women represented by the Justice Centre, including one woman, Mrs. Hehar Gill, who had been forced to close her business due to Yaniv’s vexatious litigation. According to the JCCF’s news release, Mrs. Gill, a practicing Sikh, explained to Yaniv that she was only able to provide services to female clients due to her religion.
