⁣Former U.K. ambassador to the U.S. Peter Mandelson has been arrested by London's Metropolitan Police on suspicion of misconduct in public office, weeks after a series of emails between him and Jeffrey Epstein were revealed.

Former U.K. ambassador to the U.S. Peter Mandelson has been arrested by London's Metropolitan Police on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

Mandelson was being investigated after a series of emails between him and the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein were released late last month.

"Officers have arrested a 72-year-old man on suspicion of misconduct in public office," London's Metropolitan Police said in a statement Monday. "He was arrested at an address in Camden on Monday, 23 February and has been taken to a London police station for interview. This follows search warrants at two addresses in the Wiltshire and Camden areas."

Police said they were unable to provide more information "to prevent prejudicing the integrity of the investigation."

Mandelson was fired from his job as U.K. ambassador in September when details of the depth of his friendship with Epstein emerged.

Earlier this month, police announced they had started an investigation into Mandelson, who served as the U.K.'s Business Secretary in 2009 and 2010. Emails released as part of the Epstein files appeared to show that he had shared confidential, market-sensitive information with Epstein while he was in government.

In one 2009 email to Epstein, Mandelson appeared to confirm rumors of a €500 billion eurozone bailout, telling Epstein the announcement would come later that night.

In another 2010 exchange, Mandelson sent an internal government communication to Epstein, with the message: "Interesting note that's gone to the PM." The memo in question appeared to be a note from an advisor to then-Prime Minister Gordon Brown, detailing the U.K.'s struggling economy with a policy recommendation to sell off government-held assets in order to raise revenue.

Other documents released by the Justice Department appeared to show that Epstein had paid Mandelson $75,000 in three separate $25,000 transactions between 2003 and 2004. At that time, Mandelson was a private citizen.

CBS News has reached out to a representative for Mandelson for comment.

Mandelson has previously denied any knowledge of or complicity in Epstein's sexual crimes. In a letter in which Mandelson formally resigned from the Labour Party earlier this month, he also denied receiving payments from Epstein, saying, "allegations which I believe to be false that he made financial payments to me 20 years ago, and of which I have no record or recollection, need investigating by me."

Mandelson's arrest comes days after former Prince Andrew, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, was arrested for suspected misconduct in public office in response to revelations from the Epstein files.

MEANING of the 13th Amendment

The “missing” 13th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows:

“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”

At the first reading, the meaning of this 13th Amendment (also called the “title of nobility” Amendment) seems obscure; unimportant. The references to “nobility,” “honour,” “emperor,” “king,” and “prince,” lead us to dismiss this Amendment as a petty post-revolution act of spite directed against the British monarchy. The U.S. modern world of Lady Di and Prince Charles, make anti-royalist sentiments seem so archaic and quaint, that the Amendment can be ignored.

Not so. Consider some evidence of its historical significance: First, “titles of nobility” were prohibited in both Article VI of the Articles of Confederation (1777) and in Article I, Sections 9 and 10 of the Constitution of the United States (1787);

Second, although already prohibited by the Constitution, an additional “title of nobility” amendment was proposed in 1789, again in 1810, and according to Dodge, finally ratified in 1819. Clearly, the founding fathers saw such a serious threat in “titles of nobility” and “honors” that anyone receiving them would forfeit their citizenship. Since the government prohibited “titles of nobility” several times over four decades, and went through the amending process (even though “titles of nobility” were already prohibited by the Constitution), it’s obvious that the Amendment carried much more significance for our founding fathers than is readily apparent today.

In a world where every idea seems divisive, it can help to know there are at least a few things that the world as a whole agrees on. Time, the calendar, and the basic idea that history as we know it happened pretty much like historians say it did are just a few of those things. After all, at the very least we can all agree that the year is 2017, right?

Wrong.

According to German historian Heribert Illig, the year is actually 1720, the Gregorian calendar is a lie, and a chunk of Middle Ages was completely made up.

No, this man is not crazy (at least not officially) and he actually claims to have archeological evidence to support his case.

In 1991, Illig proposed his theory, aptly called the Phantom Time Hypothesis. He claims there was conspiracy entered into back in 1000 AD to change the dating system by three world rulers.

Illig claims that Pope Sylvester II, Holy Roman Emperor Otto III, and Byzantine Emperor Constantine VII all got together and changed the calendar to make it seem as if Otto had begun his reign in the millennial year of 1000 AD, rather than 996. The reason being that 1000 sounded a lot more meaningful than 996 considering AD stands for “anno domini,” or, “the year of the Lord.”

Illig further claims that the trio altered existing documents, and created fraudulent historical events and people in order to back themselves up. He claims that Holy Roman Emperor Charlemagne was not in fact a real ruler, but simply a King Arthur-type legend. He explains that through all of this tampering and forgery, an extra 297 years were added to history.

Two hundred and ninety-seven years that didn’t actually happen.

Illig says that an inadequate system of dating medieval artifacts, as well as an over-reliance on written history are to blame. According to his research, the years between 614 and 911 AD don’t quite add up. The years prior to 614 were full of historically significant events, as were the years after 911, however, he claims that the ones in between were unusually dull.

He also points out that mathematical discrepancies between the Julian and Gregorian calendars further complicates things. The Julian calendar says that a full year is 365.25 days long, whereas the Gregorian calendar — the one we use now — says it’s actually 11 minutes shorter than that.

Furthermore, Illig claims that Roman architecture in 10th century western Europe is too modern for the time period in which it was supposedly built.

Though his Phantom Time Hypothesis seems far fetched, Illig has actually managed to find some supporters.

Dr. Hans-Ulrich Niemitz published a paper in 1995 titled “Did the Early Middle Ages Really Exist?” in which he claims they did not.

“Between Antiquity (1 AD) and the Renaissance (1500 AD) historians count approximately 300 years too many in their chronology,” Niemitz wrote. “In other words: the Roman emperor Augustus really lived 1700 years ago instead of the conventionally assumed 2000 years.”

Some of Niemitz’s claims echoed Illig’s, such has the discrepancies between the Julian and Gregorian calendars and the lack of reliable historical sources. Though, Neimitz did admit that a counterargument could exist, as the Byzantium and Islamic regions were at war during the period, which was well documented.

Most historians worldwide are critical of the Phantom Time Hypothesis. Countless historians have chosen to argue it have used recorded dates of solar eclipses to do so, along with documented histories from other parts of the world that overlap the “missing” time periods.

Strong, credible allegations of high-level criminal activity can bring down a government. When the government lacks an effective, fact-based defense, other techniques must be employed. The success of these techniques depends heavily upon a cooperative, compliant press and a mere token opposition party.

1🢡 Dummy up. If it's not reported, if it's not news, it didn't happen.

2🢡 Wax indignant. This is also known as the "How dare you?" gambit.

3🢡 Characterize the charges as "rumors" or, better yet, "wild rumors." If, in spite of the news blackout, the public is still able to learn about the suspicious facts, it can only be through "rumors." (If they tend to believe the "rumors" it must be because they are simply "paranoid" or "hysterical.")

4🢡 Knock down straw men. Deal only with the weakest aspects of the weakest charges. Even better, create your own straw men. Make up wild rumors (or plant false stories) and give them lead play when you appear to debunk all the charges, real and fanciful alike.

5🢡 Call the skeptics names like "conspiracy theorist," "nutcase," "ranter," "kook," "crackpot," and, of course, "rumor monger." Be sure, too, to use heavily loaded verbs and adjectives when characterizing their charges and defending the "more reasonable" government and its defenders. You must then carefully avoid fair and open debate with any of the people you have thus maligned. For insurance, set up your own "skeptics" to shoot down.

6🢡 Impugn motives. Attempt to marginalize the critics by suggesting strongly that they are not really interested in the truth but are simply pursuing a partisan political agenda or are out to make money (compared to over-compensated adherents to the government line who, presumably, are not).

7🢡 Invoke authority. Here the controlled press and the sham opposition can be very useful.

8🢡 Dismiss the charges as "old news."

9🢡 Come half-clean. This is also known as "confession and avoidance" or "taking the limited hangout route." This way, you create the impression of candor and honesty while you admit only to relatively harmless, less-than-criminal "mistakes." This stratagem often requires the embrace of a fall-back position quite different from the one originally taken. With effective damage control, the fall-back position need only be peddled by stooge skeptics to carefully limited markets.

10🢡 Characterize the crimes as impossibly complex and the truth as ultimately unknowable.

11🢡 Reason backward, using the deductive method with a vengeance. With thoroughly rigorous deduction, troublesome evidence is irrelevant. E.g. We have a completely free press. If evidence exists that the Vince Foster "suicide" note was forged, they would have reported it. They haven't reported it so there is no such evidence. Another variation on this theme involves the likelihood of a conspiracy leaker and a press who would report the leak.

12🢡 Require the skeptics to solve the crime completely. E.g. If Foster was murdered, who did it and why?

13🢡 Change the subject. This technique includes creating and/or publicizing distractions.

14🢡 Lightly report incriminating facts, and then make nothing of them. This is sometimes referred to as "bump and run" reporting.

15🢡 Baldly and brazenly lie. A favorite way of doing this is to attribute the "facts" furnished the public to a plausible-sounding, but anonymous, source.

16🢡 Expanding further on numbers 4 and 5, have your own stooges "expose" scandals and champion popular causes. Their job is to pre-empt real opponents and to play 99-yard football. A variation is to pay rich people for the job who will pretend to spend their own money.

17🢡 Flood the Internet with agents. This is the answer to the question, "What could possibly motivate a person to spend hour upon hour on Internet news groups defending the government and/or the press and harassing genuine critics?" Don t the authorities have defenders enough in all the newspapers, magazines, radio, and television? One would think refusing to print critical letters and screening out serious callers or dumping them from radio talk shows would be control enough, but, obviously, it is not.

After a couple weeks of controversy, the G4TV host Froskurinn purged all of her tweets, calling it “spring cleaning” and joked that she should have tweeted “oops.”

“Cleaned out socials and got several messages asking if I was hacked. All is well! Just had it for close to forever and decided on a spring cleaning. Poop jokes returning,” Frosk tweeted, a day after posting a link to a manager to connect with “drama YouTubers” for interviews.

Frost then tweeted: “Although I should have just tweeted “whoops”. That would have been much funnier.”

Froskurinn spoke out against the sexism she had experienced because “not as bangable as the previous host” while confessing that she was just reading scripts, like other hosts, and not actually playing some of the games. Frosk had taken more heat for being factually incorrect on some news stories and decided to just doubled down with more insults.

Needless to say, it didn’t take long for the backlash to swell against her.

“Go on twitch…YouTube channel and make you poop jokes,” Drunk 3PO said in his video, encouraging Frosk to move on.

⁣Volkswagen, as far as car companies go, is fairly forward thinking. They invited their customers to come up with new design ideas, and the customers delivered.

This concept, the “Hover Car,” has impressed the company so much that they decided to make a short YouTube video, featuring CGI, that shows how it would potentially function in real life.

It begins with the VW zipping through the Chinese capital of Beijing, elevated just a few feet above the ground. The car’s power comes from minerals underground and was designed by a young Chinese woman who responded to the carmaker’s call for innovation.

Of course, easier CGI’d than done. The car would require electromagnetic strips embedded into the roads below it in order to work. But as a prize, the girl’s parents got to “test drive” the car in the simulated video. According to Creativity Online, VW received 119,000 ideas and got 33 million hits on its website.

The coming and going of an etheric, or spirit, body has been so familiar to me these many years I had forgotten that such a manifestation could snap the mental balance of a man not so conditioned. I shall never forget those forty-eight hours at Muroc!

We should probably try to understand 'demons' as the 'lower or reduced ones' and the majority of flesh ones were killed off in the Great Flood, which is not as far back as we have been told, as they've meddled with the calendar, to obfuscate End of Times.

Psychotropic drugs (demon doorways) cause mood/behaviour changes or 'dementia' - not just street drugs, but pharmacueticals incl. anti-epileptics, anti-schizoid, anti-depressants, Parkinsons, Statins which may lead to 'dementia' in the elderly, so it's not just the aluminium in flu j.abs.

You will find many health issues stemming from adverse effects (some enduring) of v.a.x. , anti-biotics (mould based). Sugar is your worst enemy - causes inflammation, spikes in blood sugar. If you are really unlucky, you'll have hypos after a spike, then blackouts. They will diagnose epilepsy, & the meds will cause epilepsy (as happened with my father). LOOK AT YOUR SUGAR RICH DIET & modify that if you eat more than 30g of sugar incl in products per day.

Calcium supplemtents are synthetic (eat dairy instead). They form the bulk of plaques in the blood vessels for people who take supplements which they advicate for pregnant mothers and elderly. For the elderly, doses are set much too high and daily for elderly people whose bodies cannot process such large amounts of synthetic calcium, and the excess is then dumped in the blood where it accumulates. Studies have found calcium suppliments do not prevent fractures, so it's intnded to cause cardiac episodes and strokes. So they can then put you on 'Statins', which diminishes the critical cholesterol that the brain needs, and this leads to 'dementia'. A long pathway to your mental demise.

My mother was put on beta-blokers, just months later she had multiple strokes at just 49 with no other apparent causation. Now they are chasing me to have free health checks - so they can medicate & create a disease where there was none.

I may have taken much longer to be convinced about demons had I not seen many things, starting with my own father (who snapped back to normal for two years when I demanded he be taken off the toxic drugs, so then they conspired to put him back on them because he was doing so well).

I encountered a tiny frail old lady (barely 40kg or 6 stone) 'with dementia' who in a spontaneous rage lifted a heavy commode well above her head and was about to throw it at a bedridden patient who was resting. She was on toxic psychotropics, like my father was.

I think the PKU test at birth is not about a rare condition, it's looking for the arrival of the 'messiah'. Ofc they won't be fruitful. (Some think PKU is a poison.) I don't recall them doing the PKU for my daughters, only my son, as they only ever asked for consent with my son.

IMO, dark matter is just a catch word for what lurks in the darkness. If you take images of the dark (in your garden), increase exposure many times until you can see what you would see in daylight, then zoom in, and you will see the many eyes, faces and forms almost captive in the pixels. My back garden has been fruitful with all sorts of things. A large beaked goblin thing though the beak looked like a nose, critters that look like monkeys with white wool hair, meerkats, smiling skulls, zombies, a horned big jawed thing (like hellboy) - they all had black eyes, some even had light glinting in them alluding to depth. I captured a Cardiassian type inside a hex on woman's back in the local park during daylight, but trees created dark shadows for this to be clearer. Another in my garden was like Nesferatu.

I also saw a white thick 'smoke' at my former partner's. My partner was sleeping and I awoke suddenly to see the other side of the room, and the top of the wardrobe was not visible because of this 'cloud' near the ceiling. I thought it was smoke at first, but realised there was no smell. I continued to watch it, and then it was like someting sucked it from the room in about 3 seconds. Later I was told family and friends had also seen this smoke over the years in the other bedrooms and they had also thought the house was on fire until they checked it out.

I have others experiences: black creature floating in mid air (not flapping) barely 2 feet away from me (I frightened it off, it floated down like a balloon with what loked like a small cloak (kid you not) and it ran off, then I went back out again and it ran from where it was hiding into may garden - I might add I was also scared as it made me jump'), ultra bright white balls that flash in different parts of the lounge and hallway (sun was at the back of the house, and no street lights as it was during the day) and single red dots moving around the bedroom (at night, with curtains closed). Sometimes they appear in a corner to the side of the window, so not coming in from outside by a laser pointer for example. My ultra skeptical partner has seen the white balls and red dots, and offers no ideas. So what are they?
