Charles Augustus Lindbergh (February 4, 1902 – August 26, 1974) was an American aviator, military officer, author, inventor, and activist. At the age of 25, he went from obscurity as a U.S. Air Mail pilot to instantaneous world fame by winning the Orteig Prize for making the first nonstop flight from New York City to Paris on May 20–21, 1927. Lindbergh covered the 33+1⁄2-hour, 3,600-statute-mile (5,800 km) flight alone in a purpose-built, single-engine Ryan monoplane, the Spirit of St. Louis. Though the first non-stop transatlantic flight had been completed eight years earlier, this was the first solo transatlantic flight, the first transatlantic flight between two major city hubs, and the longest transatlantic flight by almost 2,000 miles. It is widely considered one of the most consequential flights in aviation history and ushered in a new era of transportation between parts of the globe.

On March 1, 1932, Lindbergh's infant son, Charles Jr., was kidnapped and murdered in what the American media called the "Crime of the Century." The case prompted the United States Congress to establish kidnapping as a federal crime if a kidnapper crosses state lines with a victim. By late 1935, the hysteria surrounding the case had driven the Lindbergh family into exile in Europe, from where they returned in 1939.

In the years before the United States entered World War II, Lindbergh's non-interventionist stance and statements about Jews and race led some to suspect he was a Nazi sympathizer, although Lindbergh never publicly stated support for Nazi Germany and on multiple occasions condemned them in both his public speeches and in his personal diary. ⁣The robber got what he deserved. He just picked the wrong victim to rob.

A robber was seriously injured while trying to mug a woman.

What shocked people was that the woman turned out to be a well known local MMA coach Danielle Carter.

After following Danielle for sometimes, the robber rushed at her and tried to snatch her bag.

Danielle immediately slammed the bag into him and then threw several punches.

The robber was in extreme pain and eventually lost consciousness.

After it was over, Danielle turned and walked away.

Later bystanders called the police and the robber was taken to the hospital.

Police later identified him as 21 years old Lucas Miller.

Doctors confirmed that Danielle's actions caused severe fractures to Lucas's nose and eye socket, and his left eye was so badly damaged that it had to be removed.

After learning what happened, Lucas's Family sued Danielle.

They claimed her actions ruined the life of a 21 year old and argued that as a combat sport coach, she used excessive force in self-defence.

Surveillance footage showed Danielle striking Lucas with full force, resulting permanent disability.

Lucas's family demanded that Danielle pay medical expenses and $2 million in emotional distress damages.

After reviewing the case, the judge and jury unanimously ruled that Danielle's actions were justified self-defence.

The judge dismissed the family's lawsuit and declared Danielle not guilty.

Lucas, who was unconscious at the time, will be charged with robbery once he regains consciousness
