The latest bash and dash allegedly occurred Saturday on Ventura Blvd. in the San Fernando Valley where Kisa (last name witheld) claims the actress/singer/demolition derby prodigy Bynes rear ended her.
Kisa (last name witheld) tells TMZ she was driving her Toyota Corolla on Ventura Blvd. in the San Fernando Valley when she was struck by a woman in a black BMW. Kisa tells TMZ she didn’t recognize the woman at first — because she “looked like a hot mess” — but once they began talking, she realized it was Amanda Bynes.
Kisa says she got out her insurance card to exchange information, but says Bynes “seemed nervous about that.” She says Bynes told her the damage to the Corolla didn’t look that bad and proceeded to push her bumper back into place (that didn’t work, see pic on TMZ).
Kisa says Bynes insisted they didn’t need to exchange information, although Kisa says there was substantial damage to Bynes car. Despite Kisa’s insistence on a 411 swap, Bynes took off, at which point Kisa called police who filed a hit and run report.
Amanda Bynes irked a police officer in March when she drove off as he was writing her a citation for talking on her cell phone while driving, then was allegedly involved in two different hit and run accidents on May 5 and May 27, after being arrested for DUI in between on April 6. Bynes later pleaded not guilty after Barak Obama did not respond to her Twitter request for assistance in the case.
Whoever the judge is needs to either suspend Bynes’ license or at least install a dashboard camera to keep track of all her run-ins! Here’s an animated gif of what that might look like:

It’s worth noting, LAPD investigated the shooting and reportedly found the victim had been shot outside the studio during a robbery, and merely ran into the studio while still bleeding.

Shelley Duvall, best known for her roles in "The Shining" and several acclaimed Robert Altman films, has died, according to reports, citing a family spokesperson and her longtime partner.

She was 75.

Duvall died in her sleep at their home in Blanco, Texas of complications of diabetes, Dan Gilroy, her life partner of more than 30 years, told The Hollywood Reporter.

"My dear, sweet, wonderful life partner and friend left us," Gilroy said. "Too much suffering lately, now she's free. Fly away, beautiful Shelley."

Known for her thin physique, large expressive eyes and powerful performances, Duvall was a standout playing opposite Jack Nicholson in the iconic 1980 horror film "The Shining" and Robin Williams in the comedy "Popeye" that same year.

But hardcore fans of cinema also recognized her for her professional partnership with acclaimed filmmaker Altman, who first cast her as the love interest in the 1970 film, "Brewster McCloud."

Duvall would go on to memorable roles in some of his other movies, including his ensemble 1975 film "Nashville," and "3 Women" in 1977, which won her the Cannes Best Actress Award.

In a Boca Raton News story published in 1977, Altman hailed the actress as being able to "to swing all sides of the pendulum: charming, silly, sophisticated, pathetic - even beautiful."

Duvall's other notable work includes her performances in "Annie Hall," "Roxanne" and "McCabe & Mrs. Miller." She enjoyed an early hit in the premium cable era, as host and producer of Showtime's "Faerie Tale Theatre" from 1982 to 1987. She worked in the entertainment industry for decades before she fell on hard times.

In 2016, Duvall appeared on Dr. Phil's daytime talk show in an interview titled, "A Hollywood Star's Descent Into Mental Illness: Saving The Shining's Shelley Duvall."

The actress made several troubling statements, claiming that her "Popeye" costar Williams, who died in 2014, was still alive and a shapeshifter.

"I'm very sick," she told Dr. Phil at the time. "I need help."

There was backlash after the episode aired, as many complained that Duvall had been exploited on air.

In April of this year, Duvall, who hadn't acted since 2002's "Manna from Heaven," gave a rare interview to the New York Times in which she reflected on her career and more recent absence from film and TV projects.

"I was a star; I had leading roles," she said. "People think it's just aging, but it's not. It's violence."

"How would you feel if people were really nice, and then, suddenly, on a dime ... they turn on you?" she added. "You would never believe it unless it happens to you. That's why you get hurt, because you can't really believe it's true."

At the time, she and Gilroy were living in an "isolated but serene" one-story home in Texas Hill Country.

Over the years, Duvall retained a large fanbase of supporters. She returned to screens in 2023 for the horror film "The Forest Hills."

"I wanted to act again. And then this guy kept calling, and so I wound up doing it," Duvall quipped in her interview with the Times. "If you ever do a horror film, other horror films are going to come to you, no matter what you do."

Human trafficking, promoting prostitution, and adult entertainment performers

Effective: July 1, 2015
Provides that, for purposes of the law concerning actions for indecent nuisances, an indecent nuisance includes a public place in or upon which human trafficking is conducted, permitted, continued, or exists, and the personal property and contents used in conducting and maintaining the place for such a purpose.
Establishes the human trafficking prevention and victim assistance fund to fund human trafficking victim services and human trafficking prevention programs. Provides that: (1) 80% of money collected in the seizure of property used in connection with human trafficking will be transferred to the human trafficking prevention and victim assistance fund; and (2) 20% of the money will be transferred to the county for use by the prosecuting attorney.
Allows a law enforcement agency to seize real or personal property, including a vehicle, that is used by a person to: (1) commit, attempt to commit, or conspire to commit; (2) facilitate the commission of; or (3) escape from the commission of; an offense concerning human trafficking or promoting prostitution.
Requires: (1) the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council to make an annual report to the legislative council concerning civil property forfeitures conducted in Indiana; and (2) the state police department to annually report to the legislative council the amount of money it has received from the federal government as the result of property forfeitures conducted by the federal government.
Requires a holder of an alcohol retailer’s permit that provides adult entertainment on the licensed premises to:

require adult entertainment performers to provide proof of age and proof of legal residency;
take a photograph of each adult entertainer who auditions to provide adult entertainment at the licensed premises and retain the photograph for at least three years;
require all employees to sign a document acknowledging their awareness of the problem of human trafficking;
display human trafficking awareness posters in at least two places in the licensed premises; and
cooperate with any law enforcement investigation. Authorizes the alcohol and tobacco commission to suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a retailer’s permit if the permit holder fails to comply with these requirements.

⁣The robber got what he deserved. He just picked the wrong victim to rob.

A robber was seriously injured while trying to mug a woman.

What shocked people was that the woman turned out to be a well known local MMA coach Danielle Carter.

After following Danielle for sometimes, the robber rushed at her and tried to snatch her bag.

Danielle immediately slammed the bag into him and then threw several punches.

The robber was in extreme pain and eventually lost consciousness.

After it was over, Danielle turned and walked away.

Later bystanders called the police and the robber was taken to the hospital.

Police later identified him as 21 years old Lucas Miller.

Doctors confirmed that Danielle's actions caused severe fractures to Lucas's nose and eye socket, and his left eye was so badly damaged that it had to be removed.

After learning what happened, Lucas's Family sued Danielle.

They claimed her actions ruined the life of a 21 year old and argued that as a combat sport coach, she used excessive force in self-defence.

Surveillance footage showed Danielle striking Lucas with full force, resulting permanent disability.

Lucas's family demanded that Danielle pay medical expenses and $2 million in emotional distress damages.

After reviewing the case, the judge and jury unanimously ruled that Danielle's actions were justified self-defence.

The judge dismissed the family's lawsuit and declared Danielle not guilty.

Lucas, who was unconscious at the time, will be charged with robbery once he regains consciousness
