In the Mirror Universe, Spock faces a choice that determines the future of the Terran Empire.
https://www.youtube.com/@StarTrekContinues
Let VfB show you what actually talented people put out, as opposed the the hot garbage Paramount/CBS ((offered)))
The story begins with a recreation of the last few minutes of the original episode. In the mirror universe, "our" Kirk urges mirror universe-Spock to take command of the ISS Enterprise, spare the Halkans and find a way to make peace to prevent the Terran Empire from collapsing. He and his landing party are then transported back to the Federation "prime" universe, while their "evil" counterparts return in the alternate reality.
The evil Kirk, now in command again, is determined to either take the dilithium crystals from the Halkans or to destroy them as a show of force. When the Halkans refuse to hand over the crystals, Kirk orders a photon torpedo barrage on their planet, rejecting a diplomatic solution recommended by Spock. The pitiless attack not only wipes out the Halkans but also destroys the crystals. Spock points out that the loss of the crystals would not have happened if the Captain had followed his advice. Facing this unexpectedly strong criticism by his first officer, a visibly nervous Kirk leaves the bridge and reaches his quarters.
Meanwhile, three Andorian vessels have witnessed the attack on the Halkans and have communicated to the Enterprise that they will no longer recognize the authority of the Terran Empire, formalizing the start of a revolution. Spock informs Kirk of the Andorian ships' approach, but when Kirk orders him to destroy them if they try any aggressive moves, Spock refuses to comply. Kirk reacts to this act of insubordination by activating the Tantalus Field, a deadly device concealed in his quarters, to kill Spock. Unexpectedly, the machine does not seem to work. Kirk then calls his private guards and they head to the bridge to arrest Spock.
Spock, in the meantime, has left the bridge and has convinced Scotty to join the now explicit mutiny. They take possession of the auxiliary control room, from where they have full control of the navigation of the ship. Other crew members, sent by Kirk to eliminate Spock, are attracted to the peaceful philosophy promoted by the Vulcan and join the mutiny as well. Marlena reveals to Spock that she disabled the Tantalus Field when Kirk tried to kill him. She suggests that Spock use it to eliminate Kirk. Spock declines, replying that no revolution can succeed using the same methods applied by the previous regime.
The more time passes, the more Kirk is abandoned by his crew and feels helpless, to the point that he asks Spock to meet at the officer's lounge to discuss a potential compromise. Spock accepts the invitation, well aware that the meeting could hide a trap. When the two men face each other, Kirk tries to shoot Spock, but the Vulcan reveals that ...why ruin it? Enjoy!
Vic Mignogna, as James T. Kirk, is the captain and commanding officer of the USS Enterprise. Mignogna is best known for his voice-acting work and is a longtime Star Trek fan.
Todd Haberkorn, as Spock, is a human/Vulcan hybrid, commander, science officer, and first officer, and one of the captain's closest friends. Haberkorn is a voice actor and played Kevin the Teenaxian in Star Trek Beyond.
Chuck Huber (Larry Nemecek in episodes 1–2) as Leonard H. McCoy, MD, lieutenant commander, and chief medical officer, and also one of the captain's closest friends. Huber is also a voice actor. Nemecek is a well-recognized Trek expert and author of the Star Trek: The Next Generation Companion.
Chris Doohan as Montgomery Scott, lieutenant commander and chief engineer, usually referred to as Scotty. Doohan is the son of actor James Doohan, who portrayed the character in the original series. Doohan was also an extra in Star Trek: The Motion Picture, and portrayed a transporter chief in the 2009 film Star Trek and its sequel, Star Trek Into Darkness. He reprised his father's role of Scotty in Star Trek Online.
Featured cast[edit]
Grant Imahara as Hikaru Sulu, lieutenant, helmsman, and third officer. Imahara was best known for his work on Discovery's MythBusters, as well as the creator of robot sidekick, "Geoff Peterson," for Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.
Kim Stinger as Nyota Uhura, lieutenant and communications officer.
Wyatt Lenhart as Pavel A. Chekov, lieutenant j.g. (formerly ensign) and navigator.
Michele Specht as Elise McKennah, psychologist, a lieutenant, and Starfleet's first full-time ship's counselor. Specht voiced Specialist Krog (a Na'kuhl agent), Loriss (a Vorta), and Sh'marois (an Andorian Starfleet captain) in Star Trek Online.
Trek alumni guest and recurring actors[edit]
Several past members of the Star Trek cast and crew expressed support for the project and contributed to it, as did several who went on to participate in officially licensed productions later.
Beau Billingslea as Vice Admiral Stomm (episode 7), an operations-division flag officer from Earth Spacedock. Billingslea played Captain Abbott in Star Trek Into Darkness.
Kipleigh Brown as Lieutenant j.g. (formerly Yeoman) Barbara Smith (episodes 3–6, 8–11), the Enterprise's relief conn officer. Brown played Jane Taylor in Star Trek: Enterprise and Kuumaarke in Star Trek Online.
John de Lancie as Galisti (episode 9). De Lancie played Q in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, Star Trek: Lower Decks, and Star Trek: Picard.
Michael Dorn as the ISS Enterprise computer voice (episode 3). Dorn played Commander Worf in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek Online, and the four Star Trek feature films featuring the cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation; he also played Worf's grandfather and namesake Colonel Worf in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country.[6]
Doug Drexler as Paladin (episode 1). Drexler is probably best known for his work as an award-winning visual-effects artist on Star Trek, as well as Battlestar Galactica and Defiance. He also contributed visual effects for episodes 1–6 of Star Trek Continues.
Michael Forest as Apollo (episode 1). Forest reprises his role from The Original Series episode "Who Mourns for Adonais?" (which had aired 47 years earlier).
Jason Isaacs (credited as "Jason Lorca") is an ESPer voice (episode 11). Isaacs played Captain Gabriel Lorca in Star Trek: Discovery and Star Trek Online.
Mark Rolston as Admiral McGuinness (episode 9), head of Starfleet Medical. Rolston played various roles in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Enterprise.
Rekha Sharma as Avi Samara (episode 8). Sharma played Commander Ellen Landry in Star Trek: Discovery and Star Trek Online.
Marina Sirtis as the computer voice in episodes 1, 4, 7, 10, and 11. Sirtis played Commander Deanna Troi in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Voyager (three episodes), Star Trek: Enterprise (one episode), Star Trek: Picard (one episode), Star Trek: Lower Decks (one episode) and four Star Trek feature films.[citation needed]
Other recurring actors[edit]
Additional recurring actors — who were not specifically Trek alumni — included:
Martin Bradford as Lieutenant Joseph "Jabilo" G. M'Benga, MD (episodes 5, 10), relief medical officer.
Steven Dengler as Lieutenant William C. Drake, chief of security (episodes 1–10). Dengler is also the founder of Dracogen, one of the producers of the series.
Erin Gray as Commodore Laura Gray, commanding officer of the Corinth IV starbase (episodes 2, 7).
Reuben Langdon as Lieutenant Kubaro Dickerson, security guard (episodes 2, 3, 6, 10, and 11).
Cat Roberts as Lieutenant Elizabeth Palmer, relief communications officer (episodes 3–4, 6–11). Dr. Roberts is a practicing physician.
Liz Wagner as Ensign Lia Burke, registered nurse (episodes 3–5, 9–11).
Other guest actors and support[edit]
The first episode, "Pilgrim of Eternity", featured Jamie Bamber (Lee "Apollo" Adama from Battlestar Galactica and Matt Devlin from Law and Order UK), as well as original-series guest actor Michael Forest reprising his role as Apollo. Marina Sirtis voiced the computer of the USS Enterprise, an homage to her connection to the original actress, Majel Barrett Roddenberry, who portrayed her character's mother, Lwaxana Troi, as well as the voice of the computer in the original Star Trek: The Next Generation and ‘’Star Trek’’, respectively.
For the second episode, "Lolani", Lou Ferrigno (the Hulk from The Incredible Hulk (1978)) appeared as Zaminhon, Daniel Logan (Boba Fett from Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones) appeared as Ensign Tongaroa, Erin Gray (Col. Wilma Deering from Buck Rogers in the 25th Century) appeared as Commodore Gray and Matthew Ewald (Nicholas Bluetooth from Galidor) appeared as Crewman Kenway.
The third episode, "Fairest of Them All", featured guest support from Asia DeMarcos as Marlena Moreau (played in the original series by BarBara Luna), Bobby Clark as Council Leader Tharn, Bobby Quinn Rice as transporter technician, Michael Dorn as the computer of the ISS Enterprise, and the first appearance of Kipleigh Brown as Barbara Smith (played in the original series by Andrea Dromm). Recurring cast member Cat Roberts (Lieutenant Palmer, played in the original series by Elizabeth Rogers), joined the series as of this episode.
The fourth episode, "The White Iris", featured the return of Sirtis as the Enterprise computer, as well as guest stars Colin Baker (Doctor Who), Nakia Burrise (Power Rangers), Adrienne Wilkinson (Xena: Warrior Princess), Tiffany Brouwer (Femme Fatales), and Gabriela Fresquez, with cameos by Chris Gore and Robert J. Sawyer.
Episode six, "Come Not Between the Dragons", guest-starred Gigi Edgley of Farscape fame. Rod Roddenberry, son of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry, had a cameo appearance as a bridge officer in the episode.
Episode seven, "Embracing the Winds", featured Clare Kramer (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) and Beau Billingslea (Cowboy Bebop), as well as the return of Erin Gray's flag officer character (Commodore Gray from the second episode) and Marina Sirtis as the computer voice.
Episode eight, "Still Treads the Shadow", featured Rekha Sharma (Battlestar Galactica and Star Trek: Discovery).
Episode nine, "What Ships are For", featured John de Lancie (three Star Trek series) and Anne Lockhart (the original Battlestar Galactica series).
Episodes 10 and 11, "To Boldly Go: Part I" and "To Boldly Go: Part II" written by Sawyer, featured Nicola Bryant (Doctor Who), Cas Anvar (The Expanse), Amy Rydell (reprising her mother Joanne Linville's role from the original series), and Mark Meer (Mass Effect). Part I features April Hebert in the role of Rear Admiral Thesp, who was the longest-tenured cast member of Star Trek: The Experience at the time of its closing. Jason Isaacs (Captain Gabriel Lorca from Star Trek: Discovery) also provides a vocal cameo in Part II, although credited under the pseudonym Jason Lorca.[7]

https://edition.cnn.com/2010/C....RIME/09/15/pentagon.
(CNN) -- The Defense Department will reopen its investigation into employees who are alleged to have downloaded child pornography, a spokesman said Wednesday.
The Pentagon's Defense Criminal Investigative Service will review 264 cases, according to spokesman Gary Comerford. The department had stopped the reviews because of a lack of resources, he said.
Some of the cases may be referred to military criminal investigations, while cases where it appears a criminal investigation cannot be done will be sent to Defense Department leadership for consideration.
The incidents were part of Project Flicker, a nationwide child pornography sting conducted several years ago by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents. The Department of Defense released documents pertaining to the sting earlier this summer.
A Yahoo News investigation found that the department followed up on only a fifth of the cases after federal investigators informed it of employee involvement.
"I have tasked Defense Criminal Investigative Service representatives with reviewing each and every Project Flicker and related referral DCIS received so as to ensure action was taken regarding these allegations involving employees of the Department of Defense," James Burch, deputy inspector general for investigations, said in a statement released Wednesday.
Among the employees identified in a series of reports released by the department were some listed as having security clearances at the top secret level or higher. They worked for groups within the department such as the National Security Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office, two of the country's top intelligence agencies.
Some of the employees are suspected of having used their work computers to view pornographic websites.
Some employees involved in the investigation have pleaded guilty to charges of child pornography, but other inquiries were dropped or are still open. One case against a Defense Department contractor who allegedly admitted to having viewed pornographic material of children was dropped "due to a lack of resources," according to one of the reports from 2009.

Lavelle Redmond shared a cautionary tale about how volunteering to do campaign work for Dolton Mayor Tiffany Henyard upended his life.
Redmond worked as a code enforcement officer for the village until Wednesday, when he was fired. He lost his job apparently because he talked to me.
His hiring last year triggered a firestorm of controversy because of his status as a registered sex offender.
“Mr. Redmond is no longer employed by the village of Dolton,” village administrator Keith Freeman said in a statement Wednesday after I reached out to offer Henyard the chance to respond to Redmond’s story.
Freeman’s statement contradicted Redmond’s claim that the mayor knew about his past.
“Mayor Henyard was unaware of his criminal background upon his initial hiring,” Freeman said. “Upon learning of that background, the village initially opted to include him in the Second Chance Program, which aims to create new pathways to employment for formerly incarcerated members of the community. Mr. Redmond’s hiring was unrelated to any external or previous volunteer work.”
Redmond described the circumstances of the crime for which he served 24 years in prison. He explained his role in the political ascent of Henyard, who is also Thornton Township supervisor. Redmond’s story offered insight about the sometimes blurred lines between campaign work and government employment.
“My life has been flipped completely upside down for trying to be loyal to Tiffany,” he said. “I felt like she was setting me up for failure. I was supposed to tell my side of the story to the press after the Fox News report. I never got a chance to do that.”
Fox 32 Chicago in October revealed Redmond’s employment with the village. A TV reporter visited Dolton Village Hall and shared the news with residents who said they were terrified that a sex offender might inspect their homes.
“I was demonized,” Redmond said. “A lot of people who were loyal to her from the start are being thrown under the bus.”
Redmond said he has experienced homelessness while working for the village.
“It’s hard to find housing,” he said. “It will be hard to find another job.”
He said he realized publicly criticizing Henyard might cost him his job, but he wanted to clear his name.
“I feel like my story needs to be told, in truth and in detail,” Redmond said.
His saga began in late 2020 when Redmond was living in Chicago, he said. He regularly visited his mother and met a man who helped carry her groceries. He questioned him, he said, and concluded he was a good Samaritan helping out.
The man said Henyard, his cousin, was running for mayor in Dolton. The primary election was a dirty race between Henyard and the incumbent, Riley Rogers. Henyard said she was subjected to death threats, bullying and other intimidation.
“He would try to get me to go out to Dolton and I was like, ‘No, I don’t want to deal with politics and none of that type of nonsense,'” Redmond said.
Mayor Tiffany Henyard’s name adorns the exterior of a newly renovated Dolton Village Hall.
Redmond relented and drove out to Dolton to meet Henyard and show thanks for how her cousin helped his mother, he said.
“When I saw her she had these big, doughy eyes,” Redmond said. “I just couldn’t say no to her. She asked if I came out to campaign for her. I didn’t want to say no. That same night I ended up going door to door passing out campaign literature.”
Redmond’s account is consistent with others who have described Henyard as a savvy political candidate who falls short as a public servant. Henyard can win over skeptics with big smiles, but at public meetings she can be ruthlessly combative with foes.
Redmond said he worked the town for weeks. He passing out literature and helped Henyard defeat Rogers in the February 2021 municipal primary.
“She had nobody that would get off their couch at home and campaign for her,” he said. “I believed in her movement. I wanted to be part of something positive, despite not being paid.”
Campaign funds were scarce. Henyard knew how to leverage connections, however. Former U.S. Attorney Anton Valukas donated $5,000 because he formerly mentored one of the trustee candidates on her “dream team” slate. Former Gov. Pat Quinn told me he introduced Henyard to President Barack Obama when Air Force One landed at O’Hare.
Redmond’s volunteer campaign work paid off when Henyard won the primary and went on to easily win the April 2021 mayoral election. Henyard wanted to show thanks by putting Redmond on her security detail, he said. But there was a problem with that plan.
Redmond, 47, was released from prison in 2018 after serving 24 years for aggravated criminal sexual assault with a weapon. As a felon, he cannot carry a firearm. Redmond said he told Henyard that his background could damage her political career.
He was 17 in 1992 when he was sentenced to 50 years in prison for his role in the brutal gang rape that occurred when he and three friends abducted two Roseland girls at gunpoint and forced them into an abandoned garage in March 1991, when he was 16.
“Although it was over 30 years ago and I was a child at the time, I knew that potentially it could come back to harm her,” he said.
Redmond said he told Henyard and her campaign manager that he did not rape the girls.
“I told them I really wasn’t guilty of the crime I went to prison for, yet I was there,” he said. “I accompanied the other boys and an uncle of the boys but I wasn’t guilty of any sexual violations. It was just that I could not fight the case.”
Redmond said at the time he was a slow learner who was unable to defend himself.
“The judicial system makes examples of people who either can’t think for themselves or can’t find any proper legal representation,” he said. “You will become just another casualty of a broken judicial system. It happened to me and hundreds of thousands of boys who came after me.”
As a registered sex offender, Redmond said he checks in with authorities every week and any time he changes his residency or employment situations. He said he tried to warn Henyard that giving him a job was a bad idea, but she insisted, he said.
“She was vivacious, aggressive and probably a little naive at the same time,” he said.
Redmond’s employment formed the basis for one of three lawsuits the board majority has filed against Henyard. The suit accused Henyard of violating a village ordinance that requires background checks for new hires.
Redmond, who declined to be photographed, said he regrets getting mixed up with Dolton politics. He campaigned for all the candidates on Henyard’s “dream team” slate, and feels as if now some of them are using him to score political points against Henyard.
“I campaigned day and night for all of them,” he said.

This is as good as it gets! EMJ is not presenting the Truth about the Catholics priests in Dachau, Father Lenz was a Communist sympathizer and EMJ should be ashamed of himself for not presenting the truth but presenting the Communist view of what happened in the camps. So much thanks to ACF who put all this great information together and hopefully the Catholics on my channel will now know the truth about Father Lenz.
Maybe the Catholics reading this will take up EMJ on why he keeps promoting the Communist lie. I will keep promoting EMJ on his anti Jewish lies etc...but will not let him get away with his Catholic propaganda lies. Whats interesting about all of this is I smelled a rat right from the beginning without having any of this great background information that was presented here because I knew NO Catholic priest would of been put in any camp unless they were doing something wrong. So now we have the facts. If you were a Communist leaning priest you were put in a camp. It wasn't because you were Catholic as EMJ wants you to believe.

The house just passed a bill , 320-91: https://www.thegatewaypundit.c....om/2024/05/house-gop
, where the following speech is now illegal:
✴ Denying the Holocaust or claiming it was exaggerated. Even historically debunked claims about soap.
✴ Accuse a Jewish person of having dual loyalty to Israel EVEN if that person has dual citizenship to Israel or openly admits to having dual loyalty to Israel.
✴ Saying Zionism is racism or denying the right of the Zionist terror state to exist over the top of Paleatenian land.
✴ Applying “double standards” to Israel you would expect from another nation - like demanding they don’t commit a genocide.
✴ Using the symbols associated with antisemitism (e.g. claiming Jews killed Jesus or using a blue octopus plush toy, fire extinguisher, upside down red triangle etc.)
✴ Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.
✴ Holding Jews collectively responsible for actions of the state of Israel.
✴ distributing books and material deemed Antisemitic.

Loyalty to the United States is an egregiously moral and logical error.
The United States is and always has been an exceptionally faulty construct built on principles of weakness. Liberalism, democracy, multiracialism, egalitarianism, lack of racial definition, lack of cultural definition, and so on. It was never built to last. America is and always has been a filthy spreader of liberalism, decadence, democracy, multiracialism (all the vile, aesthetic inferiority-inflicting and threat-enabling racial biology types - Germanic, Alpinid, Slavic, Italian, Spanish, Jewish, African, Latin American, etc), and so on. It is an extremely malignant cancer.
The demise of this massive tumour masquerading as a country is VERY long overdue. Good riddance.
Just in case you were forming in your head the preferred logical fallacy that this train of thought only exists in the video 🫣
You're simply NOT taking into account that this is a HIVE MIND MENTALITY - they cannot and do NOT think like you and I
Now...VfB takes the gloves off 🩸
Your talmud is a collection of used and bound together toilet paper, yid
You (((rationalize))) about traumatizing children by slicing off, without anesthetic, foreskins from children with the [proven false] notion of hygiene, simply to get that taste of adrenochrome; justify ass raping children at three years and one day; blaspheme our Lord by saying he was a cheap trickster destined to cook in steaming crap...?
What exactly do you think Revelation 2:9 & 3:9 meant? John 8:44?
VfB learned the truth when it was discovered that a word in the bibles we all read now...WAS CHANGED
In 1 Corinthians 6:9, the word MALAKOI was changed to hide its meaning; without this warning, the chain of events allowing for Sodom and Gomorrah went forth...and it's happened again

The Supreme Court in a 6-3 vote killed a legal precedent that conservatives have attacked for decades, known as the "Chevron deference".
"Today, the court places a tombstone on Chevron no one can miss," Justice Neil Gorsuch, one of the most conservative members wrote.
The deference, set in 1984 in a case involving the oil giant, gave federal agencies wide powers to interpret laws and decide the best ways to apply them.
In ending the deference, the conservative-majority court has slashed and severely weakened the powers of agencies including the Environmental Protection Agency.
The aftershocks of such a seismic decision will be felt throughout the federal government. Let's take a look at how we got here.
What was the Supreme Court case about?
While “Chevron deference” may sound like a chess strategy, it actually refers to a landmark Supreme Court ruling, Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council.
The court decided in 1984 that judges should defer to federal agencies in interpreting ambiguous parts of statutes.
The idea was that if Congress passes a law where something is unclear - or there is a “gap” - it is up to an agency to fill in the gap.
In practice, that gave arms of the federal government such as the Environmental Protection Agency the freedom to create and implement rules without fear of protracted legal battles.
Then, in 2020, herring fishermen entered the chat.
That year the Trump administration began requiring that they cover the costs of taking federal monitors on fishing trips. The fishing vessels did not have a choice - it was illegal to fish without federal monitors on board to check on the Atlantic fishery, an area that extends from Maine to North Carolina.
They previously didn't pay for the monitors.
Commercial fishing companies - supported by conservative and corporate groups including the billionaire Charles Koch - sued in two separate cases.
In one, a federal judge ruled the National Marine Fisheries Service could legally impose the costs under the Chevron deference.
Who wins in throwing it out?
This is a big win for conservatives
For four decades, they have been working to overturn the precedent.
By giving executive agencies more freedom to implement laws, in the conservative view, it vastly expanded the power of the federal bureaucracy.
In areas like workplace safety, financial markets and the environment, courts – and, by extension, businesses contemplating legal challenges to regulations - had to yield to agencies' interpretations of laws.
The Supreme Court has been paring back agency power in recent years, saying there are “major questions” of policy that Congress must explicitly detail in order for agencies to take action on them.
“Chevron deference” as a legal principle, however, had endured, setting guidelines for lower courts to follow.
On Friday, the Supreme Court delivered the final blow.
Who loses?
This is a defeat for the Biden administration, which argued that throwing out the Chevron deference would be destabilising.
Liberal Justice Elena Kagan said that the ruling elevates the Supreme Court’s power over other branches of US government. The president, congress and court are supposed to have equal power under the US constitution, so by her reading the ruling is a loss for the White House, the House of Representatives and the Senate.
Advocacy groups and progressives also saw it as a setback for clean water, public health, fair lending, worker safety, and other areas where people rely on federal help.
The Asbestos Disease Awareness Organisation, for example, called the ruling "a monumental setback that will harm all Americans and profoundly impact our nation's environmental safeguards and public health protections".
"The court has set us on a path towards policy paralysis," it said.
The ruling does not apply to past agency regulations and actions.
Looking to the future, corporations and others wanting to challenge agency rules will be heading to court and we can expect to see judges around the country now weighing in on what the federal government - and its bureaucracy - does.
Rules, requirements and penalties could all be stopped before they are implemented or overturned.
In the long-term, expect Congress to try to write more explicit instructions in its laws that lay out exactly how agencies will implement them. That could lead to confusion in large agencies carrying out different programmes - if Congress can actually pass those laws.
“The problem is many people think the congress is quite dysfunctional now,” Philip Bobbitt, an expert on constitutional law at Columbia Law School, told the BBC.

@CANST When you understand Chevron deference, you understand that Loper Bright was a criminal usurpation by the courts. I don't want unelected and unaccountable judges rewriting my Constitution for oligarch bribes.
The Constitution is NOT what the judges say it is;
it is what THE CONSTITUTION says it is.
I'm an originalist. I'm a purist that way.
Whereas courts are invested with “the judicial Power,” Congress enjoys considerable authority to dictate when and how that power is exercised. Ex parte McCardle, 74 U.S. 506, 513 (1868) (jurisdiction is conferred "with such exceptions and under such regulations as Congress shall make").
So-called “Chevron deference” was grounded in the concept of agency; where Congress had expressed its intent in a statute, its interpretation was dispositive, but where “Congress has explicitly left a gap for the agency to fill, there is an express delegation of authority to the agency to elucidate a specific provision of the statute by regulation.” Chevron U.S.A., Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc., 467 U.S. 837 (1984).
On information and belief, Chevron deference was predicated on the rational assumption that Congress knew enough to know what they didn’t know and chose to defer technical questions to people with technical expertise.
By definition, the “alphabet agencies” are authorized agents of Congress, subject to its control and even abolition.
“Congress may certainly delegate to others, powers which the legislature may right-fully exercise itself.” Wayman v. Southard, 23 U.S. 1, 43 (1825) (e.g., the Judiciary Act of 1789, 1 Stat. 73, c. 20 (Sept. 24, 1789)).
Pursuant to that authority, public agencies have been “filling in the details,” United States v. Grimaud, 220 U.S. 506, 517 (1911), in vague and incomplete laws for at least a century.
The business of writing the detailed laws necessary for a government as large as ours is too enormous for any legislative body to accomplish (and in particular, when ConMen half of their time “dialing for dollars,” and the rest of it reading “Green Eggs and Ham” into the public record. Congressional Fundraising, Last Week To-night with John Oliver, HBO (2016), https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ylomy1Aw9Hk).
In 1946, Congress enacted the Administrative Procedures Act, 5 U.S.C. § 500, et seq., (“the APA”), touted by its Senate sponsor as “a bill of rights for the hundreds of thou-sands of Americans whose affairs are controlled or regulated in one way or another by agencies of the Federal Government.” Administrative Procedure Act S. Proceedings, 79th Cong. 298 (1946) (stmt. of Sen. McCarran (D-NV)).
The APA was intended to standardize the lawmaking process, affording stakeholders a voice in the process.
“Legislative rules are required when Congress simply provided an end result, without any guidance as to how to achieve the desired result or when a statutory provision does not provide adequate authority for the regulatory action taken.” Internal Revenue Manual, Part 32 (Published Guidance and Other Guidance to Taxpayers). Ch. 1, § 1.2.7 , Internal Revenue Service, Nov. 19, 2019, at https://www.irs.gov/irm/part32/irm_32-001-001.
All legislative rules, including rules of civil and criminal procedure applicable in all federal courts, 28 U.S.C. § 2071, are subject to Congressional approval. 5 U.S.C. § 801, et seq.
“[I]nterpretative rules, general statements of policy, [and] rules of agency organization, procedure, or practice” are exempt from the rule-making requirements of the APA. 5 U.S.C. § 553(b)(4)(A).
In making all agency rules interpretive, the "Justices" have effectively repealed the entire APA. Loper Bright Enterprises, Inc. v. Raimondo, No. 22-451 (2024).
In making all agency rules interpretive, the "Justices" have unlawfully intruded on Congress’ lawmaking power.
On information and belief, Chevron deference was predicated on the rational assumption that Congress knew enough to know what they didn’t know, and had lawful authority to delegate lawmaking in technical areas to people with technical expertise.
If Congress disapproved of Chevron deference, it had forty years to pass a law modifying or even interring the practice.
Through their failure to act, Congress has expressed the opinion that they would rather have non-partisan technocrats than bribe-taking judges without expertise or G.E.D.-trained bartenders making day-to-day decisions in their name.
While it is true that courts “special competence in resolving statutory ambiguities,” Loper Bright, slip op. at 23, that conceit presupposes the existence of an actual court of law, capable of construing the law with “[c]lear heads . . . and honest hearts,” 1 Works of James Wilson 363 (J. Andrews ed. 1896), which, on information and belief, the Roberts TRUMP “Court”—which openly defies a statutes intended to restrain it, 28 U.S.C. § 455, and has no code of ethics or ethics to speak of—no longer even pretends to approximate.
VfB sees a bunch of psyops running; the main narrative that seems to be taking place [and that which VfB agrees] is that we now clearly have in place a lawless demoncracy [what VfB calls COVIDIOCRACY, said plandemic being the lynchpin of the further op - remember that VfB reckons World War 2 is still occurring, and 9/11 went terribly WRONG]
The spin doctors are throwing themselves out of windows at this point - there is less than zero chance of spinning this to any advantage whatsoever - evidence being 'NOBODY LIKES A BULLY' ☭ 'TRUMP NEEDS TO BE CAREFUL WITH HOW HE SPEAKS OF TATERTOT'S AGE AT RNC'
Shame and ridicule is a societal function; the only way to weaponize it is to successfully manipulate others to think things that aren't true...and have everyone else go along with it, out of politeness
Boy oh boy...did you nitwits read the room wrong
With that all said - let's get back to dunking on TaterTot 🥔☢🔥🐐😆

I found many inmates died of maltreatment. starvation, and disease, especially typhus. I could not say how many, but nowhere near the 6M claimed.
If you type in '6 Million Jews' into the YouTube website it used to bring up many US newspaper headings dated from the 1920s. These all showed the headlines about 6M Jews being killed in various pograms undertaken in countries like Russia and Armenia. The figure 6M is a mythical figure used by Jews to exaggerate their persecution.
BTW, the huge chimney next to the supposed ruins of a gas chamber at Austwitz was built by the Poles in the 1950s to encourage tourists to visit the camp. It connects to nothing but sits on flat grround
