Politifact dismissed the outlandish claim, pointing to a lawsuit filed by Joan's daughter, Melissa Rivers, against the doctors and clinic that operated on her mother for alleged malpractice. Moreover, taking a look at Rivers' history, this was far from the first time she'd publicly spoken about Michelle in an unflattering light. The "I Hate Everyone...Starting with Me" author was even publicly racist to the first lady. In 2011, Radar Online reported she'd once joked that the United States "used to have Jackie O, now we have Blackie O!" Rivers ultimately pulled the dodgy quip from her standup routine but she was more than happy to share it with shock jock Howard Stern.

Kentucky District Judge Kevin Mullins was shot and killed on Thursday afternoon while in his chambers at the Letcher County Courthouse.

In a post on the Mountain Eagle's Facebook page, the newspaper said that officials arrested Sheriff Mickey Stines after he surrendered himself to police in connection to the shooting.

Gov. Andy Beshear confirmed Mullins' death on Twitter, writing, "Sadly, I have been informed that a district judge in Letcher County was shot and killed in his chambers this afternoon. There is far too much violence in this world, and I pray there is a path to a better tomorrow."

Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman said on social media following the shooting that the Office of the Attorney General will "collaborate" with the 27th Judicial Circuit Jackie Steele.

"We will fully investigate and pursue justice," Coleman said.

Kentucky Auditor Allison Ball released a statement on social media saying that she was "praying for Letcher County" and Judge Mullins.

"May God protect this community and all those involved in the shooting," Ball said.

A press release from the Kentucky Court of Justice said that the office was aware of the "tragic incident" that took place in Letcher County. The statement said the branch was in contact with law enforcement agencies and offering "full support."

Police responded to the Letcher County Courthouse after reports of deadly shooting on Thursday.

Schools in the area were placed on lockdown, and Letcher County Central High School reported students were released citing Kentucky State Police guidance.

The state's judicial branch issued a statement writing, "The Kentucky Court of Justice is aware of a tragic incident that occurred today in Letcher County. We are currently in contact with law enforcement agencies, including Kentucky State Police, and are offering our full support during this difficult time. While the investigation is ongoing, we are committed to providing assistance in any way we can."

⁣NEW: The Kentucky sheriff who shot a local judge in his chambers, had exchanged cell phones just moments before taking the judge's life.

According to the Mountain Eagle, District Judge Kevin Mullins and Sheriff Mickey Stines exchanged phones.

When Stines was apparently unhappy with what he found, he opened fire on the judge.

Stines was previously Mullins' bailiff before he became sheriff in 2018.

The two had lunch together just hours before the incident.

Sheriff Stines later went to the courthouse to speak with Mullins. They then went to the judge's office, where they continued their conversation.

A short conversation took place before the sheriff got up and locked the door. Both men then took out their cell phones and handed them to each other.

Stines then got up and pulled out his gun, walked around the desk and repeatedly shot Mullins who passed.

It's unclear what the argument was about but an unconfirmed report claims the sheriff found out the judge had r*ped his daughter.

It will not be necessary for me to say much about the benefits of pasteurized milk or, as it is known in these days, heat treated milk. Your Lordships are aware that a large number of people die each year through drinking milk contaminated with the bovine tuberculosis germ. I will not weary your Lordships with statistics, but will merely mention that if all the members of this House were killed twice a year—and I think your Lordships will agree that this would be a matter of some gravity—the number of deaths would be of the same order as that caused in the United Kingdom by drinking raw milk contaminated with the germ of tuberculosis. I need not remind your Lordships that the number of casualties from this germ far exceeds the number of deaths; but no precise figures are available to me on this point, though the number of casualties has been estimated at about five times the number of deaths. If we put the number of deaths per year at 1,600, the number of casualties will be between 7,000 and 8,000. These casualties, which require months of hospital treatment, are a source of misery and anxiety to their families and grave expense to the State.

§Of course tuberculosis is not the only disease caused by drinking raw milk contaminated with germs. Undulant fever claims an unknown number of victims each year—un-known because it is a difficult disease to diagnose—while outbreaks of typhoid and paratyphoid fever, dysentry, food poisoning, scarlet fever, and diphtheria 645are known to be caused from time to time by the drinking of raw milk. During the war, well authenticated milk-borne examples of each of these diseases were reported in the medical Press. Possibly the noble Lord who replies for the Government may be able to tell your Lordships if there have been any outbreaks of disease caused by drinking contaminated raw milk in the United Kingdom during 1946.

§It would appear obvious from the few words I have said that considerable benefits would accrue to the population of this country by removing a perfectly clear cut source of disease and death from the population's milk; and on the assumption that this side of the case is not in dispute, I will turn to the other side which concerns the arguments put forward by the opponents of pasteurization. May I say at the start that I neither can nor shall attempt to deal with the economic aspects of this matter? Your Lordships are well aware that one of the criticisms of any scheme involving the compulsory pasteurization of milk in the United Kingdom is that it will have an adverse effect on the small producer-retailers. Your Lordships may have something to say about the relative merits of killing off numbers of the population each year and maintaining the economic interests of a relatively small section of the community, though the words "as far as is practicable" in my Motion indicate that I appreciate the difficulties of extending any scheme of heat treatment to special or rural parts of the country. If I may, I shall return to the question of the producer-retailer later.

§The first objection with which I shall deal is that pasteurized milk tastes nasty, metallic, or at any rate different from raw milk. When I say to your Lordships that this is untrue, you will treat my statement with the same scepticism as the original statement that pasteurized milk tastes nasty. Your Lordships will require scientific or legal evidence one way or another. Such evidence could be obtained by submitting samples of raw and heat treated milk to some cross section of the community and seeing whether the members of this cross section could distinguish between the two types of milk more often than someone guessing or drawing the answer blindfold out of a hat.

This is the full video (only seven minutes) of the assassin cop who arrives on the scene late into the earlier police interaction. He was likely responding to the radio dispatcher who wrongly reports "an irate man with a gun". Nevertheless he clearly does not evaluate the scene independently for any "Imminent threat" but has a predetermined goal to take me out (A christian white older physician with no criminal background ) .

The shooter quickly yells "shut it off "(the car was shut off) then verbally responds to the on scene constable who can be heard offering me help to get me home.The shooter actually says "TOO Late" to himself and immediately yells "crossfire crossfire" and shoots me with a 12 gauge hollow point slug . I immediately moved once I heard the yelling cross(fire) and can be heard screaming out ..Once I was hit by this massive round I instictively moved and this coward took another shot at me that hit my door.

This is a textbook example of a wrongful use of deadly force especially when compared to the recent Minnesota shooting.that all the lefties are claiming as a wrongful use of deadly force as she literally hits a cop with her car. Please note as the shooting officer (we still don't know his identity) approaches me through the woods he announce the radio "watch for crossfire" as he clearly plans to take me out.

The shooter's mandatory statement following this event has never been released in discovery or in any other form for the public to see.
