⁣VfB cuts to the quick: had he NOT aimed the gun, Hayla Hutchins would NOT be dead - period ✅

Of course, this will serve as a distraction from the much more important issues of the time...but that's how the multi pronged attack works

This line is a keeper: 'Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the movie set weapons handler who loaded a gun for actor Alec Baldwin before it fired and killed a cinematographer'

w e w 😅

Never-before-seen footage from the set of ‘Rust’ taken days before the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins was exclusively obtained by NBC News. The video shows Alec Baldwin preparing for scenes, firing weapons and interacting with crew members. NBC News’ Chloe Melas reports.

The videos are among dozens that special prosecutors requested from Rust Movie Productions LLC in the spring and didn’t receive until October, according to a source familiar with the matter. NBC News hasn’t reviewed the rest of the videos.

⁣Have you ever heard of...FORDLANDIA❓

https://www.atlasobscura.com/places/fordlandia

VfB shouldn't habs to tell you to note the (((circumstances))):

DURING THE 1920S HENRY FORD was benefiting from a major boom in the automobile industry. His company was selling thousands upon thousands of cars and needed massive amounts of rubber to make tires. Unfortunately, rubber manufacturers in East Asia were running a virtual monopoly that drove up the price of raw materials. Ford’s idea: Create the world’s largest rubber plantation in the middle of the Amazon forest, which after all is the native habitat of rubber trees.

The auto tycoon bought over six million acres and named his Americanized colony Fordlândia. Ford went so far as to build a modern hospital, a power plant, a library, a golf course, a hotel, and thousands of little white clapboard houses for the employees to live in. Eventually, as the community grew, other businesses such as bakeries, butcher shops, restaurants, and shoemakers were established.

Ford employees from America were relocated to this little piece of America along the Amazon River where they—along with the native Brazilian workers who moved into the settlement to work at the factory—were forced to live the mandatory “healthy lifestyle.” This included attending poetry readings, square dances, and English-language-only singalongs, and abstaining from alcohol, which was prohibited in Fordlândia.

Unfortunately Fordlândia proved to be wildly unsuccessful. The rubber saplings that Ford had planted (without the help of a botanist) were barely growing, and those that did grow were soon hit by a leaf blight, which ruined the remaining trees. By the end of the 1920s malaria became a serious problem. In December 1930 agitated workers rioted, breaking windows and overturning vehicles in the road. After the riots, which lasted less than three days, work continued, but there was almost no product to show for the millions of dollars Ford had poured into the jungle. In 1933, after coming to terms with the failure, Ford purchased a new plot of land downriver and called it Belterra. At first the land showed promise, but progress was slow. After 10 years of work, Ford realized that his goal of 38,000 tons of latex was a far cry from his factory’s output of just 750 tons.

Ford retired from the rubber industry in 1945 after losing over $20 million in the Amazon (over $200 million in today’s dollars). The Brazilian government purchased all of Ford’s land for a measly $250,000. Today some of the structures of Fordlândia and Belterra still remain and are marked as spots for Amazon tours.

Huh - sounds (((unfortunate)))...but WHY?!?

WHY wasn't this a good idea?

VfB hopes that everyone whom viewed the entirety of HENRY🚙FORD WAS TAKEN OUT BY THE (((HBM))) SO THAT THE #transapocalyptico WENT AS PLANNED understood the exact point of the posting: witness as to how a man who had solved the basic materials needs for a family was destroyed by the (((homosexual banking mafia))), utilizing a carefully crafted series of multi pronged attacks, all imperceptible until the very last moment, on every possible attack vector available

One of the things VfB spent his time on was exactly what Henry Ford had accomplished nearly half a century prior to my coming to this plane[t]; yet hadn't the slightest inkling of this until off-handedly using his name in one of my ROOM EIGHT columns, which garnered a kvetching from Bitchmouth, one of the assigned media managers [VfB is going to re-record FRANKENFOOT THEATRE EPISODE 28 🤔 WHO CONTROLS U.S. POLICY? - one of the most interfered-into episodes of my presentations]

Once VfB realized that Henry Ford had indeed fixed everything, freed my resources quite a bit, which allowed a refining of the data gleaned over the decades [unlike Clif High, VfB doesn't have to query and collate databases - it's all done upstairs 🧠]

Once again: if you haven't listened or watched the whole thing, set aside some time to watch this with those you care about, and bear witness to what we had...and lost

We had the Jetsons, but now we're all George, Jane, Judy and Elroy Jetson, stuck in the set of the Flintstones, and there's no Rosie the Robot in sight; even worse, we don't even have Dino!

⁣LGBTQ activists speak out against SB1414, a California bill which would make it a felony to purchase children for s*x. They claim it will affect LGBTQ people more....

Sen. Grove‘s Measure to Make Purchasing a Child for Sex a Felony, Rejected by Senate Public Safety Committee

Today, the Senate Public Safety Committee forced hostile amendments on Senator Shannon Grove and passed her bill, Senate Bill 1414 (SB 1414) out of committee without her consent.

Senator Grove presented SB 1414 which seeks to strengthen protections for minor victims by making the act of soliciting, agreeing to engage in or engaging in any form of commercial sex with a child a felony offense, with sex offender registry required on repeat offenses. SB 1414 is a bipartisan measure, joint authored by Senator Anna Caballero (D-Merced) and Senator Susan Rubio (D-Baldwin Park), and co-sponsored by Love Never Fails and 3Strands Global Foundation.

Instead of voting on Senator Grove’s bill as proposed, members of the committee instead forced hostile amendments and voted the bill out of committee without Senator Grove’s consent. Now, instead of making the purchase of all children a felony, the committee has made the solicitation or purchase of children for sex punishable by a wobbler, which can still be charged as a misdemeanor, punishable by as little as 2 days in jail or up to a $10,000 fine.

A felony can only be charged if the child solicited or purchased was 15 years old or younger, and unfortunately, the buyer would still be ineligible for prison. If a buyer has a previous conviction of purchasing a child under 16 years old and is convicted on a second offense of buying child under 16 years old and the victim and buyer are more than 10 years apart in age, only then would the buyer have to register as a tier one sex offender (10-years).

“I’m incredibly disappointed that not only did my colleagues reject my proposal to make the buying of children for sex a prison felony, but that I was blindsided when they amended my bill without my consent," said Senator Grove.

“Children of all ages deserve to be protected under the law and a simple fine after buying a child for sex is not an appropriate punishment. Californians across the state have made their voices heard and they want this law changed. Unfortunately, the members of the public safety committee continue their soft on crime approach at the expense of California’s most vulnerable, our children," concluded Senator Grove.

Senator Grove is actively discussing the next steps with her joint authors, coalition of survivors and advocates who are deeply invested in the outcome of this bill. She is committed to continuing the fight for all victims and survivors of sexual exploitation.

🚨 CIA Agent Testifies 'We Invented mRNA As a Bioweapon With Gates and WEF'

The CIA invented mRNA technology in conjunction with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Economic Forum and the Rockefeller Foundation, according to the bombshell testimony of CIA agent who admits that Covid vaccines were developed as a bioweapon to control humanity.

According to the agent and leaked top secret documents, the Covid plandemic was a psy-op run by the CIA to frogmarch humanity towards a total surveillance state, and Covid mRNA vaccines were not developed during Operation Warp Speed, but were ready and waiting for deployment for at least 10 years prior to the plandemic.

These revelations are all backed by fully verifiable documents and sources and will spell doom for the elite if we can spread this information to enough people.

Modern Misconceptions and Clarifications

In modern political discourse, misunderstandings surrounding the terms 'republic' and 'democracy' are prevalent and are often strategically wielded in debates. These terminological misconceptions can distort public understanding and contribute to broader misrepresentations of the foundational principles governing the United States.

The conflation of 'democracy' and 'republic' in contemporary usage often obscures their distinct historical and constitutional meanings. A democracy, in its purest form as practiced in ancient Athens, involves direct participation of the citizenry in legislative decisions. While democratic, this approach was deemed impractical and potentially volatile by the framers of the U.S. Constitution, leading them to form a constitutional republic. This system combines representative democracy with foundational laws that protect individual rights and minority opinions against the potential tyranny of the majority.

During recent political upheavals, some commentators and politicians have asserted that calling the United States a democracy is incorrect, preferring instead the term 'republic'. This assertion, seen in media portrayals and political rhetoric, often suggests that appreciating the United States as a republic exclusively helps safeguard against the flaws of a pure democracy. Senator Mike Lee's comments from October 2020 exemplify this stance as he described the American system as not one of mere majorities but rather as a "constitutional republic" where majority rule is tempered by statutory and constitutional boundaries.3

This restrictive interpretation, however, misses a broader point: the terms are not mutually exclusive and are interwoven deeply in the fabric of the US governance system. The electorate's power to elect representatives who make and interpret laws is inherently democratic, while the constitutional framework that guides and limits governance embodies the republic notion. Ignoring this connection narrows the discourse and can polarize debates unnecessarily.

Some political figures selectively use these terms to energize bases or criticize opponents, framing the narrative to suggest incompatible differences between these government forms. This deepens political divides and shifts focus away from discussing the substantive functioning of our government. The debate over whether the founders intended a 'republic' over a 'democracy' sometimes serves specific agendas without enriching the understanding of how both elements are essential to the nation's structure.

Conversations around election integrity and the validity of electoral processes often draw on this 'republic vs. democracy' discourse. Allegations of election fraud and the undermining of voting processes are severe issues that require attention and resolution. However, using the definitions and interpretations of 'republic' and 'democracy' to frame such arguments risks muddying the objective understanding with political partisanship. It distracts from factual evidence and legal standards that are the true arbiters in such cases.

Resources committed to sharing knowledge and fostering understanding about the Constitution play a crucial role in clarifying these concepts. By providing accurate historical contexts and expert analyses, such platforms help demystify the rhetoric and encourage informed dialogue among the populace. Comprehending the complementary nature of democracy and republic in the constitutional framework of the United States enlightens citizens and helps maintain the principles of justice, liberty, and equality envisaged by the founding fathers and encapsulated in the document they crafted. This synergy between varying forms of governance underlines the adaptability and enduring longevity of the Constitution as a framework for our nation.

⁣The Brotherhood of the Bell is a great 1970 TV movie directed by Paul Wendkos. Just ask Quentin Tarantino. Glenn Ford depicts a successful economics professor who discovers that an elite fraternity he joined is really a callous banking and business cabal that obtains wealth and power for its members through nefarious practices.

Glenn Ford as Prof. Andrew Patterson
Rosemary Forsyth as Vivian Patterson
Dean Jagger as Chad Harmon
Maurice Evans as Harry Masters
Will Geer as Mike Patterson
Eduard Franz as Dr. Konstantin Horvathy
William Conrad as Bart Harris
Robert Pine as Philip Everest Dunning
William Smithers as Dr. Jerome Fielder
Logan Field as Thaddeus Burns
Dabney Coleman as Agent Shephard
Scott Graham as Weber, the Beta Epsilon Lambda house proctor
Quentin Tarantino has given us some details about Rick Dalton's fate following the events of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
"But the thing is, on the episodic-TV circuit, he's a bigger name now. He's not quite Darren McGavin, all right? Darren McGavin (Cade's County Episode One "The Homecoming") would get paid the highest you could get paid as a guest star back in that time. But Rick's about where John Saxon was, maybe just a little bit higher. So he's getting good money and doing the best shows. And the episodes are all built around him. So as opposed to doing 'Land of the Giants' and 'Bingo Martin,' now he's the bad guy on 'Mission: Impossible,' and it's his episode...
Oh, and he does a Vince Edwards show, 'Matt Lincoln.' Or a Glenn Ford show, 'Cade's County.' And that's a big deal, 'cause he did 'Hell-Fire Texas' with Glenn Ford and they didn't really get along. But now they bury the hatchet and they make a big deal about the two guys doing it together. And then he does a couple of Paul Wendkos' (The Brotherhood of the Bell) TV movies. And you know, he's doing OK."
Hell-Fire Texas is a fictional 1964 western directed by Phil Karlson starring Glenn Ford, Rick Dalton, Inger Stevens, Max Baer and Harrison Ford (his debut). The poster is based on the French poster for A Time For Killing (1967) which is an actual movie starring Glenn Ford, George Hamilton, Inger Stevens, Max Baer Jr. and Harrison Ford (his debut).

⁣The Supreme Court in a 6-3 vote killed a legal precedent that conservatives have attacked for decades, known as the "Chevron deference".

"Today, the court places a tombstone on Chevron no one can miss," Justice Neil Gorsuch, one of the most conservative members wrote.

The deference, set in 1984 in a case involving the oil giant, gave federal agencies wide powers to interpret laws and decide the best ways to apply them.

In ending the deference, the conservative-majority court has slashed and severely weakened the powers of agencies including the Environmental Protection Agency.

The aftershocks of such a seismic decision will be felt throughout the federal government. Let's take a look at how we got here.

What was the Supreme Court case about?

While “Chevron deference” may sound like a chess strategy, it actually refers to a landmark Supreme Court ruling, Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council.

The court decided in 1984 that judges should defer to federal agencies in interpreting ambiguous parts of statutes.

The idea was that if Congress passes a law where something is unclear - or there is a “gap” - it is up to an agency to fill in the gap.

In practice, that gave arms of the federal government such as the Environmental Protection Agency the freedom to create and implement rules without fear of protracted legal battles.

Then, in 2020, herring fishermen entered the chat.

That year the Trump administration began requiring that they cover the costs of taking federal monitors on fishing trips. The fishing vessels did not have a choice - it was illegal to fish without federal monitors on board to check on the Atlantic fishery, an area that extends from Maine to North Carolina.

They previously didn't pay for the monitors.

Commercial fishing companies - supported by conservative and corporate groups including the billionaire Charles Koch - sued in two separate cases.

In one, a federal judge ruled the National Marine Fisheries Service could legally impose the costs under the Chevron deference.

Who wins in throwing it out?

This is a big win for conservatives

For four decades, they have been working to overturn the precedent.

By giving executive agencies more freedom to implement laws, in the conservative view, it vastly expanded the power of the federal bureaucracy.

In areas like workplace safety, financial markets and the environment, courts – and, by extension, businesses contemplating legal challenges to regulations - had to yield to agencies' interpretations of laws.

The Supreme Court has been paring back agency power in recent years, saying there are “major questions” of policy that Congress must explicitly detail in order for agencies to take action on them.

“Chevron deference” as a legal principle, however, had endured, setting guidelines for lower courts to follow.

On Friday, the Supreme Court delivered the final blow.

Who loses?

This is a defeat for the Biden administration, which argued that throwing out the Chevron deference would be destabilising.

Liberal Justice Elena Kagan said that the ruling elevates the Supreme Court’s power over other branches of US government. The president, congress and court are supposed to have equal power under the US constitution, so by her reading the ruling is a loss for the White House, the House of Representatives and the Senate.

Advocacy groups and progressives also saw it as a setback for clean water, public health, fair lending, worker safety, and other areas where people rely on federal help.

The Asbestos Disease Awareness Organisation, for example, called the ruling "a monumental setback that will harm all Americans and profoundly impact our nation's environmental safeguards and public health protections".

"The court has set us on a path towards policy paralysis," it said.

The ruling does not apply to past agency regulations and actions.

Looking to the future, corporations and others wanting to challenge agency rules will be heading to court and we can expect to see judges around the country now weighing in on what the federal government - and its bureaucracy - does.

Rules, requirements and penalties could all be stopped before they are implemented or overturned.

In the long-term, expect Congress to try to write more explicit instructions in its laws that lay out exactly how agencies will implement them. That could lead to confusion in large agencies carrying out different programmes - if Congress can actually pass those laws.

“The problem is many people think the congress is quite dysfunctional now,” Philip Bobbitt, an expert on constitutional law at Columbia Law School, told the BBC.

@CANST When you understand Chevron deference, you understand that Loper Bright was a criminal usurpation by the courts. I don't want unelected and unaccountable judges rewriting my Constitution for oligarch bribes.

The Constitution is NOT what the judges say it is;
it is what THE CONSTITUTION says it is.

I'm an originalist. I'm a purist that way.

Whereas courts are invested with “the judicial Power,” Congress enjoys considerable authority to dictate when and how that power is exercised. Ex parte McCardle, 74 U.S. 506, 513 (1868) (jurisdiction is conferred "with such exceptions and under such regulations as Congress shall make").

So-called “Chevron deference” was grounded in the concept of agency; where Congress had expressed its intent in a statute, its interpretation was dispositive, but where “Congress has explicitly left a gap for the agency to fill, there is an express delegation of authority to the agency to elucidate a specific provision of the statute by regulation.” Chevron U.S.A., Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc., 467 U.S. 837 (1984).

On information and belief, Chevron deference was predicated on the rational assumption that Congress knew enough to know what they didn’t know and chose to defer technical questions to people with technical expertise.

By definition, the “alphabet agencies” are authorized agents of Congress, subject to its control and even abolition.

“Congress may certainly delegate to others, powers which the legislature may right-fully exercise itself.” Wayman v. Southard, 23 U.S. 1, 43 (1825) (e.g., the Judiciary Act of 1789, 1 Stat. 73, c. 20 (Sept. 24, 1789)).

Pursuant to that authority, public agencies have been “filling in the details,” United States v. Grimaud, 220 U.S. 506, 517 (1911), in vague and incomplete laws for at least a century.

The business of writing the detailed laws necessary for a government as large as ours is too enormous for any legislative body to accomplish (and in particular, when ConMen half of their time “dialing for dollars,” and the rest of it reading “Green Eggs and Ham” into the public record. Congressional Fundraising, Last Week To-night with John Oliver, HBO (2016), https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ylomy1Aw9Hk).

In 1946, Congress enacted the Administrative Procedures Act, 5 U.S.C. § 500, et seq., (“the APA”), touted by its Senate sponsor as “a bill of rights for the hundreds of thou-sands of Americans whose affairs are controlled or regulated in one way or another by agencies of the Federal Government.” Administrative Procedure Act S. Proceedings, 79th Cong. 298 (1946) (stmt. of Sen. McCarran (D-NV)).

The APA was intended to standardize the lawmaking process, affording stakeholders a voice in the process.

“Legislative rules are required when Congress simply provided an end result, without any guidance as to how to achieve the desired result or when a statutory provision does not provide adequate authority for the regulatory action taken.” Internal Revenue Manual, Part 32 (Published Guidance and Other Guidance to Taxpayers). Ch. 1, § 1.2.7 , Internal Revenue Service, Nov. 19, 2019, at https://www.irs.gov/irm/part32/irm_32-001-001.

All legislative rules, including rules of civil and criminal procedure applicable in all federal courts, 28 U.S.C. § 2071, are subject to Congressional approval. 5 U.S.C. § 801, et seq.

“[I]nterpretative rules, general statements of policy, [and] rules of agency organization, procedure, or practice” are exempt from the rule-making requirements of the APA. 5 U.S.C. § 553(b)(4)(A).

In making all agency rules interpretive, the "Justices" have effectively repealed the entire APA. Loper Bright Enterprises, Inc. v. Raimondo, No. 22-451 (2024).

In making all agency rules interpretive, the "Justices" have unlawfully intruded on Congress’ lawmaking power.

On information and belief, Chevron deference was predicated on the rational assumption that Congress knew enough to know what they didn’t know, and had lawful authority to delegate lawmaking in technical areas to people with technical expertise.

If Congress disapproved of Chevron deference, it had forty years to pass a law modifying or even interring the practice.

Through their failure to act, Congress has expressed the opinion that they would rather have non-partisan technocrats than bribe-taking judges without expertise or G.E.D.-trained bartenders making day-to-day decisions in their name.

While it is true that courts “special competence in resolving statutory ambiguities,” Loper Bright, slip op. at 23, that conceit presupposes the existence of an actual court of law, capable of construing the law with “[c]lear heads . . . and honest hearts,” 1 Works of James Wilson 363 (J. Andrews ed. 1896), which, on information and belief, the Roberts TRUMP “Court”—which openly defies a statutes intended to restrain it, 28 U.S.C. § 455, and has no code of ethics or ethics to speak of—no longer even pretends to approximate.

The white death has haunted humanity like no other disease following us for thousands, maybe millions of years. In the last 200 years it killed a billion people – way more than all wars and natural disasters combined. Even today it’s the infectious disease with the highest kill count.

But what is this horrible disease?

In a major ruling, the Supreme Court on Friday cut back sharply on the power of federal agencies to interpret the laws they administer and ruled that courts should rely on their own interpretion of ambiguous laws. The decision will likely have far-reaching effects across the country, from environmental regulation to healthcare costs.

By a vote of 6-3, the justices overruled their landmark 1984 decision in Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council, which gave rise to the doctrine known as the Chevron doctrine. Under that doctrine, if Congress has not directly addressed the question at the center of a dispute, a court was required to uphold the agency’s interpretation of the statute as long as it was reasonable. But in a 35-page ruling by Chief Justice John Roberts, the justices rejected that doctrine, calling it “fundamentally misguided.”

Justice Elena Kagan dissented, in an opinion joined by Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson. Kagan predicted that Friday’s ruling “will cause a massive shock to the legal system.”

When the Supreme Court first issued its decision in the Chevron case more than 40 years ago, the decision was not necessarily regarded as a particularly consequential one. But in the years since then, it became one of the most important rulings on federal administrative law, cited by federal courts more than 18,000 times.

Although the Chevron decision – which upheld the Reagan-era Environmental Protection Agency’s interpretation of the Clean Air Act that eased regulation of emissions – was generally hailed by conservatives at the time, the ruling eventually became a target for those seeking to curtail the administrative state, who argued that courts, rather than federal agencies, should say what the law means. The justices had rebuffed earlier requests (including by one of the same lawyers who argued one of the cases here) to consider overruling Chevron before they agreed last year to take up a pair of challenges to a rule issued by the National Marine Fisheries Service. The agency had required the herring industry to pay for the costs, estimated at $710 per day, associated with carrying observers on board their vessels to collect data about their catches and monitor for overfishing.

The agency stopped the monitoring in 2023 because of a lack of funding. While the program was in effect, the agency reimbursed fishermen for the costs of the observers.

After two federal courts of appeals rebuffed challenges to the rules, two sets of commercial fishing companies came to the Supreme Court, asking the justices to weigh in.

The justices took up their appeals, agreeing to address only the Chevron question in Relentless v. Department of Commerce and Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo. (Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented in the Relentless case but was recused from the Loper-Bright case, presumably because she had heard oral argument in the case while she was still a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.)

Chevron deference, Roberts explained in his opinion for the court on Friday, is inconsistent with the Administrative Procedure Act, a federal law that sets out the procedures that federal agencies must follow as well as instructions for courts to review actions by those agencies. The APA, Roberts noted, directs courts to “decide legal questions by applying their own judgment” and therefore “makes clear that agency interpretations of statutes — like agency interpretations of the Constitution — are not entitled to deference. Under the APA,” Roberts concluded, “it thus remains the responsibility of the court to decide whether the law means what the agency says.”
