We hired Jax I.T. Voice & Data for low-voltage data cabling at our Jacksonville office. The quality of the work was deeply disappointing and fell below both professional and code standards. Rather than installing proper continuous Cat6 runs, the technician spliced cables with male/female connectors inside cubicle walls—an approach that violates NEC code and basic industry best practices.
When we addressed this directly with the owner, his response was unapologetic and dismissive. He admitted the job wasn’t “certified,” told us to keep the $500 balance, and refused to return to correct the issue. Due to this, we were forced to hire a certified contractor to remove the spliced cabling, retest all lines, and re-terminate fiber connections that were causing intermittent network failures (which were traced to bad splices he installed).
We are now pursuing reimbursement, and if necessary, will seek recovery for legal fees and internal staff labor spent troubleshooting the vendor’s substandard work. A formal report documenting over 22 hours of internal labor is on file, along with third-party invoices totaling nearly $2,000.
I strongly caution any business considering this vendor. Professionalism, accountability, and code-compliant installation were all lacking in our experience.

These are the worst Apartments I ever stayed in. Roaches, Mold, the sink stayed stopped up the ceilings always leaked. These apartments are awful kids knocked on your door late at night, managers are the worst, the front office communication skills are horrible. And to top it off they did not give me my full deposit back because of damages and paint this is a total rip off but I pray that God will fight my battles because they actually took my deposit For no reason. There were no damages other then what they caused and if any paint needed it’s because the walls and ceilings were always leaking.

My tub is back up n sink is still clogged up n my roof is coming in They don’t give you time to pay bills n they will lock you out n prevent you from paying rent they are the worse apartment complex ever……… clearly will not suggest this coming this I live one bed I m paying 1200 months rent and it not worth my time and money but advise you not to waste your time they never helpful n the people who are in the offices they will not help you with anything .: they will locked your account and will prevent you from paying rent…….

When I did tell the past Assistant manager in September that I was not renewing my lease and it was never put in my profile. Horrible to steal people's money that we work hard for. Plus due to the mold toxicity I have been sick and going to the doctor alot. Loud music everywhere, weed smell, and garbage container takes long for them to come pick up. Please it doesn't matter who is in the office working, the place is horrible to live in. I lived there one year and a half . So happy we got to leave the only thing I am still sick from the mold. Please look somewhere else. I wish I could give a zero review but it didn't let me. Horrible place !!!
