Her defiance sparked a successful boycott of buses in Montgomery a few days later. Residents refused to board the city's buses. Instead they carpooled, rode in Black-owned cabs, or walked, some as far as 20 miles. The boycott dealt a severe blow to the bus company's profits as dozens of public buses stood idle for months. The boycott was led by a newcomer to Montgomery named Martin Luther King, Jr.

INTENTIONAL ACT

At the time, Parks led the youth division at the Montgomery branch of NAACP. She said her anger over the lynching of 14-year-old Emmett Till and the failure to bring his killers to justice inspired her to make her historic stand. Four days before the incident, Parks attended a meeting where she learned of the acquittal of Till's murderers.

In her autobiography, Rosa Parks: My Story (1992), Parks declares her defiance was an intentional act: "I was not tired physically, or no more tired than I usually was at the end of a working day. I was not old, although some people have an image of me as being old then. I was 42. No, the only tired I was, was tired of giving in."

As a result of her defiance, Parks was arrested and found guilty of disorderly conduct. NAACP joined her appeal, a case that languished in the Alabama court system. Parks was not included as a plaintiff in the decision since her case was still pending in the state court.

JOINING THE FIGHT IN DETROIT

In addition to her arrest, Parks lost her job as a seamstress at a local department store. Her husband Raymond lost his job as a barber at a local air force base after his boss forbade him to talk about the legal case. Parks and her husband left Montgomery in 1957 to find work, first traveling to Virginia and later to Detroit, Michigan.

Parks supported the militant Black power movement, whose leaders disagreed with the methods of the nonviolent movement represented by Martin Luther King. Her break with other Montgomery leaders over the future of the civil rights struggle contributed to her departure from the Southern city.

Parks was struck by the similarity in treatment of African Americans in Detroit, finding that schools and housing were just as segregated as they were in the South. She joined the movement for fair housing and lent her support to local candidate John Conyers in his bid for Congress.

After he was elected in 1965, Conyers repaid the favor by employing Parks as his secretary in his Detroit office, a position she held until her retirement in 1988. In the role, Parks worked with constituents on issues such as job discrimination, education, and affordable housing.

Parks remained active in the civil rights movement in the 1960s and helped investigate the killing of three Black teenagers in a 1967 race riot in Detroit.

DEATH AND LEGACY

Over the course of her life, Parks received many honors, including NAACP's Springarn Medal in 1979, the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1996, and the Congressional Gold Medal in 1999. After Parks died in Detroit in 2005 at the age of 92, she became the first woman to lie in honor in the Capitol Rotunda in Washington, D.C.

California, Missouri, Ohio, and Oregon commemorate Rosa Parks Day every year, and highways in Missouri, Michigan, and Pennsylvania bear her name.

⁣The Liberty Bell replica outside Washington, DC’s Union Station was defaced with pro-Hamas symbols and anti-Israel messages, including one that read “F–k Israel,” during a protest against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to Congress.

As thousands of protesters descended on the capital on Wednesday, the demonstrations quickly turned to vandalism around Union Station, where the anti-Israel crowd targeted landmarks to spread hateful messages against the Jewish state.

The Liberty Bell reproduction at the site was defaced with countless graffiti with messages like “Abolish Israel,” “All zionists are bastards” and “F–k Capitalists.”

Red inverted triangles were also painted on the bell — a symbol that’s become synonymous with Hamas because the terror group uses them in propaganda videos to show Israeli soldiers they have marked for death.

The bell was also defaced with the message, “Long Live the Intifada,” a slogan the Anti-Defamation League has repeatedly slammed as a “call for violence against Israelis and Jews and Israel.”

The most prominent graffiti on the bell were the words “F– Israel” in large, red letters.

Along with the vandalism at the Liberty Bell replica, the adjacent Christopher Columbus statue was graffitied, with one red message ominously reading, “Hamas is coming.”

The protesters at Union Station were also seen burning American flags and an effigy of Netanyahu, with DC police, Capitol Police and US Park Police reporting 23 arrests following a chaotic clash with law enforcement.

The demonstrators’ vandalism, however, was removed by Wednesday morning as employees with the National Parks Service washed away the hateful messages.

The protest at Union Station was coupled with demonstrations that appeared to reference biblical plagues as the groups dyed the city fountains blood red.

The protesters also unleashed maggots as well as other creepy crawlers at the Watergate Hotel, where members of Netanyahu’s delegation were staying.

Further research uncovered recent reports featuring the same footage. According to these reports, the incident in the viral video occurred in Haizhu District, Guangzhou, China, in 2021 (here, here, & here). None of these reports mentioned the battery’s magnetic field as the cause of the explosion.

Additionally, these reports highlighted that, following Shanghai authorities’ revision of rules banning electric bicycles or their batteries from being brought indoors or into elevators, the video of the old incident is being shared for reference and awareness purposes.

Previously, Shanghai authorities banned bringing e-bike batteries indoors and prohibited commercial activities related to the assembly, addition, or modification of e-bikes (here, here & here). This government action came after multiple incidents of battery explosions caused by modifications and overheating (here).

A similar incident was reported in Singapore:

A similar incident involving an EV battery explosion in an elevator was reported in Singapore in 2021. According to the investigation, authorities determined that battery modifications were one of the causes of the explosion.

Many other social media posts are sharing the same viral video, alleging it shows this incident that occurred in Singapore. However, the viral video is not related to the Singapore incident. Circumstantial evidence supports this, as the reports on the Singapore incident included visuals that differ from the viral video. Specifically, the paintings on the wall adjacent to the elevator in the Singapore incident are different from those in the viral video (here & here).

Additionally, regarding the Singapore incident, these reports highlighted that after hearing screams, people from other flats on the lower floor rushed to the scene and extinguished the lift fire with buckets of water. In contrast, the viral video shows a couple waiting for the lift, observing the fire, and attempting to put it out using extinguishers (here & here). These differences further support that the viral video is not related to the incident reported in Singapore.

Magnetic field did not cause the fire:

The electric field inside a conductor is zero when there is no net movement of charge across it. In an ideal state, batteries do not produce a magnetic field. Magnetic fields are only generated during the charging or discharging of a battery. However, these magnetic fields are weak and not strong enough to cause an explosion (here).

The viral video clearly shows that the battery is not connected to any power sources. While external magnetic fields can affect batteries, their impact is minimal (here, here & here). Furthermore, the metal surface of the elevator does not generate a significant magnetic field, as there is no net movement of charge across it. Therefore, the elevator surface cannot influence the battery through magnetic fields (here). As a result, the claim that magnetic fields caused the fire in the viral incident is not substantiated.

In a shocking incident in the United States, a repeat offender on probation allegedly punched an NYPD woman officer in Bronx. A video of the arrest caught on camera has also surfaced online. (Adventures of an African Slaver by Malcolm Cowley, 1928, p.ll) The Jews were expelled from Spain on August 2, 1492, and from Portugal in 1497. Many of these Jews emigrated to Holland, where they set up the Dutch West Indies Company to exploit the new world. In 1654, the first Jew, Jacob Barsimson, emigrated from Holland to New Amsterdam (New York) and in the next decade many more followed him, settling along the East Coast, principally in New Amsterdam and Newport, Rhode Island. They were prevented by ordinances issued by Governor Peter Stuyvesant from engaging in the domestic economy, so they quickly discovered that the territory inhabited by the Indians would be a fertile field. There were no laws preventing the Jews from trading with the Indians. The first Jew to begin trading with the Indians was Hayman Levy, who imported cheap glass beads, textiles, earrings, armbands and other cheap adornments from Holland which were traded for valuable fur pelts. Hayman Levy was soon joined by Jews Nicholas Lowe and Joseph Simon. Lowe conceived the idea of trading rum and whiskey to the Indians and set up a distillery in Newport, where these two liquors were produced. Within a short time there were 22 distilleries in Newport, all of them owned by Jews, manufacturing and distributing ‘firewater.’ The story of the debauching of the Indians with its resultant massacres of the early settlers, is a dramatic story in itself. It is essential to comprehend the seaport of Newport. It is important in order to recognize the Jewish share in the Slave commerce. There was a period when it was commonly referred to as ‘The Jewish Newport-World center of Slave Commerce.’ All together, at this time, there were in North America six Jewish communities: Newport, Charleston, New York, Philadelphia, Richmond, and Savanuah. There were also many other Jews, scattered over the entire East Coast. Although New York held first place in the settlers of Jews in North America, Newport held second place. New York was also the main source of Kosher meat, supplying the North American settlements, then the West Indies and also South America. Now Newport took over! Newport also became the great trade harbour of the East Coast of North America. There, vessels from other ports met, to exchange commodities. Newport, as previously mentioned, represented the foremost place in the commerce of rum, whiskey, and liquor dealings. And to conclude, it finally became the Main Center of Slave dealings. It was from this port that the ships left on their way across the ocean, to gather their black human cargo and then derive great sums of money in exchange for them. An authentic, contemporary report, based on authority, indicates that of 128 Slave ships, for instance, unloaded in Charleston, within one year, their “Cargo,” 120 of these were undersigned by Jews from Newport and Charleston by their own name. About the rest of them, one can surmise, although they were entered as Boston (1), Norfolk (2), and Baltimore (4), their real owners were similarly the Jewish slave dealers from Newport and Charleston. One is able to assess the Jewish share in the entire dealings of the Newport, if one considers the undertaking of a lone Jew, the Portuguese, Aaron Lopez, who plays an important part in the over-all story of the Jews and Slavery.

Having been tortured, Rudolf Höss, who was the commander of Auschwitz from 1940 to 1943, almost certainly lied to save the lives of his wife and children. Even if torture and duress cannot be proven, the overwhelming reason for recognizing the utter falsity of the Höss confession is that the gassing method he described was not scientifically plausible.

Yet Höss’s conviction has stood, by inference, as a testament to the cruelty of Germans in general, since he was tried at Nuremberg, in 1947, and subsequently hanged on April 16th, 1947, in Poland.

Making a statement like this which doubts the officially ordained narrative can be a crime in a number of western "democracies," believe it or not, and it is at least considered to be reprehensible in those countries that have not (yet?) outlawed dissenting views on this topic.

This video discusses the social and judicial persecution of individuals voicing dissident opinions on the historical event usually referred to as the Holocaust. I am writing this preface in August of 2003.

The idea of one group of people separating themselves from the rest of humanity and transforming themselves into a higher form of life was not originally a Nazi idea. It was a Jewish idea. The Jews have been doing that for more than 2000 years.

In the psychic subculture, they make a distinction between "open-eye psychics" and "closed-eye psychics." The closed-eye psychics are naive. They really believe that they are telling fortunes, helping people with their problems, etc. They are in denial. The open-eye psychics know perfectly well that what they are doing is a scam. They are taking advantage of ignorant people. They are ripping people off. They acknowledge this (among themselves).

The same distinction can be made in Judaism. Last week I saw a movie, "The Holy Land." One of the characters calls himself The Exterminator (not referring to bugs). He carries a machine gun with him wherever he goes. At one point he says "There is no peace process. That's just a scam for the born-again Christians, to get their money." He is an open-eye Jew, in a movie made by and for open-eye Jews. What they are counting on of course is that very few outsiders ever see such movies, just like very few outsiders read Jewish papers and books intended for internal consumption.

So, if I see them as fellow Transhumanists and marranos, why not join them? I've thought about it. There are many reasons why I would hesitate to do it. In any case I don't think that's a realistic option for me. The open-eye concept can only be carried so far. When a Jew (David Cole, for example) goes too far, they disown him. They certainly wouldn't have room for somebody like me.
