⁣William C.C. Kemp-Neal, 30, quit his post in the Bronx District Attorney’s office four days after the group Dads Against Predators posted footage of him filmed in the parking lot of the Target on East Sandford Boulevard in Mount Vernon.

The Story:
A Bronx prosecutor abruptly resigned after he was caught on video allegedly attempting to meet a young boy he communicated with online, according to a clip produced by internet vigilantes who expose wannabe child predators.

In the clip taken July 8 at around 8:30 p.m., the video vigilantes approach a man identified as Kemp-Neal, asking if he’s Marcus. Almost immediately, Kemp-Neal — who graduated from Fordham Law in 2021 — runs.

Kemp-Neal made $84,990 as an ADA, and handled mostly assault, harassment, and child endangerment cases. The men give chase, while yelling out, “Excuse me everybody, this man right here came to meet a 13-year-old boy.”

The chase abruptly ended when a random man intervened, grabbing Kemp-Neal and placing him in a chokehold, according to the footage. Kemp-Neal can be seen struggling to breath and trying to break free while one of the men interrogates him.

“You wanna take him to get a milkshake, right Marcus?” asks one of the men. “I didn’t,” Kemp-Neal replied. Kemp-Neal is manhandled by the unknown man, and at points, his eyes seem to bulge as the chokehold intensified, the video shows.

Mount Vernon Police responded to the chaotic scene, and questioned those present. While no one was arrested, police said in a statement that officers “encountered several individuals making allegations of wrongdoing,” and promised a “comprehensive investigation.”Kemp-Neal has not been charged with any crime.

Not charged with a crime yet? It figures. Take the hyphenated name liberal child molester out and shoot him.

“William Kemp-Neal worked here as an ADA from June 28, 2020, until July 17, 2024,” reads a statement from DA Darcel Clark’s office. “He resigned from the office.” Kemp-Neal could not be reached for comment.

Anti-Retaliation
The Dodd-Frank Act prohibits retaliation by employers against whistleblowers. Employers may not take any action to impede would-be whistleblowers from communicating directly with the Commission's staff about possible violations of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA), including by enforcing, or threatening to enforce, a confidentiality agreement or predispute arbitration agreement with respect to such communications. Jihadi group has access to expensive equipment and professional film makers

The Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria’s (ISIS) video of the beheading of 22 Syrian soldiers took between four and six hours to film and used equipment that cost around $200,000, a new analysis has shown.

The video, titled “Though the Unbelievers Despise It”, was released on Nov. 16 and runs for close to 16 minutes. It was choreographed to show the simultaneous beheading of the hostages by 22 ISIS executioners, as well as the murder of U.S. aid worker Peter Kassig.

Analysts at the U.S.-based Terrorism Research and Analysis Consortium (TRAC) and the U.K.-based Quilliam Foundation discovered lighting and shadows that reveal the video was shot in multiple takes over a period of several hours. The line-up order of the killers and prisoners is switched and in certain frames fighters chat with one another as if idly passing time between takes.

Virtually all the killers — of varying ethnicities and nationalities — are unmasked and potentially identifiable, although only one has been identified: Maxime Hauchard, a French convert to Islam. The killers are led by the figure known as “Jihadi John,” the masked British militant believed to be responsible for the beheadings of James Foley, Steven Sotloff, David Haines, Alan Henning, Peter Kassig and two unidentified Syrian soldiers.

Veryan Khan, a researcher with TRAC has been analysing the video frame-by-frame. She says the video would have had a director, producer and editor who may even have used storyboards like conventional film-makers. The video was likely produced using Avid Technology, a state-of-the-art program which costs at least $200,000.

Khan says the executioners were chosen for their cinematic qualities, their appearance and their martial ability. She points out that the men represent a certain kind of aesthetic; they are rather good-looking, clean and look as if they’ve done this before. The fact that they come from across the world is intended to convey the broad reach of ISIS’s self-proclaimed caliphate, Khan adds.

The researchers believe the video was aimed at supporters, potential recruits, enemies and also the ISIS leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. In a statement, the researchers suggested the fighters were probably willing participants because they would “enjoy international infamy, transforming them into social media heroes like ‘Jihadi John’ and rendering them valuable assets for future propaganda. Already countless [ISIS] Twitter supporters are using the executioners’ photos as their avatars.”

The analysts also say the executioners cleaned themselves up between the filming of execution and post-execution scenes, another indication of the work involved in producing the film.

ISIS’s media approach is central to propagating the message that it is unstoppable, Khan says. But while the work is professional, the analysts have noticed tell-tale inconsistencies within the footage that hint at the forensic footprint of a specific editor. Tracing this signature will, they hope, eventually lead to the identification of key figures possibly at the highest levels of the ISIS hierarchy – something which may just prove crucial in the fight still ongoing in Iraq and Syria.

The saying "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" seems to be one that publishers could do well to familiarise themselves with after yet another fake memoir scandal. The latest heart-rending true story of triumph over adversity to be exposed as fiction is the Holocaust survivor's tale Angel at the Fence, hailed by Oprah Winfrey as "the single greatest love story" she had ever heard.

The account by Herman Rosenblat told the story of how, as a teenage boy, he was apparently kept alive in a Nazi concentration camp by a nine-year-old girl who threw him food over the camp fence every day for seven months. Miraculously she was never spotted. Even more miraculously, the pair were reunited on a blind date years later when they had both resettled in America.

These remarkable coincidences failed to set off any alarm bells at Berkley Books, which was due to publish the book next month, or in the US media until the New Republic magazine asked Holocaust historians about the veracity of the story.

The experts noted, among other things, that it would have been impossible for the couple to meet at a fence because of the Schlieben camp's layout.

Rosenblat then admitted he had invented the tale and was forced to return the money he had received for the book.

The book's withdrawal follows similar false memoir controversies. In March, Misha Defonseca, the author of Misha: a Memoir of the Holocaust Years, admitted she had not escaped from a concentration camp aged six, trekked halfway across occupied Europe and been raised by wolves. The 71-year-old author confessed that she had fabricated the story, which was turned into a film, and was not even Jewish.

You might have thought Oprah would have been more careful, having had her fingers burned over the drug addiction memoir A Million Little Pieces, by the American author James Frey. Winfrey turned on Frey – having lauded his book on her show and seen it soar to the top of bestseller lists in the US – after it emerged he had fabricated parts of his story.

His claim to have read War and Peace while serving a jail term appeared doubtful after it was revealed that he had been detained for just a few hours. Readers who bought his book under the impression that it might be a true story were in 2006 offered a refund, estimated to have cost the publisher, Random House, about $2.35m (then £1.25m).

Similar doubts were raised over his next book, My Friend Leonard, in which Frey spends a jail sentence reading War and Peace, Don Quixote, Leaves of Grass and East of Eden to an illiterate murderer with whom he spends the afternoons – works which Slate magazine worked out at being 3,513 pages, or 115 pages of reading an afternoon.

These tall tales have joined the ranks of other great publishing hoaxes such as the Hitler Diaries. But will public humiliation deter further works of fiction masquerading as fact? Or with such a big public appetite for overwrought tales, and the financial rewards so attractive, are the hoaxers here to stay?

Seriously, this theory is actually impressively popular and has inspired numerous articles and shitty youtube video after shitty youtube video garnering hundreds of thousands of views. Hell, it even once got the History Channel treatment so you know it's totally real, you guys.
For those of you not in the know, according to Hollywood, stargates are ancient alien devices that can allow any user to teleport instantaneously to another gate, no matter the distance—which, when you think of it, is super duper cool.
And, for you guys type-tapping away in the Facebook comments asking "why are you writing about this" well, firstly I consider myself a bit of a historian of weird internet thingys and, secondly, I am here to serve the people. Anyhoo, since we know America's new glorious head of state loves himself a good conspiracy theory (eg. global warming = Chinese hoax and Infowars = news) it's worth taking a peek at some of the more prominent "alternative facts" floating around the ol' interweb.
So, without further ado, let's dive head on into this theory. First I'm going to have to get you to stop thinking about Richard Dean Anderson and switch your mind over to that one episode of Ancient Aliens you accidentally watched.
To begin we're going to need to go way back in time and talk about the Sumerians, who lived in ancient Mesopotamia, an area that covers a portion of modern day Iraq. The Sumerians were one of the first civilizations in existence (around 3000 BC) and for a time worshipped the Anunnaki, their deities.
But what if they weren't gods? What if they were aliens!!!
So, without getting too deep into the marsh (I don't want the true believers to get mad at me) the theory, which comes from writers like Zecharia Sitchin, posits that the Anunnaki were not gods but extraterrestrials that came and bestowed technology upon the Sumerians. This tech is what made their society so advanced at the time.
Ok, following along so far? Here is where it starts to get crazy.
Essentially, the Iraq War Stargate theory pushes and narrows this idea a little further. Saying one of the technologies that were gifted upon the Sumerians were stargates and their positioning was one of the major reasons for the years of strife in the Middle East. I reached out to Dr. Michael Salla, who wrote an in-depth article about the theory way back in 2003, to learn about it further.
Before we got into the nitty-gritty, I had to figure out if a stargate was just as cool as Hollywood made it out to be.
"It's kind of like an instantaneous space-time means of travel where people are instantaneously teleported from one area to another," said Salla.
Yup, super cool.
So, the stargate is apparently found near in the Nasiriyah, a city about 370 km south-east of Baghdad—in the ancient city of Ur—within that city is the great Ziggurat, a massive temple, which had a, you guessed it, stargate. Some theories also argue there is a stargate directly in the city of Baghdad, in one of the basements of Hussein's palaces— where he probably did some pretty freaky stuff with it.
While the locations and number of the stargates is in dispute, one thing the theorists do all agree on, is that the Iraq War wasn't the first time that a foreign power showed interest in it. In what sounds like a super sweet Indiana Jones fan-fic, the Nazis were fighting the British in during WWII over control of the Stargate.
Fast forward several decades and, according to some theorists,1980s Saddam started doing restoration to the temple worrying the world (read: the Illuminati). Oddly the theories don't really mention the first Iraq War but, after years of work, Hussein either was able to get the stargate working or learned something important from it and big-daddy America got concerned.
"The Bush administration recognized that Hussein had some very, very valuable relevant information concerning the ancient history of the planet," said Salla. "Either technology or texts basically confirming this and he was going to release this to the general public."
"I think that was a big part of the reason why the Bush Administration went into Iraq, to stop Hussein from revealing this information and to also get control themselves."

It is blatantly obvious that religion has been teaching either half truths or full out lies, right from the start. According to the Christian bible, God created Adam and Eve and told them to be fruitful and multiply. Based under this premise, we would all be the products of incest.
There are four different blood types (A, B, AB and O) along with 2 different Rh values (positive and negative). It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to have 4 different blood types and 2 different Rh blood values all originating from Adam and Eve, yet people happily accept this as the truth without ever questioning their human origins.
The bible dates back to approximately 6,000 years ago. Assuming God created everything at that point in time, then there shouldn't be any fossils older than 6,000 years of age.
In Genesis 1:26, it is stated, “Let US make man in OUR own image…”. Who is US and OUR? Some religious zealots will say it's the Father, son and the Holy Ghost, but this was LONG before the “son” was conceptualized, let alone Adam or Eve.
Another example would be Noah and his alleged gathering of every pair of animals on the planet. How did he gather animals that were not indigenous to the Middle East, such as polar bears, penguins and sea lions?
Most people have an equally hard time understanding that both religions and governments will lie to you in order to fulfill an agenda. In religion, look no further than several clergy members of the Roman Catholic Church who admitted that the fictitious hell does not exist.
