Trump and Bukele Torch CNN's Kaitlan Collins in Oval Office Showdown Over Deported MS-13 Gangbanger

Fireworks were flying in the Oval Office Monday afternoon as President Trump met with El Salvador President Nayib Bukele, but it was nothing at all like the time Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, used a White House photo op to escalate tensions with the administration. Instead, Trump, Bukele and a host of Trump administration officials teamed up to destroy the false media narrative surrounding Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the El Salvadoran illegal who was deported from the United States and is now doing time at the infamous CECOT mega prison in Tecoluca, El Salvador.

Flanked by their respective national security teams, Trump and Bukele laid down some hard truths for CNN's Kaitlan Collins—or, as Trump called her, "a very low-rated anchor"—after she asked President Trump if he'd be seeking Bukele's help in returning the "mistakenly deported" Abrego Garcia to the U.S. The question kicked off a whip around of Trump administration officials lighting into the media for failing to properly cover the story of an illegal being returned to his home country and the associated judicial rulings.

First up was Attorney General Pam Bondi, who alerted Kaitlan Collins to the fact that, "First and foremost, he was in our country illegally." Then came the legal truths: "In 2019, two courts, an immigration court and an appellate immigration court, ruled he was a member of MS-13, and he was illegally in our country." Bondi noted that is was now up to El Salvador, not the United States, to decide if they want to return him, stating that the U.S. would help "facilitate" that return by providing an airplane.

President Trump then threw the matter over to White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller, who was fresh off a thrashing of Fox News' Bill Hemmer after Hemmer pursued a line of questioning similar to that of CNN's Collins. Miller got in a nice little dig at Collins over her apparent lack of knowledge regarding the Immigration and Nationality Act, which was enacted back in 1952.

MILLER: It is very arrogant for American media to suggest that we would even tell El Salvador how to handle their own citizens. And two immigration courts found he was a member of MS-13. When President Trump declared MS-13 to be a terrorist organization, that meant that he [Abrego Garcia] was no longer eligible, under federal law, for any form of immigration relief in the United States. So, we had a deportation order that was valid.

Finally, it was President Bukele's turn to address the matter, telling Collins that her question was "preposterous" and that he no intention of smuggling a terrorist back in the United States.

Monday's Oval Office showdown wasn't your typical diplomatic meeting—it was both a public dismantling of yet another false media narrative and a show of mutual respect between the United States and El Salvador when it comes to dealing with national security matters. Kilmar Abrego Garcia isn’t a victim here, no matter how much Kaitlan Collins wants to believe otherwise; he’s a violent gang member who got exactly what the law demanded.

This is what facing the consequences looks like.

Video reveals the inside of a bizarre tunnel built by a group of young Hasidic Jewish men underneath a historic Brooklyn synagogue.

The footage, posted on CrownHeights.Info’s Instagram, leads viewers down stairs and through hallways to a dirt-filled room where a roughly 2-foot-by-2-foot grate has been removed from the wall of the building, which is adjacent to the Chabad-Lubavitch World Headquarters in Crown Heights.

The videographer then crawls through the hole, which leads to a 3-foot-high dirt tunnel that reportedly extends about 50 feet and around two corners to the headquarters’ location of its shuttered men’s ritual bath.

Photos shared on CrownHeights.Info’s website show a beer can on the side of the tunnel and an electrical wire hanging.

In the adjacent building’s dirt-filled room, clothes and other items can be seen scattered around, apparently left by the renegade diggers of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement.

The alleged rogue members of the movement advanced by the late Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson had reportedly been digging the tunnel under the 100-year-old synagogue for nearly a year.

The tunnel apparently was designed to reach the abandoned men’s mikvah — or ritual bath — around the corner to “expand” the synagogue, according to the Jewish outlet Forward.

The underground pathway was not discovered until last month, when neighbors reported suspicious noises coming from beneath their homes, Israel National News reported.

Another statement from the headquarters added that “the group of young agitators” were “primarily in the U.S. on student visas.

“These individuals have been squatting in the synagogue and attempted to take control by demolishing walls to connect the basement to the adjacent building, intending to ‘expand’ the sanctuary,” it said.

“Steps are being taken to revoke their student visas and repatriate them to their countries of origin.”

After the tunnel’s discovery, the synagogue leadership called in structural engineers to assess the building damage, and on Monday, cement mixers arrived to fill it in, sparking a riot.

The group of renegade Orthodox Jewish men, thought to be mostly in their teens and early 20s, were filmed tearing down wood panels and wooden support beams as they desperately tried to get into their tunnel.

Other footage from the temple on Eastern Parkway showed cops trying to hold back dozens of Hasidic Jewish men as they pushed their way into the 20-foot-wide enclosure, toppling over wooden pews in their anger.

At least a dozen men were taken into custody, sources told The Post. Ten received criminal misdemeanor charges, another was charged with obstructing governmental administration, while one other received a summons for disorderly conduct, sources said.

No injuries were reported in the brawl.

In addition, SubTropolis is secure. It’s safe from natural disasters. The limestone around it is six times stronger than concrete. The complex is also laid out in an orderly manner. It has over eight miles of roadways and two miles of railroad tracks for travel to and from the offices.

These features have lured many businesses to this unique location. For example, the U.S. Postal Service keeps most of its stamps there. A company named Underground Vaults and Storage stores the original reels of some Hollywood movies. This includes films like “Gone with the Wind” and “The Wizard of Oz.”

SubTropolis isn’t the only place of its kind. There are similar complexes in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. There are even other underground offices in Kansas City. In total, more than 10% of industrial space in Kansas City is underground. That number will likely continue to grow. SubTropolis could one day grow to over 55 million square feet of space.

Still not sure you’d like to work underground all the time? It’s not for everyone! But there are definite benefits. It’s a cool, unique environment. Plus, in the winter, you don’t have to wear a jacket to work. And in the summer, your car doesn’t turn into an oven after sitting in the Sun all day! Yes, U-turn signs are homophobic because they at one point hindered gay men's ability to find a sex partner. But now these signs are a thing of the past, at least in Silver Lake.
