Braydon Smith had a $30 gift card to spend as he was walking down an aisle at Academy Sports + Outdoors and saw an ax and a machete.
The 11-year-old decided he could use them to help cut down trees and branches for campfires. His dad put up the extra $15 to make the purchase possible.
“Me and my Dad go camping a decent amount,” Braydon said.
Braydon used the tools in the backyard of his gray mobile home that sits amid winding rural roads, open pastures and plenty of woods to explore. The blade on the machete rusted a little and red tape held the handle on.
Braydon hadn’t taken the tools camping yet, but the 70-pound sixth-grader with freckles on his nose and cheeks used the machete last week when an intruder broke into his home and tried to steal his PlayStation.
The tools were propped against Braydon’s bedroom wall, near his bunk bed, baseball trophies and Pokémon cards. Braydon has been playing baseball since he was big enough to swing a bat. In a cabinet under his bed, he keeps a box with his 11 championship rings from area recreational and travel leagues.
He also likes playing video games and with his dogs, boxers named Dixon and Zena.
A KNOCK ON THE DOOR
Around 11 a.m. Friday, Braydon was playing Grand Theft Auto on his PlayStation when he heard someone outside his Mebane, North Carolina, home.
He ran to his bedroom in the 900-square-foot home and looked out the window.
A woman was knocking on the door, and two men were standing near a champagne-colored car.
Braydon was on the phone with his mom. He asked her to call the police before he put the phone down in the living room and stepped behind the door in his bedroom.
Through his window, he saw one of the men walk toward the other side of the home and heard a window “get slammed in.”
“My heart was beating, but I knew that I had to do something, like hit him with something, so I just grabbed a weapon that was nearby,” he said.
A young man, whom police later identified as Jataveon Deshawn Hall, 19, slowly walked through the home. He grabbed a pellet rifle, which Braydon knew was not loaded.
When he came to Braydon’s room, the man peeked through door with the rifle.
“He grabbed my machete and told me to sit on the ground and get in the closet,” Braydon said.
Braydon obeyed, until the man turned his back as he walked into the living room and started to pocket Braydon’s cell phone.
Braydon picked up the machete the man had dropped on the floor and swung it at him, striking him in the back of the neck.
The man kicked Braydon a few times and pushed him down, he said.
Braydon swung the machete again but missed.
The man tried to grab the PlayStation and television.
“He noticed that he was bleeding in the back of the head really badly,” Braydon said. “So he just dropped everything and ran out of the door.”
‘THERE IS BLOOD ON MY FLOOR’
Braydon’s mother, who lives out of state, called his aunt, who called 911.
“You hit them in the back of the head with a machete?” the 911 operator asked after Braydon told the story.
“Did you see if he was bleeding at all?” the operator said.
“Yes,” Braydon said. “There is blood on my floor.”
Hall showed up later at UNC Hospitals in Hillsborough but was transferred to the Chapel Hill hospital, which he left around 8 p.m. Friday against medical advice and without the Sheriff’s Office being alerted, The News & Observer reported.
Hall was arrested Sunday in Burlington on charges of breaking and entering, second-degree kidnapping, interfering with emergency communications and assault on a child under 12. He is being held on $175,000 bail.
No other arrest have been made.
Braydon worried that Hall or the others might come back. His Dad slept on the couch for a few days with a pistol nearby.
Hall “should have got a job before he broke into people’s houses,” Braydon said.
HOME ALONE
Christopher Smith, 30, who works for a small electrical company, was minutes from his home when he learned about the break in.
It was rare for Braydon to be home alone, Smith said, but he thought his son’s camp started Thursday instead of the following Monday.
Braydon said he wanted to stay home and play video games.
“I trust him,” Smith said. “I felt like he could feed himself. And, of course, not burn the house down. And he could defend himself.”
Questions like what if the man had a gun “play in my mind over and over,” Smith said.
“It was all a higher power than us,” he said.

Baltimore County police say the shooting happened Sunday around 3pm on Whitelaw Place.

A resident reported seeing a man "walking casually with a gun" after hearing what she thought were firecrackers.

The Baltimore County Police Department believes the shooting was targeted.

With the global awakening of what really happened on 9/11 surging ahead at full steam, many people are now aware of facts such as prior government knowledge of the attacks, the mysterious collapse of WTC 7, all of the military and terror drills going on at the same time of the attacks, and the possibility that WTC 1, 2 and 7 were brought down by controlled demolition, and not by fire.

What is not known by the majority of these people, but is as equally important as WTC 7 is the story of Urban Moving Systems. It is no surprise that the hidden history of Urban Moving Systems remains unknown to of the majority of the American population, and even within the 9/11 truth community, since it's story was never included in the official 9/11 Commission Report, and has been absent from all of the popular 9/11 "truth movies."

So what exactly was Urban Moving Systems and how does it tie into 9/11?

"Dominick Suter, owner of the company Urban Moving Systems, flees the country to Israel. The FBI later tells ABC News, “Urban Moving may have been providing cover for an Israeli intelligence operation.” Suter has been tied to the five Israeli agents caught filming the WTC attack. The FBI had questioned Suter around September 12, removing boxes of documents and a dozen computer hard drives. However, when the FBI returns a few days later, he is gone." So according to the FBI, an Israeli intelligence gathering operation was set up in Weehawken, NJ posing as a fake moving company, whose employees failed polygraph tests, whose owner was questioned but then mysteriously flees the US. And why did our corrupt media and elected officials conceal this fact from the American people via the 9/11 whitewash commission?!? Maybe it was because this inconvenient fact would have made it hard for the Bush Administration to pin the horrific terrorist attacks on suicidal Muslim highjackers? What do you think?

Well, it is time for the story of Urban Moving Systems to become as commonly known as WTC7 and controlled demolitions to the American people. On Tuesday, June 17, 2008 I was doing a bit of random 9/11 research and I came across a website called FedSpending.org, after I googled 'urban moving systems'.

FedSpending.org is a project of OMB Watch, a Washington based, non-profit citizen's watchdog group that is intended to promote government accountability and citizen participation. All I can say is that this website has delivered, and I was pleased to have come across this piece of internet gold with relatively little digging:

As you can see based on the government data that was released on August 28, 2007, Urban Moving Systems was awarded federal funding in the amount of $498,750 and non-federal funding in the amount of $166,250 for a total of $665,000 and the payout date was June 22, 2001. So in other words, our government, whether knowingly or unknowingly funded an Israeli intelligence gathering operation tied to an FBI investigation, with American taxpayer's dollars!

But wait, it gets even nastier. Urban Moving Systems was also a moving scam operation as well. In December of 2001, the State of New Jersey obtained a court order giving inspectors from Consumer Affairs access to the facility allowing all citizens who had goods stored at Urban Moving Systems' Weehawken warehouse access to retrieve their belongings.

The complaint also alleges that Suter violated the Mover's Act by, among other things, failing to provide Consumer Affairs the name of a current contact person or agent, not adequately responding to consumer requests for access to their belongings and not having an agent available for at least 20-30 per week to allow consumers access to their belongings.

After writing my first paper on this subject about two weeks ago, I have been ignoring the various
debunking responses from the government-controlled mainstream media. I considered them all too
weak to even merit a response. But now that even infowars is claiming that some of the points have
been debunked, and Glenn Beck is planning to repeat the debunking, I feel forced to respond.

The government always hires people to run this gambit: they publish some ridiculously weak response
as a debunking, it utterly fails to debunk anything, but then simply because it got published by top
outlets they claim the theory has been debunked. Go study just about any tragedy or big news story of
the past 50 years, and you will see the same progression. [Specifically, you can study Popular
Mechanics' pathetic efforts to debunk 911 Truth by this method.] But I have news for them, publishing
an article with the title Debunked does not automatically mean the theory has been debunked. You
actually have to make a strong argument. Blowing smoke for a couple of pages isn't a debunking, it is
just more propaganda, and most people who read these things can see that. The debunking of 911
didn't work, because the debunking was exponentially weaker than the data it was trying to debunk.

Most people now recognize that fact. We are seeing the same thing here with Sandy Hook.

To prove this, I will go point for point through the debunking of Salon writer Alex Seitz-Wald, showing
it is no more than 3rd-string debating tricks and cold cabbage. He starts by calling his paper “Your
comprehensive answer to every Sandy Hook conspiracy theory.” It is subtitled “Every conspiratorial
allegation about the tragic Newtown shootings, answered.” So it should concern you that he is starting
off with a bold lie. His paper is only about 3 pages long, so how could it possibly address every point
or be comprehensive? Not only is he not comprehensive as a whole, but each question he does address
is only given a sound-bite answer. Most answers are only two sentences long, and some are only one
sentence long. But although his title is obviously and demonstrably false, he says it anyway. Why? As
a mind game. That is the way these people were taught to write, in Langley, Virginia, or somewhere.
They don't have any real counter-arguments, so they have to come up with something. They want you
to think that all questions have been answered, so they try to hypnotize you from the first word into
thinking they have been. “See my watch swinging? You are getting sleepy. . . sleepy. . .all questions
have been answered.”

Probably the worst sound-bite answer he gives is one of his first. He addresses the fact that a little girl
who looks exactly like Emilie Parker, and who is wearing her dress, is seen in Obama's lap after she
was supposedly murdered. He assures us it is her sister, but provides no evidence of that. Those who
say it is Emilie include an argument for why they think it is her, but Seitz-Wald doesn't feel the need to
make a counter-argument. Because he is a writer for Salon, all he has to give is his assurance: he is that
important. But it turns out the evidence is a great deal more extensive than just that one photo,
although of course Seitz-Wald doesn't go there. I admit that one photo, by itself, is inconclusive, but
that doesn't debunk it. Yes, it is within the realm of possibilities that Emilie's parents are not only using
a hand-me-down dress, but that they also began parting the younger sister's hair like Emilie—and that
her hair, newly parted there, just happened to create exactly the same signature whispies that Emilie's
hair created. Its creepy, but not strictly impossible. However, it also remains possible that is Emilie.
Nothing has been debunked. To decide this, we should logically proceed to corroborating evidence, to
look for proof or disproof. That is the scientific method, after all. When we do that, the evidence that
things don't add up becomes very strong. The evidence that there is a cover-up becomes certain. It
turns out that most of the photos provided of the Parker family show clear signs of tampering of one
sort or another. In the one I analyze in my first paper, we have a substitute for Emilie. And after I
provided that analysis, a graphic designer on youtube found evidence of tampering on another photo.

Amid Deadly Listeria Outbreak, Boar’s Head Recalls Some Deli Meats

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is investigating whether Boar’s Head meat sliced at deli counters has played a role in an outbreak of listeriosis that has caused two deaths.

Amid an outbreak of listeria that has killed two people in the United States and sickened around three dozen others, Boar’s Head Products announced on Friday that it would recall more than 200,000 pounds of deli meat, including all liverwurst products currently available on the market.

The announcement came after the U.S. Department of Agriculture said that it had detected listeria bacteria in an unopened package of Boar’s Head liverwurst from a Maryland store.

Boar’s Head also recalled several other types of deli meat that were made on the same day, June 27, and on the same production line as the tainted liverwurst.

The company said it had immediately recalled the liverwurst in question, and made a decision to “voluntarily recall additional products” out of an abundance of caution. “We are cooperating fully with government authorities and conducting our own investigation into this incident,” a spokeswoman for Boar’s Head said in a statement on Friday.

Boar’s Head recalled multi-pound loaves of “Strassburger Brand Liverwurst MADE IN VIRGINIA” with sell-by dates ranging from July 25 to August 30. It also recalled several other meats intended to be sliced by delis that were stamped with an Aug. 10 sell-by date, including: Virginia ham, Italian Cappy Ham, Extra Hot Italian Cappy Ham, Pork & Beef Bologna, Beef Salami, Beef Bologna and Garlic Bologna. Steakhouse Roasted Slab Bacon, with a sell-by date of Aug. 15, was also recalled.

The U.S.D.A. said in its statement that the products had been distributed to retail deli locations nationwide. (Here are the labels).

Last week, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggested the outbreak could be linked to deli meats. “Many people in this outbreak are reporting eating meats that they had sliced at deli counters,” the agency said, adding that more people had likely been infected than officials knew.

The recall prompted at least one major chain to remove Boar’s Head products and close deli counters. Stop & Shop, a chain with hundreds of stores around the northeastern U.S., said in a statement on Friday that “in an abundance of caution, because this product is sliced in stores, Stop & Shop has also discarded all other open deli meats and cheeses that could have been sliced or prepared in the same area and is conducting a thorough cleaning of the deli area and equipment.”

Since the outbreak of listeria began in May, at least 34 people have gotten sick, with virtually all patients hospitalized, and two people have died, in Illinois and New Jersey, according to health officials. New York and Maryland have reported the most cases. States that have also reported cases include Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.

Every year, approximately 1,600 people in the U.S. develop serious listeria infections, according to Laura Gieraltowski, an epidemiologist with the C.D.C.’s outbreak response and prevention branch. About 260 of those cases are fatal, she said. Listeria infection is the third leading cause of death from food-borne illness in the United States, according to the C.D.C.

Listeria bacteria, which is naturally found in soil, can contaminate a number of foods, from leafy greens to fruits such as cantaloupe melons. Most people who ingest the bacteria Listeria monocytogenes don’t get sick, but certain high-risk individuals, including pregnant women and people who are over 65 or immunocompromised, can become seriously ill.

The recall of deli meats follows another — for ice cream. In June, dozens of ice cream products were recalled by the manufacturer Totally Cool after officials warned of possible listeria contamination.

In a shocking incident in the United States, a repeat offender on probation allegedly punched an NYPD woman officer in Bronx. A video of the arrest caught on camera has also surfaced online. According to reports, the offender Ernst Delma punched the female officer in the face, thereby knocking her to the ground. The 49-second clip shows the woman officer's colleague moving in on the suspect and taking him down by pinning the accused to the ground.
