⁣An instructor and PhD student with Washington State University (WSU) has been arrested for allegedly assaulting an engineering student who wore a “Take America Back” hat in support of President Donald Trump.

A police report obtained by The Jason Rantz Show on KTTH said the instructor, Patrick Mahoney, allegedly grabbed the student’s hat and threw it into the street, after which the student, identified as Jay Sani, attempted to defend himself. Per KTTH:

After attempting to defend himself, the police reports say that Mahoney, along with a second suspect identified as Gerald Hoff, “grabbed Sani and took him to the ground.”

“Once on the ground, Mahoney grabbed Sani’s head and slammed it into the ground. Trump and Bukele Torch CNN's Kaitlan Collins in Oval Office Showdown Over Deported MS-13 Gangbanger

Fireworks were flying in the Oval Office Monday afternoon as President Trump met with El Salvador President Nayib Bukele, but it was nothing at all like the time Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, used a White House photo op to escalate tensions with the administration. Instead, Trump, Bukele and a host of Trump administration officials teamed up to destroy the false media narrative surrounding Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the El Salvadoran illegal who was deported from the United States and is now doing time at the infamous CECOT mega prison in Tecoluca, El Salvador.

Flanked by their respective national security teams, Trump and Bukele laid down some hard truths for CNN's Kaitlan Collins—or, as Trump called her, "a very low-rated anchor"—after she asked President Trump if he'd be seeking Bukele's help in returning the "mistakenly deported" Abrego Garcia to the U.S. The question kicked off a whip around of Trump administration officials lighting into the media for failing to properly cover the story of an illegal being returned to his home country and the associated judicial rulings.

First up was Attorney General Pam Bondi, who alerted Kaitlan Collins to the fact that, "First and foremost, he was in our country illegally." Then came the legal truths: "In 2019, two courts, an immigration court and an appellate immigration court, ruled he was a member of MS-13, and he was illegally in our country." Bondi noted that is was now up to El Salvador, not the United States, to decide if they want to return him, stating that the U.S. would help "facilitate" that return by providing an airplane.

President Trump then threw the matter over to White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller, who was fresh off a thrashing of Fox News' Bill Hemmer after Hemmer pursued a line of questioning similar to that of CNN's Collins. Miller got in a nice little dig at Collins over her apparent lack of knowledge regarding the Immigration and Nationality Act, which was enacted back in 1952.

MILLER: It is very arrogant for American media to suggest that we would even tell El Salvador how to handle their own citizens. And two immigration courts found he was a member of MS-13. When President Trump declared MS-13 to be a terrorist organization, that meant that he [Abrego Garcia] was no longer eligible, under federal law, for any form of immigration relief in the United States. So, we had a deportation order that was valid.

Finally, it was President Bukele's turn to address the matter, telling Collins that her question was "preposterous" and that he no intention of smuggling a terrorist back in the United States.

Monday's Oval Office showdown wasn't your typical diplomatic meeting—it was both a public dismantling of yet another false media narrative and a show of mutual respect between the United States and El Salvador when it comes to dealing with national security matters. Kilmar Abrego Garcia isn’t a victim here, no matter how much Kaitlan Collins wants to believe otherwise; he’s a violent gang member who got exactly what the law demanded.

with any of our concerns. Later on I find out that his surgery scheduler
scheduled me for surgery that I had never been consented for and then
violated my privacy by not doing me as I had requested considering it’s a
facility that I work at and I wanted my privacy to be maintained. I
come to find out that he wanted to remove both of my fallopian tube’s
and my ovaries based on what the surgery was supposed to be.

As they often do, over a month ahead of the 2022 primaries, The Washington Post, notoriously used for decades as a uni-party communication rag, openly admitted that McCarthy was using left-wing oligarch money to “sway” the GOP field in favor of his establishment agenda.

Conveniently for McCarthy and the establishment, the piece wasn’t published until after the last of the GOP’s nominating primaries had ended.

McCarthy, The Post reported in their September piece, led a “secretive,” anti-MAGA campaign within the GOP, using the party’s oligarch-funded pocketbook to “systematically weed out GOP candidates who could either cause McCarthy trouble if he becomes House speaker or jeopardizes GOP [establishment] victories.”

“Most” of the money (millions of dollars), reported The Post, “came from Ryan Salame, an executive at cryptocurrency exchange FTX.”

FTX, The Post explained, is “a major donor to both McCarthy’s own operation and to other groups backing McCarthy’s favored candidates.”

Feb 21 (Reuters) - An Arizona prosecutor said on Wednesday she will decline an extradition request from New York for a man wanted for the murder of a woman in a hotel room because she did not trust her Manhattan counterpart to keep the man in custody.
Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell, a Republican, said at a press conference she had instructed her staff not to cooperate with any request by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, a Democrat, to extradite Raad Noan Almansoori. The announcement drew criticism from Bragg's office that Mitchell was playing "political games" in a murder case.
Almansoori is wanted for the murder of Denisse Oleas-Arancibia, 38, in a room at the SoHo 54 Hotel in Manhattan earlier in February. She was strangled and bludgeoned in her head, according to an autopsy report.
He was arrested by police in Scottsdale, Arizona, on Feb. 18 after an 18-year-old woman survived being stabbed multiple times in the bathroom of a McDonald's restaurant in Surprise, Arizona.
He made statements to Arizona investigators linking himself to the McDonald's attack, another non-fatal stabbing the day before in Phoenix, Arizona, and the murder at the SoHo 54 Hotel, police said.
Almansoori remains in jail, having been denied release on bail at an initial court appearance, and it was unclear whether he had a lawyer.
In explaining her decision not to extradite Almansoori to New York, Mitchell, the county's chief prosecutor, noted that the assaults he is accused of in Arizona carry mandatory prison sentences, suggesting without evidence he might be released from custody in New York.
"Having observed the treatment of violent criminals in the New York area by the Manhattan D.A. there, Alvin Bragg, I think it's safer to keep him here and keep him in custody so that he cannot be out doing this to individuals, either in our state or county or anywhere in the United States," she told reporters.
She did not elaborate, but Bragg, like other Democratic law-enforcement officials, has often been criticized by Republican politicians for being too lenient on criminals, even where such allegations are undercut by crime statistics.
Bragg's office shared data showing the murder rate in Phoenix, the largest city in Maricopa County, is more than twice that of New York City, which has long had a relatively low ranking among American cities for violent crime.
"It is deeply disturbing that D.A. Mitchell is playing political games in a murder investigation," Emily Tuttle, a spokesperson for the Manhattan district attorney, said in a statement. She said Mitchell's decision was a "slap in the face" to New York law enforcement and "to the victim in our case to refuse to allow us to seek justice and full accountability for a New Yorker's death."
