It can so easily be dismissed as heartless that no one wants to go there. [Fortunately, many of us outgrew that trick after 911, and many more after Sandy Hook. The fake tragedies eventually became so transparent, the “heartless” slur no longer held any water. But at the time of the Challenger event, that wasn't yet the case. Analysis was still verboten.]Such tragedies also draw attention from real things at the time, that should be in the news but aren't. They also help the governors control us, by creating a false sense of community. In tragedy, people come together, and this gives the hoaxing governors the opportunity of joining the hugfest, and profiting from it. Plus, if you think a Shuttle has been destroyed, you won't complain when they spend your tax dollars to replace it with yet another one. It's all about spending, as you should know by now.Billing you for new expensive stuff every year, and delivering none of it.

Given that, I went to the Wiki page on the Space Shuttle expecting the worst. I was not disappointed.As usual, all I had to do is read for a few moments with my eyes open and the whole conjob immediately collapsed like a house of cards. The collapse began with the photos posted, as is usually the case. Study the photo under title. My entire thesis could rest on that (though it won't). Just ask yourself this: isn't it an amazing coincidence that all five still photos (allegedly taken from films of the launches) would be taken at exactly the same angle? In other words, there is way too little variation between the five photos to indicate they are real. If you photographed or filmed five different launches with five different shuttles and five different rockets on five different days, you would expect far more variation. Instead, we see carbon copies, with a few slight differences edited in. They have changed the names, the color of the sky, the color of the central pod (external tank), and a few other lines here and there. But it isn't convincing, since they forgot to change the template.You will say they just shot this from the same camera on the same spot at the same exact split second of launch: the shuttle and rockets hadn't changed much, so of course we get carbon copies. But that is disproved by the photos themselves. This can't have been at the exact same moment of launch, since the tower (scaffolding) is different in three of them. That is one of the differences they edited in. But that was a mistake, because it shows up the fake.

We’re going underground in Alton, Illinois, into a tunnel that was just found.
“A lot of brick,” said Gary Machens, who discovered the tunnel. “Whatever they built this for, it took a lot of men and a lot of hours. You know, one guy didn’t do this.”
Machens first uncovered this tunnel when he discovered his sidewalk starting to slope.
“Had a problem here at the sidewalk and as we were doing some excavating and repacking of the rock here, we discovered this tunnel here,” he said. “According to historians here in the Alton area. This tunnel was put in here around 1840.”
When the West Alton farmer and his wife first moved into this home, he already knew of its history – dating back to the 1890s.
Machens believes the change in elevation from 1895 when this brick-lined street was put down covered the opening to this underground mystery.
“Why is it stair stepped like this?” Machens said. “Why is that in there? Do you see the offset in the brick? And if you look along this wall it turns that way a little bit. Look down along this wall.”
Whether for ice storage, a carriage, or part of the Underground Railroad, is anyone’s best guess.
“It’s unique, there are a few tunnels around the Alton area since we checked with the Landmark Historic Society,” Machen said. “It’s been used as an icehouse or root cellar or a lot of other options.
“It could have been used for the Underground Railroad. There’s no proof of that but there was a ferry here in the Alton area to the Missouri side and it’s possible it could have been used for that.”
Machens is open to the idea of opening the tunnel for tours if he can get the city or someone to help with logistics and cost.
For now, he has to fix his sidewalk and seal up the tunnel.
“Yes, three former mayors of Alton have lived in this house through the years,” Machens said. “I don’t know if any of them knew about this. The house was built in 1890, the tunnel is believed from 1840, so it was here for 50 years. What it was used for, I don’t know. We’ve got maps that go back to 1863 and this house was not there and there was not another house on this property here.”
Machens, a history lover, says he wants to preserve this past and current-day mystery in his life.
“So, it was at least 9 feet tall,” he said. “We’re standing on about a foot of dirt and it’s 9 feet wide and how far back it goes, we don’t know. We know it goes back 60 feet.”

If you could work in any type of office, what would it be? Would you choose a corner office high in a skyscraper? How about one overlooking the ocean?
Both of those spots sound nice, don’t they? But how about working over 150 feet below ground?

That’s the reality for thousands in the Kansas City, Missouri, area—and many love it!

Deep below the surface of Kansas City lies millions of square feet of limestone mines. In the 1960s, these mines inspired entrepreneur and football giant Lamar Hunt. He turned one of those limestone mines into SubTropolis, an underground business park. Today, it’s home to many businesses.

How big is SubTropolis? It’s huge! In fact, it’s the world’s largest underground industrial space. You could fit over 40 football stadiums inside it. Today, SubTropolis has over six million square feet of usable space. It hopes to add at least another seven million square feet.

Why would businesses want to work underground? There are many reasons. A major plus is its climate. SubTropolis stays a constant 68-72 degrees. This makes heating and cooling costs about 85 percent less than they would be above ground. It also cuts back a business’s impact on the planet.

This also makes SubTropolis the perfect place for companies that use sensitive machinery. They often need a stable climate that’s not too hot and not too cold. The climate in SubTropolis helps these businesses keep their machines running.

In addition, SubTropolis is secure. It’s safe from natural disasters. The limestone around it is six times stronger than concrete. The complex is also laid out in an orderly manner. It has over eight miles of roadways and two miles of railroad tracks for travel to and from the offices.

These features have lured many businesses to this unique location. For example, the U.S. Postal Service keeps most of its stamps there. A company named Underground Vaults and Storage stores the original reels of some Hollywood movies. This includes films like “Gone with the Wind” and “The Wizard of Oz.”

SubTropolis isn’t the only place of its kind. There are similar complexes in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. There are even other underground offices in Kansas City. After his 1979 conviction, MacDonald hired Gunderson at the rate of $100 an hour to clear him. The private eye’s methods would prove to be … unusual.

Gunderson tracked down a discarded suspect, a drug user named Helena Stoeckley, and promised her immunity, relocation to California and a part in a movie in exchange for a full confession. That confession was lurid, bizarre and totally inadmissible in court. She claimed to be part of a “Black Cult” that killed the MacDonalds as part of a ritual.

Needless to say, this story didn’t hold any water and the case was eventually dismissed. MacDonald was given three concurrent life sentences, and Gunderson moved on to other things.

He couldn’t get the bad taste out of his mouth, though. If the Black Cult was real — and Gunderson was totally convinced it was — then the government refusing to prosecute it meant that they were compromised as well. He had no choice but to go rogue and blow the whole mess out of the water.

The thing with conspiracy theories is that if you believe one of them, you might as well believe them all. Over the next few decades, Gunderson became one of the country’s leading proponents of high-level nonsense. With Satanic ritual murderers around every corner, the former FBI agent began speaking out against the shadowy threats that imperiled America.

Everything that happened was a sign. Sonny Bono’s 1998 death by skiing accident? Killed by the government because he “knew too much.” Same with diminutive actor Gary Coleman. Airplanes are purposefully dumping toxic chemicals as “chemtrails” to reduce world population. 9/11 was an inside job.

The Obama administration ordered “30,000 guillotines to murder its critics, and has stashed 500,000 caskets in Georgia and Montana for the remains.”

Around every corner was a new hidden enemy. And behind it all was the Black Cult, a worldwide conspiracy to torture and murder children just like Jeffrey MacDonald’s family.

What drove Ted Gunderson into the arms of conspiracy theory? Intelligence agents are, in a way, storytellers. They’re given seemingly random pieces of evidence and tasked with assembling them into a coherent narrative. But cases like the MacDonald murders, where the most obvious explanation — that a human being could brutally slaughter his family and then lie about it to police — are too insane to make sense of. How much easier and more comforting to blame malicious forces just out of view, pulling strings to inflict misery on us all.

Ted Gunderson died of cancer in 2011. He lived a remarkably long time for someone so obsessed with exposing the crimes of the powerful. But his legacy holds on. The credibility of a former FBI agent emboldens conspiracy theorists around the globe. Most recently, proponents of the Pizzagate conspiracy theory started passing his videos around as “proof” that, once again, the Black Cult was real.

ADA COUNTY, Idaho — Police are investigating two deadly stabbings in two separate locations Wednesday that appear to be linked.

Nampa police say they first got a call Tuesday night at 8:43 p.m. from someone reporting a stabbing in the 2100 block of W. Grouse St.

When they arrived on the scene, officers say they found a woman with several stab wounds. Emergency crews tried to save her, but she died from her injuries at the scene. Police identified her as Michelle Luna, 52, of Nampa.

Police say they identified a suspect: Jesus Urrutia, 39, of Nampa, and started looking around the area for him.

Just before 7 a.m. Wednesday, Ada County Sheriff's deputies received a 911 call reporting a stabbing in a gas station parking lot at the Avimor subdivision north of Eagle, over 25 miles from Nampa.

Deputies arrived at the gas station several minutes later and found an adult man slumped over in a car, which was running but in park. Deputies got the man out of the car and began first aid, including CPR, until paramedics arrived. He had a visible stab wound. Paramedics took the man to a local hospital, where he was declared dead a brief time later. Nampa police identified the man in the car as Urrutia.

Ada County deputies say Raul Cuevas, 31, of Nampa, was identified as the suspect in Urrutia's death. Nampa police say the victim in the Nampa stabbing, Michelle Luna, is Cuevas' mother.

Deputies found Cuevas at the Chevron gas station at the corner of Highway 55 and Beacon Light Road. The sheriff's office said deputies talked to him and eventually arrested him there in connection with the stabbing at Avimor.

The investigation remains active. The sheriff's office said deputies and detectives are developing evidence and pursuing several different leads.
