⁣After 19 months of waiting Wolfgang Halbig finally received is FOIA hearing with key people in Sandy Hook. The hearing was scheduled for 3/31 and was canceled for unknown reasons without much notice to Mr. Halbig. Wolfgang Halbig is a concerned citizen with a history in Law Enforcement; Florida State Trooper, he was Executive director for the Children’s Safety Inst., Director of Risk Management, school principle, school & workplace Safety Expert Witness Consult. a U.S. Customs inspector.

Initially, like everyone else, Mr. Halbig believed the Official story and wanted to help in the efforts. Mr. Halbig even donated $ to the cause. He contacted Those involved in the case and was offering his expertise and experience and started receiving strange responses. He felt there were inconsistencies in the behavior of the those involved like the Governor of CT, the Police chief of Newtown and various others who were involved. Mr. Halbig began noticing other inconsistencies about the case itself that did not match the official story.

Mr Halbig has been featured on NBC’s DATELINE & CBS’s Good Morning America.

A nationally recognized school safety and security expert and consultant, he has provided safety training and school assessments for more than 8,000 school districts nationwide.

Wolfgang Halbig came to the U.S. at the age of 12 from Germany and moved to Florida and said it was a Privilege when he raised his right hand and became a citizen of this country. He said he was proud to become a citizen of this county, “I Loved America for what it was”.

I taught American History and what our forefathers sacrificed and we have to tell the truth to move forward”. Wolfgang Halbig saw there were “missing pieces” in the Official story of Sandy Hook and is seeking answers to very simple questions that are not offensive to parents , the school board or the town. for over a year they refused to answer any of Mr. Halbig’s FOIA requests.

Mr Halbig began questioning Sandy Hook about a week after the incident 12/14/2012. Every school emergency has 4 distinct time periods and Mr. Halbig was looking at the first 10 mins.

Police parked a quarter of a mile from the entrance of the school in the first 10 mins of the incident which made Wolfgang Halbig question the story.

“That’s not how police respond”. “Why no Trauma Helicopters”, asked Mr Halbig. “Who declared all those 27 people dead within the first 11 mins”, they didn’t allow paramedics and EMT’s into the school.

Wolfgang Halbig had 2 “homicide detectives” come to his house and threatened him for asking questions about Sandy Hook. The CT State Police were going to file felony charges against him for harassment for asking questions. ​

A reported Marine Corps veteran took down an aggressive homeless man who started screaming after he boarded a Subway train in New York City on Monday. The veteran put the unstable individual in a chokehold, which reportedly caused his death.

Journalist Juan Alberto Vazquez, who witnessed the incident, told the New York Post that Jordan Neely, 30, started screaming at passengers after he boarded the train.

“He started screaming in an aggressive manner. He said he had no food, he had no drink, that he was tired and doesn’t care if he goes to jail. He started screaming all these things, took off his jacket, a black jacket that he had, and threw it on the ground,” Vazquez said.

The Marine veteran jumped into action, pulling Neely down to the ground in a chokehold. Vasquez said the veteran restrained Neely, who lost consciousness, for about 15 minutes.

The train eventually stopped at the Broadway-Lafayette Street/Bleeker Street station, where the conductor reportedly called 911.

Authorities said EMS workers tried to revive Neely, who had a history of mental health issues, but they were unsuccessful.

The reported Marine veteran was taken into custody before being released without charges.

Vasquez said Neely tried to free himself from the chokehold.

“He moved his arms but he couldn’t express anything,” Vazquez said. “All he could do was move his arms. Then suddenly he just stopped moving. He was out of strength.”

“None of us who were there thought he was in danger of dying. We thought he just passed out or ran out of air. I think that in one sense it’s fine that citizens want to jump in and help. But I think as heroes we have to use moderation,” he continued. “This would never have happened if the police had shown up within five minutes. Then we’d be talking about a true hero. It’s complicated.”

I, as a black American, feel like Leo Frank was wrongly convicted for a crime he didn't commit. The judge who presided over the case was one of the dozens of people who wrote to Governor Joh Slaton asking that Frank's death sentence be commuted to life imprisonment.
That means that Frank was going to spend the rest of his life in jail for a crime, that many people at that time thought he didn't commit, and that the majority of people who've studied the case today are convinced he didn't commit.
"There is near unanimity around the idea that Frank was most certainly innocent of the crime of murdering Mary Phagan."
Keep in mind, he wasn't being released or pardoned, he just wasn't being executed.
And yet, that wasn't satisfactory to a bunch of racists who thought that Frank's Jewish supporters had bribed him out of an execution, as the following statement makes clear:
"The anti-Semitic feeling was the natural result of the belief that the Jews had banded to free Frank, innocent or guilty. The supposed solidarity of the Jews for Frank, even if he was guilty, caused a Gentile solidarity against him."
Eight cars, with 28 white men in them, drove to the prison where Frank was being held. They broke in, tied up the warden, snatched Frank out of his cell with no resistance from white corrections officers, and hung him from a tree. Crowds of white men, women, and children showed up in cars, on horses, and under their own steam to came to gawk at his body.
After people stopped cutting off pieces of his clothing for keepsakes Frank was cut down, and to insure that his family couldn't give him an open casket funeral, his murderers stomped on his face until he was nearly unrecognizable.
If that wasn't bad enough, photographs were taken of the lynching, and were used as postcards in local stores for 25 cents. They also sold pieces of the rope, his clothes, and the fucking branches from the tree.
And not one of those white men saw the inside of a cell. A local reporter said that “the will of the people was the will of God.”
"What it did to Southern Jews can't be discounted ... It drove them into a state of denial about their Judaism. They became even more assimilated, anti-Israel, Episcopalian. The Temple did away with chupas at weddings – anything that would draw attention."
All of the above is a fucking horror story. From being sentenced to die for a crime he almost certainly didn't commit, to being lynched because of some bullshit racist conspiracy theory, to the desecration of his corpse.
And with all of that in mind, what happened to Frank was happening to blacks all over the fucking place. Except some of them didn't even get the benefit of a bullshit trial. Most of them didn't merit an article in the paper. No one gave a fuck. All they got was do not pass go, do not collect any justice and advance straight to a noose. Or a beating. Or a shooting.
But that's America. If you are labeled as other, your life has lesser value. It was true then and it's true now.
