A convicted sex offender bled to death after he was found with his genitalia cut off on a disused industrial estate.

An inquest heard today that Reginald Alan Roach was found "unresponsive" by a dog walker and died after sustaining "wounds" to his genitalia. Roach, 63, was found on the Bryn Cegin industrial estate in Bangor, North Wales on Sunday, November 6.

Kate Sutherland, acting senior coroner for north west Wales, opened the hearing today into the death of Roach. Dr Brian Rodgers carried out a post mortem examination on the deceased, who lived at the Ty Newydd bail hostel in Bangor.

Mrs Sutherland gave the provisional cause of death as "shock and haemorrhaging due to incised wounds removing genitalia". The acting senior coroner adjourned the hearing to a later date pending the result of further investigations.

Roach had a court appearance listed at Llandudno Magistrates Court on October 31, about a week before his death, when he faced a charge of failing to comply with notification requirements in relation to the sex offenders register at Caernarfon Police Station on September 13, 2022.

NorthWalesLive reported he was expected to enter a plea that day. In August Roach admitted exposing himself at a Travelodge Hotel. In 2020 he also admitted destroying a poppy memorial the day after Remembrance Sunday the year before.

I love how nervous and freaked out Joe is the entire time. Dude barely finishes his answer and Joe rapid fires another question. Cracking me up.

Loved this episode. I gave my daughter Gavin's book Gift of Fear before she went to university. She also took a self-defense course for several weeks. She credits both of them for escaping an attack in an isolated spot outside of a restaurant. She's only 5'3" and 120 lbs but she was able to twist out of an attack from behind and throw a 6'1" man into a wall and run away. Our family owe Mr. De Becker for her life and safety ❤

I am both fascinated and terrified by what Gavin has to say and the implications it has for society at large. Bottom line is, if you use technology, you waive your rights to privacy. Period. 🙄 This has made me look at smartphones and internet-connected tech in a very different light!

As others have already said, this is one of the best guests I can remember on the podcast. He doesn't engage in nonsensical speculation, politically slanted opinions, etc - he just states objective and empirical facts regardless of their implications or individuals they may indict.

This wasn't even the best part of the podcast. The exchange about the defense classes Gavin teaches was excellent. You could hear Joe's disgust at the proposition. Gavin took it with extreme class and flipped it around so expertly. I loved Joe realize that although his argument was correct, it wasn't the situation being discussed, and immediately change his tune was priceless. I really appreciated the maturity of Joe and his guests. The ability to listen to 2 people discuss important issues IN GOOD FAITH is why Rogan is so successful.

Some of the things from her autopsy:

She was beaten in the head hard enough to cause her to become unconscious- not hard enough to cause death.

“On removing the skull I found there was no actual break of the skull, but a little hemorrhage under the skull, corresponding to point where blow had been delivered”

She probably fought against having a grown man rape her little body & so she was beaten in the face.

“The bruise around the [right] eye was caused by a soft instrument, because it didn’t show the degree of contusion that would have been produced by a hard instrument. The outside cuticle of the skin wasn’t broken. The injury to the [right] eye and scalp were caused before death.”

She was raped. Because she was a child & a virgin, this caused considerable damage to her tiny body.

“I made an examination of the privates of Mary Phagan. I found no spermatozoa. On the walls of the vagina there was evidences of violence of some kind. The epithelium was pulled loose, completely detached in places, blood vessels were dilated immediately beneath the surface and a great deal of hemorrhage in the surrounding tissues. The dilation of the blood vessels indicated to me that the injury had been made in the vagina some little time before death.”


When he was done, he tied a cord around her neck & strangled her to death.

“The fact that the child was strangled to death was indicated by the lividity, the blueness of the parts, the congestion of the tongue and mouth and the blueness of the hands and fingernails.”

Gas Chamber Doors -- A Comparison in Photos

The room adjacent to the crematory in the Auschwitz Main Camp is said to have been a homicidal Nazi gas chamber. Although there are many reasons why this room was not and could not have been used for mass exterminations, it is sufficient to look only at the doors.

The alleged Nazi gas chamber at the Auschwitz main camp has three doorways. This one appears to be made of thin wood, with a regular latch, and no special seal. It is not obvious what about this door would keep the victims and the poison gas inside the alleged gas chamber.

At the other end of the room is what appears to be another wooden door, of similar construction to the one above, only with a window (!) in place of the top wooden panel. Remember, this room has been presented to thousands (or perhaps millions) of tourists as being in the same state it was when it functioned as a homicidal gas chamber for the Nazis during the Second World War.

The third opening is just that: an opening, with no door to seal it. This passageway leads to the crematory room in this building, so that after the intended victims escaped, the explosive HCN gas from the Zyklon B could seep out of the room and make contact with the flames of the crematory ovens.

Auschwitz and the neighboring Birkenau camp are the center of the Holocaust extermination myth, in part because of fakes such as this. Other "gas chambers" in other camps are just as ridiculous. This is why France's leading Holocaust revisionist Robert Faurisson challenges those who believe the Holocaust extermination myth to "Show me or draw me a Nazi gas chamber!"

Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, spoke with paparazzi and fans on Friday night and said that Hollywood bigwig Ari Emanuel demanding he be canceled and put out of work has “proven the exact point that I made.”

Endeavour CEO Ariel Zev Emanuel, widely considered to be the most powerful executive in Hollywood, wrote an open letter in the Financial Times on Wednesday demanding that all of Ye’s concerts be canceled, his music be banned from Apple and Spotify and his partnership with Adidas ended.

In Engel v. Vitale, 370 U.S. 421 (1962), the Supreme Court ruled that school-sponsored prayer in public schools violated the establishment clause of the First Amendment. The case involved a 22-word nondenominational prayer recommended to school districts by the New York Board of Regents: “Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers and our Country.”
Parents said officially sponsored school prayer violated the First Amendment
The Union Free School District in New Hyde Park, N.Y., adopted the recommendation and instituted a practice whereby teachers led students in the prayer every morning. The practice was voluntary, and students could be excused without punishment upon written request from their parents.
Steven Engel and several other parents challenged the officially sponsored prayer as a violation of the First Amendment. Engel, a Jewish man, believed that the state should not impose a one-size-fits-all prayer upon children of many different faiths or no faith. The plaintiffs lost before the Supreme Court of New York in 1959, the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York in 1960, and the Court of Appeals of New York in 1961, none of which viewed the prayer practice as the establishment of an official religion.
Engel and the others appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, which ruled in favor of the parents in a 6-1 vote (Justices Felix Frankfurter and Byron R. White did not participate).
Supreme Court struck down the prayer
Writing for the majority, Justice Hugo L. Black focused on the history of religious discrimination and intolerance in England and the early Colonial days of the United States. This history, according to Black, showed that by the time of the adoption of the U.S. Constitution Americans had a “widespread awareness . . . of the dangers of a union of Church and State.”
Black did not cite a single U.S. Supreme Court case in the text of his majority opinion, although he cited Everson v. Board of Education (1947) in a footnote. Instead, he cited a variety of secondary sources on the history and struggle for religious liberty. According to Black, “the First Amendment was added to the Constitution to stand as a guarantee that neither the power nor the prestige of the Federal Government would be used to control, support or influence the kinds of prayer the American people can say.”
Black concluded that “government in this country should stay out of the business of writing or sanctioning official prayers and leave that purely religious function to the people.”
Justice William O. Douglas wrote a concurring opinion, contending that “once government finances a religious exercise it inserts a divisive influence into our communities.”
Justice Potter Stewart wrote the lone dissent. He argued that the majority “misapplied a great constitutional principle” and denied public schoolchildren “the opportunity of sharing in the spiritual heritage of our Nation.” He noted that history and tradition showed many religious influences and elements in society, such as “In God We Trust” on the nation’s money, opening sessions of the Supreme Court with “God Save This Honorable Court,” the opening prayers in Congress, and the many acknowledgments of God by various presidents in public speeches.
Decision caused public outrage and criticism
The decision caused outrage among many and harsh criticism of the Warren Court. Engel said that he and his family members suffered obscene phone calls, taunts, and community ostracism.
The decision led the Court to strike down similar school-sponsored prayers in the consolidated cases of Abington School District v. Schempp and Murray v. Curlett (1963).
Principles of Engel have been extended to other cases
The principles of Engel have been extended by Court decisions invalidating an Alabama law requiring a moment of silence that appeared to have been rewritten specifically to encourage school prayer in Wallace v. Jaffree (1985), a middle school graduation school prayer in Lee v. Weisman (1992), and prayer at high school football games in Santa Fe Independent School District v. Doe (2000).

In addition to this, prior to this incident, Martha's Vineyard had a fund of $14 million to "help migrants" and someone stole it all. So despite advertising decent accommodations for them, when they arrived there was NOTHING and they are now mad at DeSantis for sending them there.

MORAL OF THE STORY:

Leftists are not charitable at all. Their fundraisers are cash cows and if they ever do anything in the name of charity, it is for the purpose of politics and their own personal gain and they'll only put on a charity face if the actual charity is done by anyone but them.💯

A woman’s dogs alerted her to an intruder in her 10-year-old son’s bed in Oregon, multiple news outlets reported.

Kelsey Smith was on her back deck on Tuesday, Sept. 13, in Portland when she heard her dogs begin to bark, KOIN reported.

But Smith didn’t think anything of it at first because she didn’t hear her doorbell ring, the outlet reported.

When the dogs continued to bark, she went into the home and saw a figure on her 10-year-old’s bed, KATU reported.

“I got closer, and I realized it was a homeless person, and so I immediately backed out of the room and sort of hollering at my friend on the phone that I needed help,” Smith told the outlet.

The woman in her son’s room jumped out of the bed and then threw an ottoman at Smith before running out of the home, all of which was caught on a Ring camera, KGW reported.
