I had to study redemption in depth for a couple years and you can find all of this information under the uniform commercial code article 1 section 308. The all caps spelling of your name is in fact what’s known as a legal fiction and is in fact a fictional legal entity created as a go between by corporate entities to make contracts under their administrative authority and jurisdiction because a living person is not a corporate entity and a living person is not owned or controlled by anyone other than him/ herself.
