2. The same word was used in the Greek and in the Latin languages for poison and sorcery, for a drug and a philter or magical potion. The fact that men actually were poisoned supported the belief in the possibility of sorcery,

3. and this belief in its turn stimulated excessive credulity in poisons which were thought to act at a distance or after a long lapse of time.”

4. Among the first Jewish physicians we hear of in the West was Zedekiah, Emperor Charles the Bald’s court physician, whose repute as a magician undoubtedly far outranked his skill as a doctor. He too was accused of poisoning his emperor in 877,

5. and though the sources do not consider it worth mentioning, he no doubt suffered a similar fate.

Poisoning speedily became a trite charge against Jewish physicians, who were of course powerless to refute it.

6. In 1161, in Bohemia, a mass execution occurred when eighty-six Jews were burned as accomplices in an alleged plot of Jewish physicians to poison the populace. Bernardin of Siena is reported to have said that

7. a Jewish physician of Avignon had confessed to him the murder of thousands of Christians by poisoning.

The records are FULL TO OVERFLOWING with instances of such accusations, and the prohibition against the use of Jewish doctors was often predicated upon just this suspicion.

8. The Siete Partidas provided that a Christian might take medicine prescribed by a Jew only if a Christian physician was acquainted with the contents.

9. In 1610 the medical faculty of Vienna solemnly confirmed that Jewish physicians were bound by their laws to kill every tenth Christian patient by means of drugs.

10. Queen Elizabeth felt constrained to order the execution of her physician, the converted Jew Rodrigo Lopez, on the charge of conspiring to poison her.

11. The accusation of poisoning was, however, by no means restricted to physi­cians. Jews in general were considered especially adept in this art. In the Rhineland, in 1090, we learn of Jews dealing in various drugs and salves,

12. and since the exotic elements of the medieval pharmacopoeia were imported from the East, we may surmise that during this period such items were part of the regular stock- in-trade of Jewish merchants.

13. From the eleventh to the thirteenth centuries a number of rulers expressly accorded them the privilege of selling drugs and medicines; in the succeeding centuries this policy was reversed and the secular and religious authorities made repeated attempts to halt this trade.

14. The frequently repeated legislation, embodied in secular and ecclesiastical codes, forbidding Christians to purchase meat and other foodstuffs from Jews was often motivated by the suspicion that they might have been poisoned,

15. as the Vienna and Breslau Councils of 1267 and the Statutes of Valladolid (1412) expressly stated (though Christian annoyance over the fact that Jews sold them those parts of the slaughtered animal which they themselves could not eat because

I debated whether or not to run this article because there isn’t a lot of mainstream coverage of it (yet), but there are plenty of photos and videos.

So I’m going to employ the Elon Musk Twitter Community Notes approach.

I’m going to publish this based on my current best information that these photos and videos are real.

If anyone has evidence to the contrary or is even on scene in Maui, please issue a “Community Note” in the comments section below and I’ll update the article as needed.

Ok, then lets dig in because this is WILD….

Many have speculated that the Maui “wildfires” were not wild and they were not fires at all, but rather a DEW — a Directed Energy Weapon.

In other words, basically a laser beam from space — or at least from high up altitude.

The evidence suggests that makes the most sense.

The incredibly precise area that was destroyed, the damage that looks like a nuclear bomb and not just a fire, blue buildings not burning (almost akin to the story of Moses where the houses with blood above the door post were passed over), plants and trees strangely not affected in some cases, and on and on.

I'm a Christian and I believe Jesus is our Lord and Saviour. But I can't help myself but think that this letter isn't authentic. First, in the gospels when the pharises bring Jesus in front of Pilate Pontius, Pilate speaks and acts like he never knew or even hear about Jesus, suggesting that Pilate couldn't knew Jesus before. Secondly, if Pilate would end his official letter to the Caesar with "Hallelujah" a jewish phrase, the Caesar would think Pilate is a traitor, preparing a revolution in Galilee. I might be wrong, I might be an unbeliever like Tomas was, but I think this letter isn't authentic. Anyway, regardless of this letter, Jesus is The One True God. Amen!

The Bible nowhere gives a physical description of what Jesus looked like during His incarnation. The closest thing we get to a description is in Isaiah 53:2b, “He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to Him, nothing in His appearance that we should desire Him.” All this tells us is that Jesus’ appearance was just like any other man’s – He was ordinary-looking. Isaiah was here prophesying that the coming suffering Servant would arise in lowly conditions and wear none of the usual emblems of royalty, making His true identity visible only to the discerning eye of faith.

I also think that He probably did not have golden hair, being a jew, and that this letter us probably a fake, as are most or all of the vatican's relics. I find it extremely difficult, explaining a personal transcendent experience to another, one risks in extreme cases, decapitation by those who are prisoners of the word, and do not see the immense greatness of God, beyond words and various descriptions. ike it or not, he's right. The second game didn't fix the janky combat system and instead doubled down on making it a movie game. Most of the time you're just doing pre-scripted things. The issues with the first were acceptable because it was a small studio and an ambitious game. The second one didn't really do much different and it DRAGGED on and on.

These games often feel like they're made by people who couldn't make it writing books or movies, so they decided to shit out their badly paced stories onto an audience that is more willing to accept it.

100% fair, I think this is good critique for the game. DSP is doing this to manipulate and abuse his audience. He isn’t acting this way to be funny or provide criticism. He is doing it to make his audience feel stupid for telling him to play it. This is the issue I have with it.
